Negative experience: I got my filling here not to long ago, since then I have had to redo most of the work. I have fillings cracking and fillings were done over cavities.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist. I love how friendly the staff is and how personable Dr. Kattaura is. I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience all the way through. The staff was so caring towards both my sons. They made them feel really comfortable and at ease. My youngest son has epilepsy and has grand mal seizure that caused a lot of oral trauma. They were so attentive and helped me find a referral that was is network for pediatric orthodontist care.

I came to her as an older adult that was terrified of dentists, had had several extractions and was on the verge of losing a couple additional teeth. But thankfully Dr Kattaura was able save my teeth and really turn around my poor dental health through proper dental treatments, care and hygiene. She has literally save my mouth! Lol. Her mannerism and whole office staff are top notch. So glad I found you… Kudos and a sincere thank you to Dr Ardas and her staff.

Fantastic experience: Started here a couple years ago. Had crowns put on abroad, and they needed replacement. I was leaving the country in short order and they were able to get everything back and done in time for my departure. Squeezed me in off hours and did a fantastic job. The staff is always a pleasure to work with and the dentist and dental assistants remain present and informative. Been to quite a few dentists prior, and I’ll continue to come back.

Negative experience: I endured the same unacceptable experience on two separate visits. After waiting 90 minutes in the lobby, I spent another 30 minutes in the dental chair before anyone even checked on me. I initially assumed it was an off day, but the second appointment proved the delay is routine. The staff were curt and unhelpful, and their indifference made the long wait feel even worse. Based on what I witnessed, I’m skeptical that the flood of five-star reviews is genuine.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say, in my 78 yrs., Dr. Kattaura is the most compassionate dentist I have ever dealt with. I was in pain and terrified; she took the time to calm my fears and help me understand what she could do. (Actually, helping stop my tears and made me smile.) An excellent caring staff, relaxing chairs and beautiful views of our Rocky Mountains, help make this an office that I would not be afraid to go back to. Probably Colorado's finest.

Fantastic experience: Wow, all I can say is incredible things about Dr. Kattaura - I have been coming here for three years now. After not going to the dentist for 8 years and struggling with addiction - you can say my teeth were in desperate need of some serious help. Thankfully Ardas took my Medicaid insurance and as soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed by every staff member. I had cavities on all four side of my mouth and Dr. Kattaura made sure I was comfortable every single time I came in. I feel so incredibly grateful for her, she changed my smile and my confidence. Negative experience: My very first visit here, my appointment was scheduled at 8:30 a.m. I had emailed over my x-rays from my previous dentist and was told I won't need anymore since they were within the last month. The tech who was assisting was taking x rays again and I have to have certain disc sizes in my mouth and the tech was insisting to use the giant ones and was forcing them in my mouth. When we were finally done, I didn't see the doctor until 2 hours later. I missed two appointment meetings that morning. I then went back a few weeks later for my first cleaning and it was snowing pretty hard. I didn't reschedule because I needed to go in. All the patients had canceled, except myself. I got there at 8 a.m. which was my scheduled the doctor wasn't even there yet. I was told they were 45 minutes out and they only live a few minutes away. It was super frustrating. Both appointment days were so inconvenient and just bad practice on them. The lady at the front desk is very professional and helpful and has better patient skills then the techs do.

Fantastic experience: This family dental office is absolutely wonderful, a true gem! The front office staff is super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The same is true of the back office staff along with being very skilled and thorough. Dr Kattaura is one of a kind! I have never had a Dental Doctor do part of the cleaning, but Dr Kattaura does. This gives her the opportunity to get to know her patients, as well as, their dental needs. Typically the hygienists will do the entire cleaning, then the Dr will come in for maybe 3 - 5 minutes to do a quick once over check, then is out the door. Not so with Dr Kattaura. She is very hands on and gets to know you, making it a very personalized visit. I have been so impressed with this office and Dr Kattaura after my first cleaning here and a follow up appointment for some additional dental work. Dr Kattaura noticed some things that needed to be cleaned up from my previous Dr and by doing so she relieved the tooth pain I have been dealing with for months. I highly recommend this office! You will be treated like family and will be well taken care of with your dental needs. Thank you Ardas staff and Dr Kattaura!

Sandy was very patient with me and helped me adjust the fillings several times.
