Positive experience: Dr C. was thorough, compassionate, and rather humorous in a good way. I did have to wait for 30 minutes to see him because the receptionist seemed frazzled and unable to keep up with the patients arriving. And the assistant/dental tech was outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Millward is the Best Dentist in Denver. His experience, honesty, and professionalism is unsurpassed. I would not go to any else for my and my family's dental needs.

Negative experience: MIXED EXPERIENCE – excellent general dentistry. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them!! Very poor experience on the oral surgery side, with the female oral surgeon. Dr. C was incredible! The general dentistry side at Comfort Dental has been phenomenal. Justin is absolutely incredible and has gone above and beyond for me, I can’t thank him enough! I have significant dental issues and needed extractions in preparation for dentures. I was being treated on the oral surgery side by Dr. C. Going to the dentist is extremely difficult for me due to past trauma (I was assaulted in a dental office several years ago which is something I hate sharing), so I struggle tremendously with dental visits. We had several appointments where we tried to move forward, and ultimately decided I needed sedation to get through the extractions. I paid the ($150) deposit and showed up for the scheduled appointment. I was left in the waiting room for 30–40 minutes past my appointment time. When I was finally taken back, Dr. C was present along with a female dentist/oral surgeon I had never seen before (not his dental assistant was wonderful and very kind and a total bad ass!). Dr. C was having difficulty placing the IV and stepped out to check on another patient, planning to return and finish. While he was gone, the female dentist took over. After I disclosed my history of substance abuse as part of my medical history, her demeanor changed completely. She became cold, rude, and condescending. The atmosphere changed so drastically. She made comments such as suggesting it might be best if I just found a new dentist. Within minutes she had me in tears and so uncomfortable. I said I was going to step outside and collect myself, to which she refused. She told me that I wasn’t allowed to step outside to collect myself, and again said I should find a new dentist. With that I felt I had no choice but to leave. I was embarrassed and humiliated for thinking I’d finally found an office I could trust. When I calmly asked about the deposit (I had been told I would get it back as long as I came to the appointment), she refused, saying she would not give it back. I felt targeted, taken advantage of, and humiliated. What should have been a safe environment after I had already worked hard to get myself there turned into an experience that left me feeling unsafe and unwelcome. The contrast with the excellent care I received from Justin and the general dentistry team and Dr. C from oral surgery - makes this even more disappointing. I hope Comfort Dental addresses how patients with trauma histories and complex medical backgrounds are treated on the oral surgery side.

Fantastic experience: Had to wait a 1 hour past my scheduled time, but life happens and they can't be blamed for that. Once in though, was taken care of promptly, and Dr. Collin waved the fees for the surgery (not the norm just happened as part of the conditions leading me here). Was a quick event and didn't feel anything thanks to the numbing.

Fantastic experience: I had 3 tooth removed from open and affordable dental the 4th one they weren’t able to pull out and they had been tugging on it and told me I had to be referred to comfort they had a specialist very nice people I came in with alittle attitude I was in pain but they understood me and took good care of me just happens I stay far from comfort but I’d give them a 100 rating for taking care of me

Negative experience: I was really looking forward to seeing Dr. Lorraine Loustalet. However, after waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time, then being told that someone was coming to take me back to see Dr. Loustalet, then nobody coming for another 5 minutes, I left. I have heard good things about Dr. Lorraine Loustalet, but being made to wait 45 minutes past the appointment time with no end in sight for how much further I would have to wait is unacceptable. I rated them more than one star because the person at the front desk was very nice, and their staff when you call are also great.

Fantastic experience: I came here after years of not visiting the dentist. I had broken a tooth and had some pretty severe pain. The entire staff was very kind, non-judgmental, and patient with me, since I do not like going to the dentist. They saw me as a walk in, quickly made a plan of action, and had me fixed up and on my way in a couple of hours. I've since had two more visits (and more to come), but I'm not longer afraid to visit the dentist. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I had an horrible experience with this location. I was in a lot of pain and swollen all DOCTOR DID FOR ME IT WAS A PICTURE OF MY TOOTH AND TOLD ME ONLY EXTRACTION THAT HE CAN DO FOR ME. So he send me to a nother dentist. Name of the Doctor was Mickel Milward. And on top of that I forgot my jacket with my id-passport in that jacket and they told me it's not there??? it was the only place I visited.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time on this place. They have gone so far down hill. Had a couple cavities filled and have had issues ever since. The main dentist should stop as he’s only in it for the money and not good. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dropped my upper denture on a tile floor and broke a couple teeth two days before a job interview. Got me in the next day, sent my denture for to the lab for repair and received the fixed denture that afternoon. Couldn't ask for more than that. Extremely happy and love the people that work there.

The entire facility was impeccably clean, and I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the receptionist, dental staff, and surgeons. Last week, my son underwent a wisdom teeth removal procedure at the facility, and Dr. Collins was our oral surgeon. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Collins - he was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. Throughout the procedure, he demonstrated a high level of skill and dedication to his work. The entire process was smooth and reassuring, and the staff kept me well-informed about my son's progress. Additionally, we received clear post-operative instructions after the procedure, which was incredibly helpful. What truly stood out to me was Dr. Collins' follow-up call to check on my son's recovery status. This level of care and attention truly made a difference in our experience.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff, care, and experience. I highly recommend this practice. I have to Dr. Millard numerous times and by Dr. Gigi, both are absolutely fantastic. They take care of their patients, are thorough, and want to make sure if I have questions or concerns I have answers and a full understanding. The dental assistants are equally amazing!

Fantastic experience: My six month checkup with x-rays is one I dread because of having a sensitive gag reflux. Anna was very good at setting the device up before having me bite down on the mouth piece and had another staff member stand by to to take the pic. Kayla (hygienist) was very good doing it the old fashion way instead of using the water system. Very happy with this office and staff.

Positive experience: Been going there for 10+ years. Dr. Millward is the dentist to see! The dental work provided is always good and they try to manage pain during treatment. A side note, some of the staff seem bothered by having to deal with patients and can be a bit rude.

Negative experience: The dentist was so concerned about me setting up a very expensive deep cleaning, she never cleaned my teeth for plaque. All i got were xrays, dental floss and brushing. I was very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The kindness and commitment to quality was prevalent from the beginning, from the check-in process, to the intake, to the jovial doctor and solution mindset. Absolutely soothed my concerns about getting my wisdom teeth out in my 40s. I would recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: Just came in today as a first time patient. I knew I would likely have some cavities and we would need to talk about removing my wisdom teeth. When inspecting my teeth, the doctor wrote in her note that she did not want to clean my teeth today because my wisdom teeth were in the way. This I have never come across before. I can’t imagine that my wisdom teeth have become enough of an issue that she cannot clean any of my teeth. Their office is connected to an oral surgeon‘s office, which makes me believe she recommended this swift course of action to send them a sale. Although it is likely necessary for me to get my wisdom teeth removed, there was no conversation and they immediately tried to set me up for an appointment. They then came to me to tell me we were going to do x-rays for my wisdom teeth, so I could schedule an appointment for that which I didn’t even know was happening. Truly horrendous customer service and if you actually want to understand anything about your health, I would not go here. They’re just going to pressure you into spending money.

I don’t have the best teeth and dental visits can be stressful for me, but every single person here has been patient, kind, and completely non-judgmental. They truly make you feel comfortable and supported, no matter your situation. I’ve had teeth pulled and root canals done here, and each experience has been as good as a dentist visit can possibly be. They always take the time to explain things, answer questions, and help whenever I need anything. I genuinely feel cared for here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate, trustworthy dental office.

Fantastic experience: Wow, so happy I called them! I chipped a tooth pretty bad right before Thanksgiving. They were able to get me in the same day and I’m not even kidding, I pulled up at 12:00, I was pulling out of the parking lot—done—at 12:44 and he didn’t only fix one, but TWO teeth! And it only cost me $200. Dang, my original dentist would’ve charged me $900/tooth! So impressed with Dr. Millward’s (sp?) bedside manner, their pricing, immediate availability, and just my overall experience. Definitely recommend them and I may even switch dentists at this point even though I love my guy.

Negative experience: Dr. Gigi is the only reason I still come to this office. Her care and customer service is top tier. However, the front desk never seems to have it together. I always end up waiting 30-45 minutes to be seen from the time of my appointment and it’s usually due to the fact that my insurance is never in the system, despite them calling me and asking for it when they need confirmation of the appointment. I’ve been here multiple times and this happens every time. As I type this it is 5PM, my appointment was at 4:30PM and I still haven’t been seen. Instead, they’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to find out if my insurance is in network, even though I’ve been here multiple times and my insurance has never changed. It can be quite frustrating and time consuming. I understand clerical errors and other patients coming in and out but this information should be checked prior to the appointment.

The assistants and dentists I have had contact with are knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Gentle and thoughtful with my treatments and cleanings. Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed Avoid Avoid I had a terrible experience with Dr. Gigi at Comfort Dental. She placed a crown for me that broke after only six months — and then had the nerve to charge me again to replace it, plus charged me to remove the broken crown. When I asked about the situation, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. On top of that, her cleanings are rushed and painfully rough. It’s clear she’s more focused on getting paid than providing quality care or building trust with patients. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. You deserve a dentist who stands behind their work and treats patients with respect — unfortunately, that’s not what you’ll find here.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to comfort dental @ Parker & Orchard for more than 15 years. Dr Millward and the support staff are always awesome. I only see Dr Millward. He is the absolute best. I started coming here when we briefly didn’t have insurance coverage because they had their own plans that were reasonable and I’m so glad I did because I feel comfortable with Dr Millward. Once we had insurance coverage again I just kept coming here with my insurance instead of the Comfort Dental plan. I don’t want to have to find another dentist I trust. Dr Millward is always honest and upfront about what is necessary and what isn’t and he is kind and compassionate and makes sure you are ok throughout the time he is working on your teeth.

Fantastic experience: They were on time and very friendly. They take the time to explain what they are doing and make sure that you are comfortable.

Negative experience: This location is extremely rude and tried to scam me $500 by making me pay out of pocket for an unnecessary cosmetic procedure instead of billing my insurance. They refused me service since I denied the upsale procedure and were very unprofessional. I will never return to this location and neither will my family.

Fantastic experience: Comfort Dental in Centennial is great place to get dental care. The doctors and staff provide excellent care. I recently went there with my mother, with both of us having appointments the same day. My mom is disabled, the staff assisted her with no problem as my appointment was first. I definitely plan to continue getting our dental care here. Gigi the dentist is awesome, and the dental surgeon Collin is just as great. Wonderful bedside manner !!!!

Also appreciated that your team had the knowledge and equipment to take an x ray of just the molar in question and didn’t say I had to have a panoramic x-ray. I appreciated your common sense and the feeling that I didn’t have to have the work done immediately, but let some other health conditions get better before I would come back to see you, if needed. Negative experience: Not a fan of the "deep cleaning" upsell. 21 years of trust broken with one attempt to generate just a little extra revenue. Sad that I know have to lump dentists in with MD's run amok.

Fantastic experience: I been going to Comfort dental for 19 years and always seen Dr Milward once in while I will see someone else and they are amazing too. But i like to stick to the same docs that know my health. Milward, He is amazing and funny. I really love to eat, especially sugar babies. I always break a filling after 3 years with these sugar babies and Dr Milward always there. I have taken my kids there and now they are grown and they still go to Comfort dental at Parker. The whole crew is woundful that's why I stay and to mention they do good work on my mouth. Thank you Comfort dental for being the best and caring so much.

Fantastic experience: Dr. C and Maddy were a fantastic little duo who talked me through my wisdom teeth being pulled and sang along to The Cure with me during it. I really appreciated how much they were able to joke around and calm me down when I was freaking out about the numbing. Didn’t feel a thing thanks to their diligence. 10/10 would impromptu get all four wisdom teeth removed again at this Comfort Dental by them.

They were very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. I hate going to the dentist period. I don't hate dentists. Negative experience: This is multiple times now where I show up for appointment and no one is here for my appointment. I had arrive and the receptionist did not even welcome me in she just told me to sign in and she was scrolling on her personal phone. I have received confirmation texts and I myself confirmed. I show up and they claim they have called and left voicemails to cancel my appointment. I confirmed my phone number with them and even showed them my call log showing that I have not received any communication from them. Based on their terrible reviews it seems this has happened to MULTIPLE patients and all have thad their time wasted. Highly unprofessional and will be seeking a new practice.

Fantastic experience: So far I’ve seen 2 dentist and they both have made me feel very comfortable. I love their vibes and I don’t feel like I’m being duped for money. They are pretty straight forward and don’t come across like they just want to get paid. Negative experience: Arrived at 4:15 for a 4:30 appointment, left at 5:06 before being seen after waiting 30+ minutes in the waiting room. The receptionist working the front desk was nice enough about it and did try to get me seen, but waiting that long after my appointment time wasn’t exactly what I consider acceptable.

Negative experience: Made a follow up appointment and confirmed multiple times through there automated texts. I show up to my appointment and no one is to be found and doors are locked. This happened despite hours posted on their doors and on Google stating they should be open until 7:30pm.

Negative experience: Don’t bother being on time for your appointment they are always running late. They had my brother and I come back for a 3 minute appointment when they had us waiting for over an hour and a half. Someone who got there after us was seen first on top of it! They canceled my brother’s appointment twice and then called back the second time to say never mind.

Negative experience: Comfort dental you have just lost a long time paitent because of this place! Do not recommend they will do work mess it up then refuse to fix what they screw up and claim your insurance isn't good even when your insurance says that it is still active. Had a filling done that came out had a crown done that broke within 2 day cause they said it was put on backwards then took them 4 other visits to correct that the filling is when the claims my insurance wasnt good anymore started. This place has been a nightmare I've used comfort dental for years but this one do not waste your time.

Fantastic experience: I broke a front tooth unexpectedly and needed treatment quickly, of course this is embarrassing The tooth broke all the way down to the gum line, with just a tiny nub of tooth on the right-side. I didn't think anything could be done. Still I made the earliest available appointment, which was first thing 7:30 am next day. I AM SO GLAD I DID; I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. Dr. GiGi and dental assistant Jackie decided they were going to fix it despite only bare minimum tooth for support. Within an hour they had created, and placed a new tooth, and with ZERO PAIN. My family who saw me with the missing tooth are so amazed. They have forgotten it was ever broken and so have I. I love this office, they make me love going to the dentist.

Negative experience: Update: 3.20.25 Informed by 2 dentists The Bridge placement does not meet accepted dental procedures. Two other crowned teeth are considered failed with one, with active decay, One will require an implant due to the decay. The other may require an implant, depending on what is discovered once it is removed. The bridge will be eliminated. Insurance normally will not cover the cost of a replacement crown for five years. Hence, a failure of a crown within this period Seemingly belongs Within the providers Duty to perform. The provider or their Insurance provider, has self elected, not to contact the patient to discuss the matter to date March 19, 2025. Below is the previous post up date. Comfort dental insurance, Has not provided assistance, despite claiming the bridge would be prorated after 16 months by insurance. Which is interpreted to mean; for the first 16 months it would be covered by the dentist 100%. So what is the purpose of buying Comfort Dental insurance and seeing a Comfort Dental dentist if no one will back up their work(?). It would seem that; so little money would be needed to fix this. Compared to the amount of money, “litigating this” and one other tooth allegedly not installed correctly according to a different dentist. I believe I spent over $17,000 and I feel very disrespected. In regards to the recent post made by Comfort dental: They never have reached out to me and I believe they never will.

Fantastic experience: Amazing my front implanted tooth of 20 year , the crown came off while using a water pick their staff dentist and tech were able to see me on a Saturday within 20 minutes and they took X-rays and after local anesthesia were able to cement it back in place as good as new. I could not have been more grateful and pleased!
