Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentistry. I had an excellent experience here and Dr. Rankin went out of her way to make sure I got all the care my teeth needed despite my insurance being on a tight timeline. I do, however, have one small complaint: I was here three times in the span of 9 days, and every time, the office checkout associate asked me to pay $53 for my initial exam. I explained on the first visit that my insurance should be covering this, and then another associate behind her chimed in that I was correct and should not be billed for it at this time. I then had to explain and repeat this exact situation every time I had another visit, and the associate responded like she'd never seen this situation before. Each time I had to explain to her that the insurance claim was pending and the same associate behind her had to confirm my explanation to get the bill removed. This is extremely poor customer service, and I'm sure a lot of people are being charged for this when their insurance would already cover it.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Dr. Rankin is wonderful; kind and personable. It also helps that she is very skilled! Each person that I interacted with was pleasant and welcoming. It is a beautiful and clean environment. I definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Update May 2025: It has been a year, a crown, a filling, and my opinion and review of Dr. Mingle and his practice has not changed! The crowns are expertly produced while you wait; no two week temporary. They operate with the PATIENT at the heart of their practice and we feel SO fortunate to have found them. I highly recommend them for all dental procedures. Both my spouse and I feel the same way. What a fabulous dental experience! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional support staff, incredible hygienist, amazing dentist! Great information provided, thorough and helpful care provided. Highly recommend!

Have been going to Rankin & Mingle for many years now and I think this was maybe the first time I needed something other than an exam/ cleaning…..Dr. Rankin installed a crown for me on a back tooth and Dr. Mingle came in and finished things up….both are very competent and make you feel at ease while in the chair……. nice visit, as always….

Yesterday I woke up with horrible pain in my tooth and they made sure to get me in that day squeezing me in with the other patients needing help as well. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Rankin for years for Botox treatments, her precision and care can't be matched so when she suggested Scarlet RF to improve my complexion and firm/tighten my skin, I wholeheartedly trusted her recommendation. After the first Scarlet treatment there was a visible change in my skin, not only to me - family and friends were also seeing an improvement. I just recently had a second treatment and my complexion looks significantly clearer and brighter. I’ve struggled with uneven skin tone and major breakouts most of my adult life, but after just 2 treatments, my skin has a smoother, more radiant appearance and I have not experienced a single breakout. I no longer need to wear full coverage foundation to cover embarrassing acne, such an amazing feeling! What impressed me even more is the improvement in the firmness of my skin. Fantastic experience: I was able to get a same day appointment for a problem on the right side of my mouth. They used 360 degree imagery to rule out any root infection. Dr. Mingle took his time examining my mouth to find the problem.

Fantastic experience: I went to a different dentist a few months ago as my insurance changed earlier this year and I was looking for a new dentist. That dentist wanted me to get an overwhelming amount of work done and I did not get a good feel. I had an exam and cleaning this morning with Dr. Rankin and a wonderful hygienist and a very realistic dental plan. I feel a lot better and I’m glad I found a new reliable dentist. I rarely do reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt the need to share. I was really impressed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr’s Rankin and Mingle are the best dentists I have EVER had in all my dental experiences. They are kind, caring, and make you feel completely comfortable. They are brilliant providers, who embody the word “Professional “. Their staff are the same way. The doctors are conservative in their treatment plans, and you will NEVER feel like they are forcing expensive or unnecessary treatments. Their costs and medical decisions are upfront and transparent. The office is modern and immaculately clean. Office equipment is modern and in excellent working condition. As a retired critical care nurse, I am super picky about my choice of medical providers. I can whole heartedly recommend this dental group…. You won’t regret choosing this office for all your (Any yourfamilies) dental needs.

Positive experience: This is a modern dentist office with a friendly and helpful staff. they know about your "dental insurance" before you arrive. Because dental insurance is a joke. Money only flows one way. To the Delta insurance company. Dr. Rankin did a good job with my current problem.

Negative experience: I had always had a positive experience until recently. Had an issue and after SEVERAL (at least 5) calls and texts, I was promised Dr. Mingle would call me back. He never did. I was told he was given the messages but yet, still no return call. Disappointed to say the least as I did like the treatment I received previously. I just think after more than 5 attempts between calling and texting to ask for a follow-up/return call and no reply, it's time to find a new dentist.

The staff is super friendly and always makes sure you're comfortable and are in the know about what's going on. Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate anything to do with orthodontists or any medical places for that matter because of my fear of needles or something horrible happening. But I was pleasantly surprised of how nice and comfortable the environment was. Not to mention how kind and patient everyone was with me, nor feeling judged by the waterfall of saliva coming out of my mouth :D . I felt as if everything was under control and I was talked through what was happening.

The male hygienist who has cleaned my teeth these past couple of times is too aggressive tho, and seems to be in a rush when he cleans my teeth every time. If he could be more mindful about making the customer comfortable, and be more gentle, my experience would be a lot better. Other than that, I love my doctors.
