I am 76 years old and needed extensive care for my teeth.They took excellent care of me , following all protocols and even remeasured my blood pressure few times. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was thorough, gentle and pleasure to talk to . The front ladies were also following up with me and my medication and doctors and treatment plan.I am very happy with everyone in this office.

Negative experience: I have been going to this office for about 2 years. I have never had a problem until now. I went in for a routine cleaning and was told by a very rude hygienist, that I can't have a general cleaning because I need a deep cleaning. I was told this a year ago. I told them that I don't want one. A deep cleaning cost $,$$$ or so dollars and have never been told I need one before. So here we are today. I have never in all my 55 years ever heard of a dentist office not doing a cleaning. Money grab! When did dentist office start charging more for what use to be a general cleaning.

Negative experience: Six years ago, I left a review sharing how pleased I was with Alpha Dental. Unfortunately, today’s experience completely changed my opinion. After my cleaning, I asked—out of courtesy—if the dentist could briefly see me regarding a sensitive tooth I’ve been having issues with. I was told it would cost an additional $33 just for the dentist to look at it. After being a loyal patient for years, I was honestly shocked and disappointed that there was no consideration given to my long-standing relationship with the office. I have even referred family members here over the years, but today I felt more like a dollar sign than a valued patient. It’s sad to see a place that once felt caring now seem more focused on money than patient well-being.

Fantastic experience: Loved my cleaning here. Haven’t had any real work done on my teeth, but the place is impeccable and the staff is super. And the dentist helped my resolve a little issue with ease.

Fantastic experience: My experience yesterday was the most positive I've ever had at a dental clinic, despite my broken tooth. A place is only as good as its people, and my hope is that someone must be cultivating a positive work environment because the team at Alpha are some of the best I've encountered. My hygienist Casey was extremely skilled, and also may be one of the nicest people I've ever met. I'm actually looking forward to returning to the dentist for the first time in my life.

Fantastic experience: Not enough space to share how much I love this office! My 18 year old just completed years of treatment to prep for a dental implant plus veneers. The end result was even better than we both expected. Every person on her team was incredible! They worked together to give her the most perfect outcome. Every staff member has been so very kind throughout the entire process. Highly highly recommend even if it’s just for your basic cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The best staff!! I've been going here for 4+ years (since 2021) and I never want to go anywhere else. I've come here for cleanings, teeth whitening and Invisalign. All went extremely smoothly and everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Wolk is kind, straight forward, and doesn't waste time. Casey is the sweetest yet thorough dental hygienist I've ever had. She books far out so make sure you get an appointment ahead of time! I HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and friends have been going to Alpha Dental and kept telling me how amazing Dr. Wolk is—so I finally worked up the courage to schedule an appointment. I’m so glad I did! At my first visit, I had a cleaning and X-rays, and I was immediately struck by how kind, patient, and understanding everyone was. Dr. Wolk made me feel safe, listened to, and never judged for how long I’d put things off. I felt so comfortable that I actually came back for a second appointment—where I had two teeth fixed that had been broken for over four years. I had been too scared to let anyone touch them before, but Dr. Wolk’s gentle and reassuring approach gave me the confidence to finally get them taken care of. Fantastic experience: Been going to Dentists many years on my travels around USA always looking for good dentists. I was referred to Alpha and on first day, said, experience was unreal. Dr. Wolk is great, and Johnna and Louise are wonderful staff with great attitudes...Had Tooth Extraction, easy, no pain, had bridge removed, easy and new bridge put in. Needed adjustments Dr. Wolk and Office Staff very accommodating and always first concern is of the patient. Again, you need a Dentist, go to Alpha Dental in Lake Worth and experience the professional care you get.

Negative experience: I had a referral from Lucy Ramos to go to Alpha Dental. I needed to get a front tooth implant & I was seen by Dr Louise & she told me she couldn't put an implant in she was not that pleasant she said she can only do half this year & half next year. I never heard of such a thing & only had so much money this year for my medical to cover the tooth which was $4,000 she said she was unable to do it. I went there the first time & one of the Drs said that he could rebuild the whole side of my mouth & he quoted me $11,000 with a front tooth he came off as a used car salesman trying to sell me on the plan. prices for dental work was outrageous. Do Not Reccomend!!!!!!

Besides, normal routine dental services being excellent, they also have an amazing emergency service. When you leave them a message after hours they get back to you. Most dental office will not get back to you until the office reopens. My front tooth veener fell out which was very upsetting. They made me an appointment as soon as the office opens. I appreciated them letting me know immediately that they can take right away. I love this office.

Negative experience: Nasty people working here. Wife went for apt, person’s hands were shaking. Couldn’t finish exam. Didn’t have option to finish, missed work. Then when she complained they discharged our whole family from practice. Also, the dentist has zero personality or bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: An amazing and accommodating staff that are empathetic and knowledgeable. Does not try to upsale or push you to do anything to make money. I have been to other dentist office and it’s all about money and don’t care about the patient. Alpha Dental primary concern is always taking care of their patients as they go above and beyond to make sure everything I need is taken care of. I referred a friend there as well and he absolutely loved it compared to other practices. Without a doubt will recommend to anyone.

I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep in the chair. At former dental offices I felt procedures were rushed and rough and painful, and honestly- traumatic. I am so glad I tried Alpha Dental! They were right on time which never happened at my old dentist. Overall it was a great visit and I won't be dreading going to the dentist any more.

Fantastic experience: I visited Alpha Dental today for the first time, after chipping a front tooth. Over the years my once beautiful teeth had become worn, cracked and shifted. I had a thorough examination and informative consultation with Dr Wolk and her assistant, Katania. Subsequently Dr Wolk repaired my tooth and 4 adjoining teeth which returned my smile to 25 yearsago!!! I Highly Recommend Them. Reasonably priced and incredibly professional group!
