Fantastic experience: Just amazing thing to say about Dr Rojas and her team, i love them. I used to be so afraid of dentists and they make sure I felt comfortable and safe. They are sooo sweet. I look for years for a dentist to Invisalign and they all told i didn’t qualify for Invisalign, but dr Rojas make sure to tell me i did qualify and i gotta say it changed my life completely my smile was my biggest insecurity and today i finished my treatment today and im so happy with my results. I had to move out of west palm 3 hours away. And will drive those hours for them because they are the best love you all i’am so thankful for everyone of the team now i feel confident to smile on photos ❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: I was one of their first customers when they first opened up in Loxahatchee, I get my teeth cleaned there three times a year. They just canceled my appointment that I had for four months because I didn’t call them back soon enough. My appointment isn’t for another six days. The main dentist I haven’t seen in years. I don’t like being treated like a number. You guys were great when you first opened up, you can turn the ship around.

Negative experience: I went for a first visit and asked if it was covered, and was informed that everything was covered by the hygienist.  I was waiting for the doctor when someone came in and told me my insurance only covered a certain amount, and I had an out-of-pocket amount due of $90.00, which I paid (this is after cleaning). They never even asked if I agreed to the cost of Irrigation Medicine before administering it ($65.00).  I called my insurance company, which informed me that there should not be any out-of-pocket due.  I called and told them what I was told by the insurance company. Then they informed me they were reimbursing me $25 since they "forgot" to add some form of floss. ??? But refused to reimburse me for the Irrigation Medicine that I knew nothing about. They responded that you signed the treatment plan.  So much misinformation from these people, they should have a policy of letting patient know cost before starting any procedure even a cleaning. I will never go back again. Staff was extremely rude when I called about this issue.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bader and Dr. Rojas are awesome. They explain everything to you and are upfront with pricing (which is very fair) so there’s no surprises. The equipment they use is top notch and way beyond what my old dentist used. The work was great and this is the only place I’ve been where they didn’t hit a nerve and numb half my face. The rest of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend the Dental House to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience overall at Dental House of Wellington on Thursday, 29 August 2024, was Excellent. I am very pleased with the very thorough job Tracey the dental hygienist did of examining, taking X-rays and cleaning my teeth. The office, work stations/areas and equipment were very modern and clean. Also I found the design/layout, decor and ambiance of the office to be very modern and calming. In addition the follow up consultation with Dr. Sandra Rojas was very pleasant and informative.
