Negative experience: Went in for a consult. Not knowing any better I thought wow they’re really pushing Invisalign this must be the right step for me. Months and thousands of dollars later I was told by the Dr yeah girls your age don’t do the best with Invisalign. Then why was it recommended?? He was so condescending I would get anxiety coming here based on the way he spoke to me. I ended up having to pay the remainder of the Invisalign contract. Went to another dr in the area and was told I was never an Invisalign candidate with my complicated case. I’m paying more money now but I’m happier with the treatment I received at the other dr. Please please please do your research before coming here.

Negative experience: My daughter had a HORRIBLE experience today and left hysterically crying. She went there to continue her Invisalign treatment since she started it in NJ & is now a college student in FL. Katie Brumm, team leader, was nasty & accused my 4.0 GPA daughter of "not being committed" & said "we won't treat you for free." This went against the Smile Doctors participation which allowed her to continue treatment without additional charges. SHAME ON YOU!

I heard great things about Petrover Orthodontics, so I traveled 2 and a half hours there to take my son for his first Ortho visit. I have invisalign and the techs have been great at explaining each step and how the process is supposed to be going. I'm done with my treatment in October and I'm so excited to see the final results ! I'm a repeat patient because I had braces as a kid and never kept up and I'm glad I chose to revisit this office.

Fantastic experience: They were able to see me the same day that I called for an appointment to get a replacement retainer. Mine had just broken and I had moved from another state last year so I couldn't get one from the previous orthodontist. They also had different options for retainers, one of them was very affordable. The 3D scanning process was simple and quick and offices are very clean and I really enjoyed the interactions with their employees.
