Fantastic experience: As a periodontist in over 50 years of practice in Broward County, I’ve had the opportunity to deal with dozens of dentists. This afternoon, as a patient, I visited Dr. Steven Bussell. His office is beautiful. His staff is very friendly. Dr. Bussell is very thorough, explaining his findings and recommended treatment. His local anesthesia injection was absolutely painless. Dr. Bussell and his assistant worked very efficiently together. The result was perfect. From the receptionist all the way to the doctor, I was met with kindness, a little bit of humor, and good information about what’s going on in my mouth. I walked out feeling like I knew a lot more about what’s going on with me medically and physically. Meaning I now know a little bit more about the condition I have and the way it affects my body. I recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Everything was great. I had a toothache and they squeezed me in for an appointment on the same day. I was the last patient of the day and Dr. Bussel filled a cavity for me on a Friday afternoon. It was great. Didn't have to suffer all weekend. Excellent care and companssion.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bissell, Loriel in front office and Kristi the assistant/hygenist are by far THE BEST that I've ever experienced in any dental office. This team understands how to be kind, work smart, explain everything and be efficient while taking their time to respect you, make you comfortable and make sure you understand everything about your particular processes. This is a 5 Star operation and sets the bar for medical offices.

Fantastic experience: I’m a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. The staff was wonderful and everyone was so nice. Dr. Bushell was very upfront to the point and explained everything in a way that I could understand what was going on. I needed two tooth extraction and it was done so quickly and painlessly that I was so shocked it was finished. I have never been more comfortable with his staff and the procedure being done. Absolute BEST experience!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My Husband is a Disabled Veteran. He goes to the West Palm Beach Veterans Medical Center for all his doctors. He was unable to get an appointment to have his teeth cleaned and Affordable Dental offered to clean his teeth and fit him into their very busy schedule. They were cordial and the Hygienist did an A+ job. Then Dr Bussell examined his teeth and even found a small cavity. We are very impressed with Dr Bussell’s Dental Office and highly recommend their practice. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This is my first Google review ever because I haven’t really been moved to do so before. Dr. Bussell and his staff went above and beyond to help me in a very vulnerable situation I was in with my teeth. I had excruciating pain that was a result from another doctor’s fillings and failure to catch another problem I had. Dr. Bussell got me in, took phenomenal care of me, and his prices were more than reasonable. Almost 80% less then I was asked to pay at the other office. The follow ups from them and the true compassion that they had for me and my recovery was amazing. I will never go to anyone else.

The exam was thorough, with the most up-to-the-minute equipment - everything was digital! No messy, gooey impressions and with measurement to the millimeter and the knowledgeable staff to ensure maximum effectiveness. Fantastic experience: They were kind enough to open in Saturdays for veterans since the VAMC sent me here. I did get real-time texts and not the automated one. The receptionists, dental assistant and the doctor were funny and awesome. The doctor understood my problems because we have the same issues and breathing problems, so it was easier to talk to him and he understood me as well. I went today to get fitted for a sleeping mouth guard and it went by fast and efficient .

Fantastic experience: I actually don't mind going to the dentist. I like the texts you get about appointment reminders and I really like how comfortable the process is on your teeth. What's terrible about the dentist is being uncomfortable or have pain caused in your mouth. I've been here a couple times before and I didn't feel uncomfortable at any of these appointments either. They take good care of you. Friendly staff. They remember you from your previous visits. I also like that prices seem low. I always leave feeling like I should've paid more. I'll keep going back.

Negative experience: Don't let this place do any major work on you, they don't know what they're doing, wont stand by their work after they screw up your teeth, NOT once but twice, staff is rude when you bring up complains, they are only good for cleanings.

Negative experience: Not sure how they have 5 stars and such good reviews after just speaking with a staff member today. I emailed them to request and emergency appointment for a broken, painful tooth. Being 40 weeks pregnant I don’t have much time to spare and can’t have this turn into an infection. After waiting for a response back that I didn’t get, I called. This rude lady answered and said “oh you’re the pregnant one” yeah do you have insurance. I told her no I’ll be self pay.....then she changed her tone to this demeaning degrading voice and said well it’s starts at 350$...okay why are you trying to imply that I can’t pay that? Also then she said I’ll need to get an okay from your dr. (Still rude as ever) well obviously I know that. He will be fine with an extraction but at that point I was already so annoyed with her attitude I hung the phone up. Treat people better, especially during these times and don’t ever assume people can’t afford a service. Rude lady.

At the end of my cleaning, she explained to me her concerns and how I could improve them. Then, Dr. Bussell came in to examine me and address any concerns I may have. He explained everything to me in such a caring manner. I will be going back to this office in the future. Clean and courteous staff.
