Positive experience: I needed 2 extractions and I knew this could be a painful procedure. The staff was very professional and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the oral surgery. I felt their team did the best job possible. I highly recommend the Dental Team of W.P.B.

I recently came from another dental office that was trying to overcharge me for services, so I decided to call this location instead. When I spoke with Stacey, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. When I came in for my appointment this morning, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone was kind, professional, and worked with a real sense of urgency, which I truly appreciated especially that early in the morning. They also helped guide me through the next steps for my treatment process with other services.& What stood out most was how genuine and connected the team felt. It truly feels like a family working together rather than just a group of employees at a dental office. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care and exceptional customer service.

Negative experience: I’d like to personally thank this dental clinic for teaching me the true meaning of patience. Most people get temporary dentures for a few weeks… I got the extended collector’s edition for an entire year. At this point, these temporaries and I are basically in a committed relationship. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to age alongside your temporary dentures, this is the place for you. I came in expecting a dental procedure and accidentally signed up for a year-long character-building exercise. Somewhere between “your permanents are almost ready” and my 47th follow-up appointment, I started considering these temporary dentures family. Eating became an extreme sport. Smiling became a trust fall. And every appointment somehow ended with me leaving exactly the same way I came in. I’ve leaned a new trade however. I’m doing relines for my neighbors now, as I’ve become an expert at relining dentures that refuse to fit. Nothing says confidence like wondering if your teeth are going to clock out before you do. Every visit felt like a season finale with no resolution: “Maybe next month!” The communication was amazing too — if you enjoy cryptic mysteries and unanswered questions from the call center. That said, the one shining light in this place is Brittany. Brittany deserves combat pay, a vacation, and probably a medal for surviving this circus while still being kind and professional. If she ever leaves, the whole place might collapse like my temporary dentures during a sandwich. Brittany is the human equivalent of customer service CPR. Friendly, professional, and clearly carrying this entire operation on her back like an exhausted Olympic weightlifter. Would not recommend unless you’re looking for a long-term subscription to disappointment.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist! I was seeing a different one but they told me I had a cavity and were gonna charge me SO much to fill it even with insurance. So I shopped around and found this one. I came in and turns out I didn’t even have a cavity! The other place was just trying to get more money. I really appreciated the honesty and kindness of the dentist here! I feel very comfortable here. Also hygienist Romer is the best! So kind and gentle!

Fantastic experience: After Multiple offices giving me multiple outrageous prices, they definitely gave me an affordable price that I was able to work with and save my teeth.
Negative experience: My experience today at the dentist was not a good one. But I made the appointment. I told him what insurance I had. I wanted to do a cleaning. They said the cleaning and x-ray is covered. After doing the x-rays being examined by the hygienist, then the doctor they said I needed a deep cleaning for a few teeth in the front. He said that would cost me $88 I said no thank you just do the basic cleaning that my insurance will cover at that point. They came back and said what’s the problem $88 and I said yes then they said we can do it for 40. It seemed like I was on let’s make a deal? They refused to do the general cleaning or basically cleaning at that point I got up and left. I spoke with Stacy, the office manager. She is very opinionated assumes things does not let you speak talks over you. She said things over the phone that we’re not set in the office. I would never go back to that office again. I will tell friends and family to stay away from them as well. The only reason I gave you one star was because of Amira, she was Very polite. I’m sure she could do much better at another office.

Fantastic experience: Finding South Florida sedation dentistry has been a breath of fresh air. My experience started over the phone with Shelly, who is absolutely amazing. He kindness, over the phone reassured me I was going to be in good hands with them. Once I got there I was nervous and they have a basket with ear plugs, stress balls and even chapstick! When I was called back I was greeted by Michelle who kept me calm and explained everything she was doing in much detail. Both of these women made my experience at the dentist so peaceful. I cried HAPPY tears! This was my first visit and they were able to start phase one of a treatment plan that I wasn't expecting to begin. They understood taking time off from worl is not the easiest thing for me and they started my treatment that same day! If you're nervous or skeptical to be seen by a dentist I urge you to call South Florida sedation dentistry because they will take care of you I never thought I would be so excited to go back to the dentist. 5 stars isn't good enough. 10/10

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in I had a positive experience. The ladies at the front were a pleasure, very friendly and went above and beyond to help. The gentleman who did my scans was also great..he did everything to ensure I was comfortable. What I appreciate the most is the upfront pricing unlike some dental offices who just begin treatment then charge you, they went over cost and everything with me first before beginning any work. This practice is definitely worth you checking them out.

Negative experience: So I had a decent experience with staff however, I took out a care credit loan out to get work done. Where I thought my account balance was just increasing with the work they were doing but instead they opened 3 different care credit loans which I did not know nor was told. Anyway I didn't pay off 2 of the 3 within the first year and now I'm getting charged 5 arms and 3 legs on interest monthly because of this. ALSO I was charged $1700 for work that I never got done because after the bad job they did on my crown I decided not to go back. Fast forward 1 and some odd years and I still haven't received the refund for the $1700 and I can't get ahold of someone in that office to save my life so now I'm seeking legal assistance. Proceed with caution!!

Fantastic experience: The best dental office I have ever been to. The nicest people at the front desk and all around. They are professional, know what they're doing, provide high quality outcomes, take good care of you, and do everything possible to ensure your comfort, whether it's at the dentist chair or when paying your bill. They work with your insurance and you will know ahead of time what your co-pays will be. No surprise bills after. You walk away feeling comfortable, well cared for and despite the discomfort of sitting at a dentist chair and hearing those drills, this is one place where I feel comfortable coming to take care of my dental health. I highly recommend this office and this wonderful team of professionals.

You know that saying you only have one chance to make a first impression ... well they knocked it out of the ballpark and put "customer" back in customer service. Fantastic experience: I am 82 years old and have been to a lot of dentists in my years. I was very impressed with everyone at the dental office. Everyone was very thoughtful and considerate. I was also impressed with all the modern equipment they used. The hygienist to an excellent job cleaning my teeth. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need like the last place I went to.

Negative experience: My experience with your office at the Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach was not good. My first appointment was for a basic cleaning. The hygienist took X-rays, did his own exam, and the dentist did her exam. The hygienist determined that I needed a deep cleaning, and the dentist claimed that I needed a tiny filling somewhere in my mouth. I'm not sure where in my mouth I need a tiny feeling, but that's what she said. The hygienist then goes and talk to the two ladies working in the front office. The hygienist and the two ladies came into the examination room to explain the cost to get a deep cleaning and filling done, and if I agree, they could get it done today within in hour or so for $700+ dollars out of pocket. No mention of my Blue Cross Blue Shield and supplement dental insurance which I gave them when I first walked in the office. When I asked about my insurance, they went right back to the $700+ plus dollars. They were only concerned with if I'm willing to pay the $700+ dollars to get the work done today today. Long story short, at the end of the day, an appointment was made for another date. I will cancel that appointment. I feel like they were only interested in trying to get me to commit to paying the $700+ dollars to get the work done today. The funny thing is that I picked this dental office from a list of authorized providers given to me by my dental insurance company and they were not interested in my insurance. It feels like there is something unusual going on here.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Lam and her team are honestly the best of the best. They make the dentist a much more calm and reassuring experience than anywhere I’ve ever been before! If you have any fears or concerns about dental offices this IS the place for you.

Positive experience: I really love this office. Doctors and front desk was amazing. Going to the dentist is super nerve-racking for me from past experiences at other offices. They were super understanding about my pain and trying to help me financially make it work. What’s making me only do three stars is the fact that the communication with another doctor in Delray to do my root canal wasn’t communicated well. I was told a range I could do only to find out. I can’t do it. They have to do root canal, and the crown. I get it but at the same time I talked it through with this office. I’m not sure why the Delray office couldn’t just help me out. Life is hard. I didn’t expect to have throbbing pain needing emergency root canal. The back-and-forth between offices just made me feel like I was disregarded and how I’m feeling right now, which is a lot of pain. I’m having to go to another practice to get my root canal.

Negative experience: June, My denture came from the lab over sized , I have had an on going numerous” I can count 10+ adjustments … now Sept still not fitting, I believe they should start over making a new denture thats close to a gd fit, it was never a right fit … yesterday they offered another adjustmet , no was my response, the teeth have been filed so much they sit ( noticable) crooked showing gum on that side ( which was my #1 request “ no gum showing”) Not Happy still not wearing them since June … Lab’s failure !
