Negative experience: This office is a conveyor belt with quick service being the only sell. The techniques this company uses are invasive and rushed. They just decide on choosing to use a bigger screw despite how your healing. It's lazy and I did not return to have the implant replaced after the preparation. Saving money is not worth the recovery.

From day one they made me feel comfortable and eased all the anxiety/stress I had built up. Just had my top full implants done 4 weeks ago..everything went and has been going better than I ever anticipated. Permanents in 6 months. Negative experience: Horrible I tried three times to set an appointment to repair a broken Cylinder in my lower plate Kept getting excuses, told me as soon as the doctor reviewed my chart, they would call me to set up an appointment I guess they don’t wanna do warranty work Would not recommend

Negative experience: horrible experience, did not complete the work, left me without permanent teeth. no one returns calls. you asked us to call "directly" to an 888 number, still can't talk to a person with any authority just a endless list of options that target new victims (clients) No one every picks up the phone at the office. you can see they provide a canned responses going back to a non human 888 number.

Fantastic experience: decided to do my full top and bottom implants at Clear Choice in West Palm. Very happy so far with my preliminary visits/consultations in preparation for the upcoming surgery in 2 weeks. Very professional, very detailed and courteous. Great staff. Tiffany and Desiree have been very thorough, covering everything in detail, nothing is left to chance. Dr. Patel will be doing the surgery ... still a bit nervous. Will keep you posted.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and lack of communication. When I had a problem I was told “it’s normal”. When I went back the 2nd time for the same reason, the Dr. tried to fix it but only made it worse. After that I received a letter dismissing me from the practice. They said they are covered for 5 years. Now if anything happens I have to pay.

Fantastic experience: Well for sure it hurt. However the three primary individuals that took me through the process were, Jennifer Woerner Surgeon, Dr Mina Bishara Prosthodontist and Linzy Duarte Prosthodontic Assistant. After surgery I had a question regarding my healing process Jennifer Woerner the Surgeon called on my cell to discuss. When I went in for my first check up Dr Bishara was so polite, experienced and enthusiastic about my progress. When it came time for my finals Linzy did all the work. She was so gentle and precise, I actually was day dreaming during the procedure. Dr Bishara gave it the thumps, up and it was over. I got three estimates which were all expensive . Decided on the West Palm Beach office . I own my own business with 50 plus employees. Believe me when I say if had a problem they would have known about. Well Done West Palm Beach team. Steve Brown

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are from Austin, Texas and we were on vacation in Key West, Florida. While on Key West I experienced a dental emergency. We were in the middle of our vacation, and the situation would not allow me wait another six days until we returned to Austin to have it fixed. I researched if there were any ClearChoice dental facilities close to my location in Key West.There were three facilities with the closest being in Miami, and another office in Ft. Lauderdale. Both were too busy to see me immediately. Frustration and panic turned into a wow experience when I called the West Palm Beach facility. Immediately Alondra asked pertinent questions about my emergency. She set me up for an emergency visit.Even though it was additional hours drive from Key West the drive was well worth it. From the initial call with Alondra, and a few follow up calls, to the efficient, friendly dental work performed by Fabio the experience was beyond professional and satisfying. Fantastic experience: Clear choice dental was most likely the best and most important decision of my life!!!! At first, just like anyone else, I considered the " MONEY FACTOR "¡!! Everyone knows how expensive dental work costs. I'm going to tell you that if your teeth are affecting the way you approach any and all situations, due to you constantly thinking about how can I make sure no one sees how poorly my teeth look!!! If I would have known how much my life was going to change, I would have gone to Clear choice immediately!! Please don't sit back and think about how u r going to pay for such a procedure. Fantastic experience: This may be a lengthy review, but I feel a public service to those looking to get implants done. Clear Choice went far and above in helping me. The top implants done by another dentist who I now discovered 1) did the implants in one day (not recommended) 2) was not specialist 3) when my implants fell out (done 3/20) that office told me to see the dentist would be $275 for the appt. and although I had no implants on top he would not see me for a week. The staff at Clear Choice ALL get a 5 star rating. But I must address Dr. Bishara who took on the job of getting my implants back in well aware he did not put them in and it was not a easy fix. I am getting my bottom implants done in Sept. but now am getting the top done also. I am reporting the first dentist in regard to I believe a very incompetent job regarding my top implants. In closing, I feel Clear Choice the right choice for dental implants!

Fantastic experience: I have to give them 5 stars! I reviewed and spoke with many differenty companies, and friends about dental implants. I was at the end of my patience and thought there was no one that understood what I truly needed. Or wanted. Then I met Clear Choice. Right away, I was truly taken back at how honest they seemed. Then we got the procees started. Everything they said they would do, they did. They absolutely show incredible professionalism and compassion! Everyone I came in contact with, or even walked by, always had a smile and always greated you. Completey up front about the whole process!! And what is expected from them and you as well!! While they were a little more expensive, they certainately go the extra mile and prove their worth!!! The communication is amazing. They had all the necessary prescripitions ready to go when they said they would. Appoinment times that are done appropriately. ( I think I waited 5 mins at the longest) I could keep going on! But when It's all said and done, they made sure I had someone with me the entire time!! And my family was kept updated!! I have heard of people driving after the type of surgery I had. This does not happen here!! Safety is of course a priority. They excell with it!! Rightfully so, there was no way I would have been able to do any type of driving after!! And lastly, after a full upper palate extraction, mounts and going home with a temp set of teeth in a day, my pain was minimal and more of a discomfort! Suprisingly! They somehow achieve this during extractions!! I expected so much more, and was more than happy to not have to take the pain medicine. Other than some ibuprofen. If your thinking about implants, this is a place that should be seriously considered!! Absolute professionals from the minute you walk in!!!!
