Her and her office have been absolutely amazing, so understanding, accommodating and have made the drive more than worth it! I also had a lapse in my plan of care with her, I saw her two years ago then had to get something else done before I could proceed with her work and I just went back this week and after 2 years she still remembered details of my personal life that I shared, what I did for a living and my entire extensive dental journey! That alone made me feel incredibly welcomed and heard as well as confirmed that she does the work to read a chart before she sees her patients which is how it always should be!! I have extreme dental anxiety, to the point where usually I have to be medicated or keep my mind fully distracted. This is not easy to do. Dr Kleiman I can honestly say I trust with my entire being and I look forward to the final outcome result!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to begin…seriously. I’m terrified of the dentist but this place took that fear away so naturally that I’m still shocked as to how they did it. Dr Kleiman is the first dentist in my life who gave me Novocaine and it did NOT hurt. Also, she gave JUST ENOUGH so I wasn’t numb all night…I’m sorry but that’s a HUGE skill! Every single other dentist in the us I’ve had rams it to what feels like the bone and I look like a chipmunk with wayyyy too much to where all night I’m almost drooling: ALL of the girls there were awesome! If you struggle with dental fear, come here. They will disarm you of that fear and you’ll feel so welcomed and protected (in the way that they want what’s best for you versus these big box store dentists that just want to upsell you)

Fantastic experience: Dr Garine and his staff are the best. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. Getting worked in on short notice when I needed attention, NO PROBLEM. His staff is the best, always make me feel like I'm the only patient they have. Almost no wait time at appointments, always very professional. Special shout out for Alissa (Program Coordinator) she is the best I have ever had the pleasure for working with. I live in Texas but I have my prosthodontics done here if that tells you anything. Dr Garine is very busy but he always takes time to talk with me and explain what is going on. He is a perfectionist, he won't stop until you and he feel everything is just right. If you need prosthodontics work; look no further, you have found your home.

Fantastic experience: Why emergencies seem to happen around the Holidays is beyond me but when a molar crown came off I called Dr. Garine’s office and Amber offered a fit in appointment that very day. This practice is extremely busy and we are days away from the Hanukkah and Christmas Holidays yet I was offered an appointment and my crown was expertly fixed. Garine, Lupe, Amber, Erika and Alyssa- the entire staff -are consummate, caring professionals- they are state of the art with a whole lot of heart. I’m so grateful to this practice.

Dr Boza spent time going over my case and explained that he would recommend a "watch and monitor"approach since I do not have pain or sensitivity rather than rush in and remove a tooth. I went to Dr Boza for a consult, and left becoming a patient and will now use him for my dental check ups and cleaning.

Negative experience: I am a retired dentist and just moved to Florida. After my visit to this office which included an evaluation and X-rays totaling $672.00 I was told that a treatment plan would be sent to me by email for review the following week. I never received a treatment plan by email and there was no follow up call. Of course I could have called and inquired about the treatment. But as a new patient I expected better follow through as I don't want to start treatment if this is how the office operates. Maybe it was just an oversight and a one off situation, but this didn't sit well with me starting as a new patient.

Positive experience: On my initial contact by phone, I explained to the young lady that I was looking for a new dentist since my dentist was retiring, and that I wanted to schedule a cleaning. She advised me that they would not do anything until x-rays, etc were done at a cost of $400, that this would protect the dentist against malpractice. I felt like I shouldn’t have to pay for this testing so the dentist would be protected against malpractice suits, and it shouldn’t be my expense, I felt that was a bit excessive since I was searching for a new dentist and what if I decided not to stay with their office, I would be $400 out-of-pocket. My immediate reaction was to say Thank you and hang up but this practice was recommended to me by my orthodontist and was close to my home so I thought I would give it a try anyway. I’m glad that I did because when I arrived for the testing, I was treated very kindly and professionally, the staff was wonderful. One of the gals chatted with me and she understood where I was coming from on finding a new dentist, so she suggested a meet-and-greet with doctor. I thought that was a wonderful idea, it was actually exactly what I was looking for. So it happened and Dr Kleiman was wonderful, I liked her immediately, she listened to me, she spent time with me, so I decided to go ahead and give this office a try.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for years. Dr Garine is a perfectionist regarding his work. His office is well managed and his staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I cracked a temporary bridge and the staff fit me in to create a new one 2 days before Christmas. While its a hectic time of year, the staff was was as calm and professional as ever.

Negative experience: Both Dr. Adelson and Dr. Boza are excellent, however the billing department repeatedly makes mistakes and is unwilling or unable to fix them. Therefore the overall experience is significantly degraded by having to spend many many hours on the phone with the insurance company and office staff working to resolve back end billing problems for reimbursement.

Fantastic experience: Getting any type of work done in my mouth is really a stressful event for me. I know many people feel the same. However, the staff at Dr Garine’s office are so friendly and kind that it really puts me at ease. In addition, Dr Garine himself is extremely knowledgable and he too is kind and gentle with me. Negative experience: Increase in cleaning charge due to “coding” change ! And no longer seeing the dentist at regular cleaning, requiring another visit, not told this was changing.. very disappointed! Looking for a new dentist..
