Fantastic experience: Deserves more than 5 stars! Highest level of care and customer service. All services pain free using the latest and best technology for an implant and also for my root canal. You always feel like you are the only patient as they are so friendly and caring. Easy scheduling and availability for emergency appointments. I cracked a tooth once. I called the office they fit me in within an hour. I was back home, procedure complete, within a few hours from the time the tooth broke. Truly the very best!

I learned about Dr. Josephs through his weekly column in the Palm Beach Post, & a seminar that he gave explaining the state of art equipment in his office & the benefits over the outdated equipment a lot of dental offices are still using. At the seminar he gave out a free book that he wrote. Kind of like a Cliff Notes on the seminar. Everything was very informative & interesting. I travel 40 miles one way, 50 minutes drive time to his office . To me it was well worth it. The Hygienist, Anna does an awesome job. The Office Manager Annett is also very friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Josephs & his staff to anyone looking for a 4 Star experience

He combines a mastery of both the science and art of dentistry with a clear dedication to the long-term health of his patients. I had porcelain inlays done on two molars, and the work was performed with incredible precision. He used top-grade materials and carefully planned everything to preserve as much of my natural tooth as possible. I’m extremely satisfied with the results. From the initial exam through the procedure, Dr. Josephs provided excellent explanations, even using cameras and 3D imaging to walk me through everything. The procedure itself was completely painless, and by the time I got to my car the numbing had already worn off. It genuinely felt like nothing had happened. Dentistry from the future! The hygienist was also outstanding. She was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain how my specific teeth require individualized care, even showing detailed nuances on the screen. She really goes above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Best, most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had done. Lately my cleanings have been rushed, dentist most often pushed unnecessary procedures, after a second opinion verification. The price was more than the special offers found on the internet. But treatment was more personal and attentive. I would recommend this practice to my friends.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all cost literally so I went in for a visit what I was told over the phone. It was gonna be a free consultation and x-ray for the first time I have a cracked tooth in the front that was caused by a bleaching agent I used he insisted and asked me several times, so when did the filling fall out from that tooth I said doctor I had no feeling ever there This doctor his absolutely the most rude the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen. He upset me by telling me that I only had one option that would cost 4000 upfront, not having dental insurance in the state of Florida not only did he say that, but with a laughing out, loud smirk, he said oh you need thousands of dollars worth of dental work. What’s wrong with you? Why don’t you take care of yourself while I was sitting in the chair, crying about my crack too in the front which I’m so insecure and in pain terrible all he could do is talk about the money and literally he humiliate me and make fun of me it’s very nice. The assistant Jessica is wonderful. The lady up front is amazing. The doctor sucks.

I went in for a tooth extraction from a broken root canal tooth and needed a dental implant so I was dreading the process, but I must say everything was smooth and clear as possible. They ensured I was comfortable during the entire process and ensured I had all of my follow up visits needed as well as offered to call in my medications beforehand so I wouldn’t have to wait at the pharmacy. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Josephs to do a full smile makeover (top and bottom porcelain veneers). Knowing that a bad veneer job could potentially land you looking like roger rabbit, or even ruin your life, I went there with full confidence knowing that he was the best in the business. I had two other completely unrelated internal connections (one a doctor and the other a surgeon in the area), tell me that he is the real deal. The process was smooth, quick (about 2 months or so), and I was kept informed every step of the way. The veneers came out far beyond what I imaged in regards to the color and the design. They look stunning but also natural, and I probably have gotten 10 compliments on my teeth from strangers within the last 2 weeks since my last appointment. Dr. Josephs gave me the information I needed to make the decision to go ahead with veneers. I was nervous about having all the drilling and didn't know if it would be painful, and thanks to the high-tech equipment, Dr. Josephs' assistant Robin and her calming ways, and Dr. Josephs' light touch, it was really fine. When the temporary teeth came off, and the new veneers were put in, I could not believe how great they looked!! Gone were the yellow, crooked teeth and in their place, beautiful, extremely natural looking teeth. Now I smile all the time and love doing so. My experience was so positive that I felt very comfortable recommending Dr. Josephs to my friend, who need very extensive dental work after years of neglect. She was so happy with him that she now has her husband going too. Thank you Dr. Josephs and staff for being so pleasant and making my visits to the dentist a joy instead of a nightmare. I previously used a dentist in Boca Raton but when she suggested I needed porcelain crowns, I consulted with Dr. Josephs for a second opinion and he seemed to have not only a better, but a more cost effective plan. Fantastic experience: If I could give Dr. Josephs and his entire staff more than 5 stars I would. I needed to find a doctor for Abutment and Crown placements and I came across Dr. Josephs’ office. Fantastic experience: Dr. Josephs worked on my dentures tirelessly. He was always available when I needed him, if I had any problem, he was ready to address any issue that I had and help me with it. He wanted to be sure that I was comfortable with my denture. He was patient with me even if at times, I must say I could be difficult. Fantastic experience: I love this office. I was in the area on an important business trip when my front crown came off. It was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and several dental offices had already closed. But when I called Dr Josephs’ office, they not only were still open, they stayed late to help me. The office was very nice and the staff was excellent. I can’t thank them enough. My husband and I have talked about moving to the area when we retire. While I may not know where we will live yet, I know who my dentist will be.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience! Dr Josephs and his team are terrific. I had first visited Dr Josephs when I moved to the area in late 2021. My teeth had never been a problem, but they had become stained in recent years, especially with little dental care in the Covid years. Dr Josephs suggested veneers, something I had never even thought about. Several visits and a month later, I now have incredible, white, straight teeth. They look great! Fantastic experience: I arrived at Dr J’s office for an appointment regarding a tooth fragment I lost during flossing on a upper back molar of mine. After the initial appointment, they determined I needed a root canal. I arrived two days later for the root canal and it was honestly such an easy-going, professional, and seamless experience! So happy I chose Dr J. I highly recommend his office as I had such a positive experience. No pain during the procedure and only very mild soreness after words.
