Fantastic experience: Most extraordinary experience. Presented myself at their very comfortable offices at 9:30 on a Monday morning. No referral, no appointment, and a big problem! I broke a crown in the front of my lower jaw and it could not be reinstalled , as the base was completely gone. I was requested to return for an appointment at 3:30 the same afternoon. Dr Zeb Kaufman evaluated the cosmetic and dental situation and went to work. He brilliantly solved my problem by making a 2 tooth crown, taking advantage of the implant adjacent to the failed crown. I left their offices at 5:15 on Monday , enabling my wife and I to join three other couples for dinner in a perfectly presentable condition! This was a 1 in a 100 experience. The entire practice was superb and Dr. Kauman was a miracle maker who went more than the extra mile.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at this dental office yesterday, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, they took care of me right away. I had some tartar buildup on my bottom teeth that they removed super efficiently, and they gave me a full rundown on my gum health, took some x-rays, and just made me feel completely at ease. The entire team was incredibly kind and helpful—honestly, they were like little angels! They also gave me a little goodie bag with floss, toothpaste, and a toothbrush, and made sure I knew exactly how to keep up my flossing routine. I can’t recommend them enough!

I was treated by Dr. Mailis Soler, who may look like a fairy, but when it comes to dentistry, she’s a ninja! She completed a large and complex project that I had originally started in Chicago back in 2019. It involved multiple surgeries, extractions, bone grafts, implants, crowns, bridges, and more. I am very happy with the results—both functionally and aesthetically. Thank you, Dr. Mailis, and everyone else who helped make this happen!

Negative experience: I was contacted about an offer to be an ambassador for one solution. I was told I was going to have a complimentary consultation and a CT scan. I arrived at my appointment, and yes they did a CAT scan. I thought I was going to speak with a dentist and go over my choices and options available. I knew about the financing and that was an option. However I never met a dentist, I didn't see any of the implants or type of procedure, nothing was discussed with me as far as you know what you guys do when I get there. We can do this for you or we can do this for you! And then I can have time to decide I thought but no. The next thing you know they're running my credit. I told the girl Karen that I didn't have good credit and my son was going to help. I didn't have to go there just to have a credit check done. When I got home and checked my emails yes, I now know my credit score thank you very much. It's not a consultation. I felt like I was buying a car without looking at the car. I just don't understand what I went there for. And you expose me to radiation by doing a CAT scan for no reason. That's all I have to say

I had an unexpected family emergency, mother had a stroke, and I thought I would have to miss out on the financial special. This happened real time in the office when I got the news. I couldn't go through with the appointment. They understood, packed me off with a gift bag, empathy from EVERYONE. No pressure.
