Fantastic experience: I am very happy with Dr. Arbuckle and his staff. He has a very low turnover since through all of the years I have been seeing him, the staff has remained the same. Everyone that works there seems happy and that is important. Very personable. They always have great music. Dr. Arbuckle donates a lot of time to others that need dental care. He is a good man. He has been pretty good to my teeth, has not hurt me. What more can you ask for? Good to teeth, no pain, volunteers his time and plays good music. I like the office.

Negative experience: I’m a person of color and have visited this practice four times. On my first three visits, I noticed multiple white patients being called in ahead of me who arrived later or had later appointment times. On my fourth visit, April 9th, the same thing happened. Rather than continue with my appointment, I walked out and told the staff exactly why I was leaving. The follow-up message I received said they were sorry I “left feeling upset” and that nothing was “intentional,” but it did not acknowledge what happened or that I had been made to wait while others were prioritized. An apology for how I feel is not an apology for what was done. Patients should be seen based on appointment time, arrival, and clinical need, not race. I won’t be returning, and I’d encourage others to consider taking their business elsewhere, as continuing to support this pattern only encourages it & allows it to continue.

Fantastic experience: Still make the 30 min drive (each way!) for them. They are fantastic. The hygienists are the best - gentle and soft and almost relaxing. I’ve never had that with a dentist before where you could almost fall asleep during the cleaning vs having your mouth feel like it’s been to war! The drive distance is worth the experience and i have found a true gem! Dr. Arbuckle is great.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned on December 12th. Donna was my hygienist, third time in a row. She did an excellent job and told me what was going on when it was occurring. I can't say enough good about her. Dr. Arbuckle came in and looked around at my teeth and told me what was going on. No changes necessary. Excellent dentist. Good bedside manner and very skilled.
