Even with my anxious six year old who refused part of her treatment, Dr. Daniel stayed calm and patient and helped her breathe though her feelings and get it done! This is a great practice and feels more personal than the huge places.

Negative experience: This was my first visit on 1/7/26. I appreciated that the office was able to get me in on short notice, and the front desk receptionist, Nancy, was very kind and understanding. I came in for a consultation and routine cleaning. Before the cleaning began, a news story was playing on the TV about Renée Nicole Good, a woman who was unfortunately killed by an ICE agent earlier that day. The hygienist initiated a conversation and made comments that connected the incident to religion and personal choices. While everyone is entitled to their beliefs, I found this extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable in a healthcare setting. Once the cleaning started, I experienced significantly more discomfort than I have ever had during previous dental cleanings. The water flosser and scraping between my teeth were very aggressive, and I experienced much more bleeding than I normally do at the dentist. There was enough bleeding that some blood splashed onto my face near my eye, which has never happened to me before and was concerning. During this time, the hygienist was loudly singing, which only added to my discomfort. Eventually, I became overwhelmed and attempted to leave the room. When I did, the hygienist stood in front of the doorway and told me to stop as I tried to exit. I told her I needed to leave, and she then moved aside only after I said I would record the interaction—just before I could take my phone out of my pocket. This situation made me feel very uncomfortable. I went directly to the front desk and briefly explained what had happened to both the office manager and receptionist. I later received sincere apologies from them and from the dentist who owns the practice. The dentist personally finished my cleaning and generously offered a complimentary professional whitening, which I do appreciate. It is now February, and despite being told on 1/9/26 that I would receive a follow-up phone call to discuss the matter further, I have not heard back. Because of this lack of communication, the situation feels unresolved, and I am disappointed that no further outreach occurred after assurances were made. While I am grateful for how the office responded immediately after the incident, the experience during the cleaning itself and the absence of follow-up is truly unfortunate and distressing. I hope this feedback helps ensure clearer communication and a more comfortable, professional experience for future patients.

They removed my filling I had done a year ago at another dentist and when I came back they said it was never there. I went back to the original dentist and they confirmed they this shady store front place removed it. No accountability, they lied, and also my probably the worst cleaning I have done. Find a reputable place and don’t trust their fake reviews!

Negative experience: PLEASE READ before deciding to go . There is something seriously sketchy about this place: I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company has been so frustrating and dishonest that I feel compelled to share it to warn others. I recently went in for a procedure, and everything started off fine enough, but the deeper I got into the process, the more I realized just how shady this place is. First off, I was offered a big discount on my procedure, but only under one condition: I had to write a glowing 5-star review about my experience. They made it clear that if I did this, I would receive the discount on the spot. Now, I don’t know about you, but this felt pretty weird. Why would they be bribing me to write a 5-star review unless they were trying to artificially inflate their reputation? I agreed to the offer, but looking back, it just seems so dishonest and manipulative. What’s even worse is that it’s clear this is not just a one-off situation. After doing some research, I found out that the majority of the positive reviews on this company’s website are likely fake, written by people who’ve been offered discounts or perks in exchange for them. I’m talking about reviews where it’s painfully obvious that the reviewer had a financial incentive to leave a glowing response, and it really makes you wonder just how many of these so-called “happy customers” are actually paid to say they had a great experience. This is not ethical business practice in any way. Now, let’s talk about the actual procedure. During my appointment, the staff seemed all too eager to get me to sign off on various charges. I was told that my insurance wouldn’t cover certain aspects of the procedure. Naturally, I was frustrated, but I accepted it, thinking maybe it was true. However, I later called my insurance provider, and they confirmed that the procedure was fully covered. So, imagine my surprise when I was hit with an overcharged bill that didn’t match what I had been told. This is where it all started to fall apart. After getting the insurance confirmation, I went back to the office to discuss the discrepancy. The receptionist had a look of surprise on her face, as though they were not used to customers questioning their charges. I was told my insurance didn’t cover the procedure after all, despite what they had said before. When I showed them the documentation from my insurance company, they just gave me the runaround, and it became painfully obvious that they had intentionally misled me into paying more than I should have. What’s even worse is the sheer lack of professionalism I encountered. The place seems to be on the decline. There were only a no patients in the waiting area, and the staff looked disorganized. I overheard employees talking about financial issues, and the general atmosphere seemed tense, almost as if the company is really struggling to stay afloat. I can’t help but wonder if this explains their increasingly questionable tactics, like offering discounts for positive reviews and overcharging patients. This company is clearly trying to make up for its financial troubles by using dishonest tactics. Overcharging patients, bribing them for reviews, and providing inaccurate billing information are just a few examples of how far they’ve fallen. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were resorting to these underhanded practices because they are running out of legitimate ways to keep their business afloat. I deeply regret choosing this place for my procedure. It’s evident that they are more interested in manipulating patients into paying extra than providing quality care. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other practices that won’t deceive you or attempt to inflate their ratings with fake reviews. Save your time, money, and sanity—this company is a sinking ship, and it’s best to avoid it.

Dr. Daniel's practice is conveniently located, and we liked what we saw in the office advertising. We had our appointments today and are both thrilled with every aspect of our experience. The helpful office staff gave us convenient appointments on the day we asked, and we were warmly welcomed to the very modern and spotless office. All the equipment is state-of-the-art, including the x-ray machines. Both of the assistants were very knowledgeable and professional as they took the x-rays using two different, brand-new machines . Dr. Daniel then welcomed us with genuine friendliness and was eager to get to know us as people and not just as patients. She explained the process, then explained what she saw in the x-rays. She then cleaned our teeth using the most modern equipment; after fifteen minutes the procedure was over, with minimal discomfort. Dr. Daniel then reviewed a possible treatment program, but never tried to sell us on expensive procedures. My wife and I are so happy to have discovered Dr. Daniel's practice, and even though we now live forty minutes away, we plan to stay with her office. She and her staff are fantastic! I would just like to add that after our initial appointments, Dr. Daniel and her staff continue to provide first-rate dental care. Their facilities are up to date and clean. All the previous dentists I had in US kept trying to sell me some cosmetic orthodontic procedure at every appointment I had, even after I told them I wasn't interested. It wasn't the case at Daniel Dental Studio and that's one of the reason I always recommend them to friends.

I was very pleased with the aesthetics of the practice. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the Dental Assistant and then Dr. Daniel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming which is very necessary since this is not my favorite place to go. Overall, I was very happy with the Customer Service and care.

Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of going to the dentist until becoming a client of Daniel Dental Studio. The location is very welcoming and convenient. Whomever designed the exam rooms used patient comfort [mental & physical] as a catalyst because it exceeds the average expectations of how a dental exam room should be. Dr. Daniel's willingness to provide accurate care information without making the client feel as if the are being taken to the bank, is a huge plus....no one likes spending unnecessary money [especially at the dentist]. Overall, the team at Daniel Dental Studio [Rachel, Karen and Sabrina], I feel are the most qualified in their field of work and it is greatly appreciated.
