Fantastic experience: The team were phenomenal - professional, efficient, courteous. The team thoughtfully talked through my options for braces vs retainers, the pros and cons, the anatomical cosmetic implications, it was so thorough and so well done. I appreciated so much not being upsold or pressured to make any decisions right then and there. All in all they were excellent. So glad to now have a great orthodontist team to recommend to friends and family.

Positive experience: Dr. Ben is the coolest dentist we have ever met (seriously!) and we feel he really is knowledgeable and more than qualified. However, the assistant (the same person who also went over the payment plans with us) was extremely aggressive and off-putting. For that reason only, knowing we would have to deal with her again, we are not going to use this practice. Dr. Ben!

Fantastic experience: This place is great. Went there originally for invisalign and then a 2-month stint with braces to finish up on my teeth and every single appointment was great. The staff is incredible and super friendly and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Giannoutsos (Dr. G) truly performed miracles in my son’s mouth! Every dentist and orthodontist we saw said my son would need to have numerous teeth taken out. Dr. G was the exception. He had a plan and he asked us to trust him. We went along with the plan and, although it took a number of years, it worked and was well worth it. Not only did my son keep all of his teeth but they are straight and perfect. Dr. G is amazing and we could not be any happier with the results! The whole team in Dr. G’s office was great!

Not only is this practice extremely efficient, you couldn’t ask for a nicer staff-from the reception area to the assistants to the Orthodontists. I highly recommend Norwalk Orthodontist.

I’ve been looking for the right orthodontics for months now for my son to start his braces treatment and I can say after visiting different orthodontics’s offices this one was perfect. I just couldn’t deny the treatments they had to offer. Because they not just there for a pay check, they actually want to help you. Both me and my son felt welcome and got all our questions answered. We went in for a consult, received a great amount of information and then took some time to think braces over. They were not pushy and when ready (a few month later), easily got us in for an appointment. The staff are all incredibly friendly and explained every step of the process to myself and daughter. I would highly recommend!

A lot of friendly faces eager to help you and that’s huge for me. Dr. Steve was the Doc that fixed my wires on my braces and I can tell he has very good knowledge and expertise just based on how he explained not only to me but to his staff. Fantastic experience: Great experience overall. Rapid intake, welcoming staff once you get called in to see the doctor. My favorite part was that both the technician who assisted us before we saw the orthodontist, and Dr. Steve spoke directly to my 10yo. I don't like when doctors address only the adult in the room when their patient is the child. They did an excellent job of including both of us on the consultation and made sure we both had our questions answered clearly and to our satisfaction. I'm glad our dentist recommended this practice to us!

When I visited Norwalk Orthodontics yesterday, I was made to feel very comfortable from the reception to all the specialist staff I met. The Doctor explained everything that I wanted to know. I was invited to ask questions during the procedure and afterwards. The associate who did the routine tightening of my braces was excellent, she did a marvelous job. I felt very pampered and well cared for. Keep it up guys, you are the best!
