Fantastic experience: 10/10 I had the privilege to be served by Dr. Bethany and Assistant Sandy. These women were fantastic!! I had an emergency nerve issue and they were able to accommodate me same day! From the girl who answered the phone (and squeezed me in last second) to the team that assisted me throughout. Doc was super thorough in explaining my matter and made sure that I understood what was to be done next. She even recommended a different type of antibiotic that actually worked!!! She listened to my complaint about other antibiotics that never worked for me in the past! But the one she recommended was really solid!! I was finally able to get some much needed rest from the constant pain. Sandy might as well become a whole dentist! She was so so knowledgeable as well! By the time Dr. Bethany came in the room they were saying the exact same thing!! (This is how you know the information was true). I truly appreciated these women for setting me on the right path. I came in with teeth completely battered from radioactive iodine treatments I’d had two decades ago and, after having interviewed several local aesthetic dentists, chose Dr. Christine Lee for her solid educational background, extensive evaluation process, skilled technical expertise, state-of-the-art equipment, well-run practice, led by office manager Camilla, and commitment to giving me the best version of my original smile. I instinctively felt safe in her capable hands. Dr. Lee and her incredible staff (especially Leslie and Sandie) were nothing short of professional, competent, knowledgeable, flexible, friendly, and reassuring during what was a comprehensive and complex procedure (full renovation, as I like to call it) spread out over a number of weeks. The precision and care were top-notch, as Dr. Lee and her staff anticipated my needs - pillow, blanket, TV, smoothie, etc. - at every turn and planned for every possible scenario, including an expert, pain-free root canal completed by partner Dr. Bethany Horbal. I now have my smile back and, importantly, experience excellent oral health, thanks to Andrea, my favorite dental hygienist. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Aesthetic Dentistry for all your dental needs. For me, it’s been a life-changing experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Aesthetic Dentistry of Fairfield since March of 2019. They have supported me through a plan of major dental work to turn smile that I would not show for pictures into one that I cannot stop showing off. The doctors here have been instrumental in coordinating my care plan with periodontists and orthodontists. Camilia has been wonderful to work with at the front for my insurance and payment plans. Allie is a joy as a hygienist and always provides great feedback during cleanings. Positive experience: The staff is always friendly, personable and very skilled at what they do. The one complaint that I have is that they can’t seem to get a dentist to check my teeth after the cleaning when I’m there. My last visit a dentist was not available and we had to schedule a time 3 days later. This is the third or fourth time that I’m paying for a service that I did not receive. Very disappointing.

She had a brilliant education, including a Harvard degree and an advanced degree in prosthodontics, and it shows. I have had my teeth whitened, Invisalign treatments to straighten my lower teeth and porcelain veneers added that look absolutely amazing! I feel an initial consult should be free, to determine if the MD would be able to do the work, and to determine the anticipated cost. Is very personable, highly informative and treats you like an intelligent consumer vs many who tried to have their office managers do the final “selling”. Believe in her as the “real deal”.
