Negative experience: I'm always getting angry, they never keep to the schedule, I arrive at the appointed time and end up sitting there waiting for more than half an hour, and it wasn't just the last time, it happened several times!

Positive experience: The doctor, as always, did an excellent job; however, the individual at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Comments such as “we need to be paid” were inappropriate and out of place. I explained that your staff has always contacted my wife for payment and that this process has been followed for the past 18 years, yet she continued to speak loudly and did not handle the situation in a professional manner.

Negative experience: To be realistic, I didn't like my last two visits. I felt the work was rushed and didn't compare to the work that was done when I had my appointments during the week! I felt that the same attention wasn't given as the other person provided! And this makes me think about changing dentists!

Positive experience: The dental hygienist was very courteous and knowledgeable.

The staff here are genuinely some of the kindest people I’ve ever met, they treat you like family the moment you walk in. Every appointment is smooth, painless, and stress-free. They explain everything clearly, make you feel completely comfortable, and go above and beyond to make the whole experience wonderful. I’ve never felt more cared for or welcomed at any office. Truly a 10/10 place that I’d recommend to anyone.

The doctor hygienist thiara was super nice. i was able to asked questions, and she and another Doc explained very well my situation. Fantastic experience: I’m embarrassed to say I hadn’t been to a dentist for over 15 years after a horrible past experience with a dentist in another state. And then I had a cracked tooth and realized I would have to suck it up and finally go. I did a preliminary Google search and DeJesus Dental Group seemed to have great reviews. They were the first office I called, and it was the best decision I could have made. I was so embarrassed explaining my situation over the phone, but the girl who answered (wish I had remembered to write down her name) was so polite, kind, and understanding. After a brief hold she had me set up with an appointment less than 48 hours later. I’m not an anxious person. But for 15+ years the prospect of dental work scared me to the point I avoided it altogether. I wasn’t merely “nervous”… I was full-on sobbing in the car for a good 20 minutes in the parking lot while my poor, baffled husband tried to reassure me. I finally composed myself enough to go in, but wasn’t feeling much better. And then I met Susan “Sue” (I think she is a dental hygienist) who came in to take an X-ray and get me ready for the dentist. She is hands down the kindest person I’ve ever met in a medical setting. She recognized how scared I was, gently prompted about my last experience to understand how to better help me, talked to me the whole time, and walked me through everything she was doing. I honestly feel like had I gotten anyone else, I would have walked right back out before even letting anyone look in my mouth. When Dr. David came in, Sue let him know I was pretty nervous and he also took the time to ask me about my past bad experience, asked how he could make me more comfortable, and patiently explained based on the X-ray my tooth had to come out (which I pretty much expected.) He was also quick to reassure me that I did NOT have to do anything I didn’t want to do today, offered to refer me to an oral surgeon, or schedule the removal another day, etc. Despite my terror, I decided to just have it removed right there and then, because I knew that I couldn’t be in any better hands. My fear of dentists extends to physical symptoms apparently, because we did have to wait for my blood pressure to come down a bit before extraction (embarrassing). But Sue and Dr. David never seemed impatient, made small talk to help me relax, shared their own stories, and got me through the extraction (which was so quick!) I’m not an anxious person, and I don’t consider myself socially awkward, but I’m pretty certain anyone who interacted with me that day would have (rightfully) thought “who is this twitchy, teary lunatic?” Have I said how mortified I was, yet? I’m a grown adult! And there I was crying in the dental chair for no rational reason, apologizing profusely. Well, I got through it. And most importantly, I was never made to feel any more embarrassed, talked down to, pressured to make any quick decisions, etc. Here’s the best endorsement I can give: as I write this review, I am currently on my way to my second appointment! And I made sure to make it with Dr. David and Sue. Words can not truly express how grateful I am for them both!

I can truly say I have finally found an execllent caring Dentist with an exceptional staff! I highly recommend them!

Before she starts, she always takes a moment to talk and check in, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. Negative experience: My Fiance went here to get a routine exam. The Dr. Found some urgent things that needed to be taken care of. With that being said they quoted her at $6,200 for 2 crowns and a few urgent cavities and fillings. My Fiance got on the phone with me while she was at the office and staff got very pushy asking when my Fiance would be put on my dental insurance. With that high of a price and very complex situation we decided to get a second opinion. We didn’t give them the greenlight that we would be using them. A few days after the office visit, Maria one of the employees contacted me directly and asked me to call her back to discuss my Fiancé’s situation. To my knowledge my Fiance never signed any medical release forms to give them permission to speak with me. This seems to be a possible privacy violation considering we aren’t married yet and are not on each others insurance. Overall it appeared they were pushing to get the sale done to make $6,200. My Fiance got a second opinion and was quoted at $2,800 for the dental work. She was told she didn’t need all the work that was being presented by Dr Dejesus. With that being said I have no doubt Dr. Dejesus is competent and fine dentist. But I question his practices and integrity. Please be careful at this office as they may try to sell you procedures that you may not need. Everyone is entitled to run a business and make money but please be ethical about.

After being seen he was told he’ll Need an extradition and was told to come in the same evening. Negative experience: I arrived at the clinic and asked if they would do an x-ray for me, I already have dentists in my family who would show the x-ray. They told me that a full x-ray would cost 180us and for a tooth 40us. I asked for an x-ray of a tooth. After I filled out an extensive questionnaire, including my social security number, I was seen and they tried to say that the tooth I needed x-rayed would only come out on the general x-ray costing 180.... I thanked him and said I was not prepared for that service . They changed their mind and said that another x-ray of 40 us would solve the problem, so they did. When I went to pay, they charged me 160us for a visit & x-ray. They never informed me of this cost before doing the service. I noticed extreme bad faith in the situation, omission of information.... As I speak the 3 languages ​​spoken at the clinic, I don't see why I didn't understand it before. If you are going to use the clinic's services, check how much it will cost beforehand. They may be professionals, but when talking to clients in the monetary field, they are unprofessional. I would like to have my money back.

Fantastic experience: After reaching out to multiple dental/oral surgeon offices regarding a possible wisdom tooth infection, the DeJesus dental group was able to get me an appointment within a timely manner. I was seen by Dr. Avner who removed my wisdom teeth that very day. He was very reassuring during the entire appointment, and did his best that there was no pain and discomfort experienced. Fantastic experience: Transform your smile with Dr. Boris and DeJesus Dental group! For years, I hid my smile, embarrassed by my crowded teeth. One photo changed everything, revealing my insecurities. I knew it was time for a consultation. I knew Invisigline wasn't going to be an option, as I had too much crowding and needed more work than invisalign is meant for. I will admit I'm a big baby with any dental work. But I had no idea how painful this process would be at times. I was told adult braces are more painful then typical pre-teens have experienced. After an hour of Dr. Boris carefully placing my braces on, I said, I made a huge mistake, please take them off. LOL. Despite my initial discomfort and doubts, he encouraged me to give it a week. Each appointment month after month I saw incredible progress. I was getting excited with the movement and change to my teeth. What also impressed me was Dr. Boris punctuality, he was never a minute late to see me. He valued my time and he took time to answer my questions and explained the next steps he was working on to accomplish. After a year and half of adjustments, this process was such a gift! Dr. Boris worked his magic, the transformation is remarkable! I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. I'd like to also acknowledge the entire staff at DeJesus Dental Group. They have been incredibly accommodating to my schedule and provided me with a flexible payment plan, ensuring my experience was as smooth as possible. Fantastic experience: I have been having treatment at this office for a few years. It is hands down, the best dental office I have had the pleasure of being a patient at. (There have been many, UK, Canada, and multiple offices in and around the Tri State.) Two years ago I broke a tooth that required an implant. I was under the care of Dr Abramov, a highly trained dental genius, (in my opinion.) My experience with him as my dentist, undergoing extensive treatment was actually enjoyable. Totally professional and a perfectionist in his field, he has the ability to make you feel completely at ease. There were a few hiccups along the way, ( covid hit) and planned appts had to be rescheduled but in the end my implant matched the rest of my pearly whites and it’s perfect! I highly recommend this practice for any dental work , big or small. The staff are all wonderful and make you feel like part of a family. Top notch Dr Abramov !

Negative experience: Very expensive, hard to see the dr to get pawned off to a student who made me loose a molar. When a front tooth chipped a dentist was going to fix it and an office person talked him out of it as they wanted $ 1st knowing I had 2 insurances. Did not feel comfortable anymore

Positive experience: Unfortunately I was accosted by TWO intrusive individuals in the waiting room at DeJesus Dental Group. I was also called into the dental area by mistake when Dr. DeJesus thought I was someone else. Then I waited and additional 15 minutes past my appointment time. But doctor appointments are never on time so let’s leave off that last problem. Overall I don’t think I’ll be going back here for further dental care.

Dr. D’s ability to correct years of faulty dental work and enable me to salvage an enormous investment was immeasurable. Please note this would not have been possible without a direct referral from the Hybridge implant office to the enormously talented Dr. DeJesus. Positive experience: I’m from out of town and needed a cap glued back on. My FL dentist would have charged me $165 but this practice quoted me $257 which I accepted - CT prices. But, at the end, DeJesus Dental added $43 for an X-ray and $87 for a brief exam so the “bonding” material alone to replace my fully intact cap cost $257 which I find outrageous and I will never return to this practice. I chose not to make a scene at checkout about no warning of the extra pricing but I may decide to contact Anna Zap who advertises this practice on the radio which is why I chose them for my little emergency. So disappointed.

Negative experience: Please do your research before coming here this people will literally steal from you I paid 5k for a single implant first visit I paid 3k to get the implant and paid 800 for temporary one and they still telling me I have to pay 1700 for the final implant I told them to give me back the money I paid for the temporary implant because I found another doctor and they don’t want to give me back the money I saw similar stories I don’t know why still tried this place please go somewhere else

Negative experience: I cannot speak for Dr DeJesus but I was planning on getting implants, felt confidence in him, had $30,000 put into his account w a credit company and his back office, office manager, was unable to satisfy my requests for over a month. That sent me a bad message about the practice’s abilfy to respond and their accountability. . $30,000 customer and u can’t respond adequately? Made me lose confidence overall. . Cancelled the loan and procedure. PSI: I saw many more negative reviews that seemed to disappear!! Most as I recall were along the same lines, inadequate back office. Can’t help but lose confidence if a dentist allows his office manager/back office not service patients.

Negative experience: Was a new patient at this office recently, and I wish I could give them negative stars. First, I was at the office for 2.5 hours for a routine teeth cleaning. Then, the hygienist and dentist proceeded to tell me that I have 6 cavities— I’ve never even had one cavity in my life! I went to get a second opinion because it didn’t sound right to me, and I actually have ZERO cavities!! I am absolutely appalled at this level of unethical behavior. This practice was going to let me pay $1500 to unnecessarily drill 6 holes in my teeth. Absolutely horrible that they try to take advantage of their patients. I would never recommend this practice.

Dr Isaak Yehzar is my hero, he changed my life because he changed my smile utilizing braces. He worked with me closely to monitor my progress, and ensured that braces accomplished the purpose. Before meeting them, I had horrible teeth, and that affected my self -esteem, now I have a beautiful smiles and I am not afraid to show it. DR Isaak always treated me with respect, and took time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Abraham aka ABE, was also a really great person and very friendly. He always helped me by adjusting my braces and applying a teeth whitening treatment. Now I have great smiles and pearly white teeth. Vilma was so pleasant and flexible, most of the times she was willing to schedule and change my appointments as needed. Betsy the best hygienist around, she was always very warmth and friendly to me. Lucy was also is also a very nice person and always helps, making the most difficult part of the visit (the financial part), easy to handle. All of the staff at the DeJesus Group is amazing, I am honestly going to miss my visits every 3 weeks. Noe I walk around bragging about my new smile and new family, I always recommend this place to all my friend and family. I compare the DeJesus Dental group to a five stars hotel, that’s how good my experience was. Visit them, they will change your mind about dentists!

Fantastic experience: I am at the dentist today for my consultation. So far, everyone has been so nice and professional. Ana the hygienist was very nice and helpful- gave me a pep talk about not becoming overwhelmed with all the work and the cost of everything. Even helped me to know if I refer other people I can get discounts. Great place and great people!

Negative experience: A friend of mine went here. They are very expensive, with very, very limited dental skills. The place has tons of dirty areas, if you look around. My friend had to get his teeth re-cleaned the next week. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: I had a new hygienist today by the first name Betsy. Betsy was so good at cleaning my teeth and made me feel real comfortable, she has a really good attitude and personality and is a good fit to the office.
