Fantastic experience: We had such a fantastic experience at Commerce Park Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics! The entire staff was warm, patient, and so caring every step of the way. They truly took their time to make sure my child felt comfortable and understood what was happening. What made the visit extra special was the way they mixed fun with learning. They even showed a movie with care guidelines and then gave a little “test” afterward — it was hilarious, and we were all cracking up! It made the whole experience not only stress-free but actually enjoyable. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful, professional, and filled with kindness. I’m so grateful for the way they treated us and highly recommend Commerce Park to any family looking for dental or orthodontic care that goes above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Commerce Park Dentistry and Dr. Corriel! It was my toddler’s first visit to the dentist so I was a little worried about how she would react. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and it is a very kid friendly environment. Dr. Corriel let my daughter feel the instruments she used and made her feel comfortable enough for a full cleaning! We already scheduled our next visit and are so happy to have found such a great pediatric dentist!

Fantastic experience: My 6 kids come here (ages 10-19). Nicole and Lisa at the front desk have been amazing over the years finding appointment times that work with our crazy family schedule, fitting us in when emergencies come up too. It's like a puzzle sometimes! All the dentists-special shout out to Dr Spadinger-, and Dr Ritter, the orthodontist, are amazing at their craft. We have had 2 kids knock teeth out, had dentists meet us at the office on a weekend morning, and one time in the evening because of broken permanent teeth due a bike accident. The orthodontic staff is very kind and knowledgeable and you can see the camaraderie among them. They enjoy their work.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love this practice! Jessy, Cindy, Markell and Dr. Ritter are the best of everything you could want for your kid, especially my special needs, sensory kids! Experienced, professional and compassionate. Nicole at the front desk is amazing too!

Negative experience: I didn’t get the warm and fuzzy feeling as before and that we are used to. The dental assistant who did my daughter’s teeth on Tuesday seems like she didn’t want to be there and the dentist as well, they barely exchanged two words to us- not the norm. It was one of the fastest cleaning ever that I’ve seen. We also had an Ortho appointment- the dentist assistant was nicer and pleasant and Dr. Ritter was ok; she’s never fuzzy but I’m used to her somewhat. Two other assistants that we spoke with again were on the borderline of I’m over this attitude. I truly didn’t appreciate the entire interaction on these two occasions this week - maybe it’s just time for a change for us.

Fantastic experience: We reached out to the office to schedule a visit to our school to help get the children excited for future visits with their parents to the dentist . The scheduling was super easy and not only did they send over goodies for each student to take home they also send a amazing Tooth fairy that was so patient and kind with our students . She read a story and played a educational game with the children . She took the time to answer the children questions and listen to their comments . Our parents and teachers were very thankful for this experience .

Fantastic experience: This has been our family dentistry since I was a kid (30+ yrs) and now my son goes to this office. The staff is ALWAYS polite, informative and patient with my son. I love the communication. I receive a reminder text days before the appt and the day of. Can know one say they didn't know they had an appt!

I didn’t realize how much the staff was as a permanent fixture in our lives until my son just got his braces off. Felt like end of an era! They are also really good with my highly sensitive young daughter. Very patient and understanding

Every staff member is great with my kids and makes them feel so comfortable every visit. I have one child with braces, another child who recent got an extender and the staff walks my kids through every step of their visit. Highly recommend for all dentist and orthodontic needs.

The friendly reception area checked me in promptly and not even 5 minutes later my little one was ready to go in for her treatment. I can honestly say it was the first time I have been to a dentist office with my little and she did not fuss, cry, or was even scared to be there. Fantastic experience: Both of our kids had been patients at this practice for dental and orthodontics service for the past 17 years. I opted to get Invisalign more recently. In all these years, all staff (dentists, orthodontists, techs, front office staff and billing) have been great and professional. In fact, I think this is the only place where they do not make mistakes, are never rude and are always caring and understanding. Truly amazing care at all levels. They are like a family to us at this point.

The offices are very kid/teen friendly and I am confident my kids are getting the best treatment. We have never had a negative experience with anyone. The front end staff, treatment planning team, hygienists, and doctors are all so friendly. I recommend them to anyone, but they are especially patient with children who experience anxiety.

Positive experience: It was great other then the wait after arriving 10mins before appointment time and not being called till 15 mims after appointment time. Everyone was great, thr 2 ladies who worked with Dr Corell(im sure I chopped up her name) did amazing with my daughter they listened to me before they got started and then when my daughter started to have a hard time with getting treatment they jumped right in calming her down while doing what they had to to provide assistance for thr Dr. But never once took their attention away from my baby discomfort. So much my baby got up in tears and hugged one of the ladies so tight. It was extremely amazing. I am forever greatful to those ladies because they made what was tough situation little better for my baby... and of course as always Dr Corell was kind and patience and informative. Awesome job today.

My son is usually extremely anxious when it comes to going to new places he did so well in the Bridgeport location and the staff went above and beyond. The Woman that helped Dr. P was amazing my son was so comfortable with her which has never happened before but he wanted to play with her on the touchscreen games that were in the waiting room! I loved it so much I’ll sign my youngest up for his six month cleaning because I felt this was the perfect place for my children

Negative experience: Very disappointed at the last visit. My daughter complained of the technician tugging and pulling inside her mouth. She was really hurting. They were not at all gentle.

Negative experience: My daughter has been seen here a couple of times at some point they said she needed braces and offered all kind of payment arrangements I explained to them I preferred to save the money and pay for them I wrote a check for a little under $7000 a few months ago because Of a few work related modifications I'm going to relocate I requested my money back a week ago a receptionist named Makayla took my call and was my point of communication.well let me tell you she is the most disrespectful person I have ever met .she tells me point blank she did her part don't know when and how I will get my money and there is no one I can talk to but her so unprofessional I will be contacting my attorney this week if I don't see my money. Such nice doctors and nurses but this lady well let's just leave it at that FYI Don't ever pay for service you have not received.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with this office for so many years starting with my first one who is now 16. First time during all these years with 5 children I missed 2 appointments with one of them and wasn’t able predict it 24hour prior now I can’t get an appointment I have to call the same day to get in which is almost impossible with full time job and Covid situation when I don’t even have work schedule in advance. I am changing the office. Update: I was able to get my child in with no problems through another customer service representative. I hope they change their policy regarding missed appointments (there could be unpredictable circumstances in a row, it’s life!) and will just charge a fee for it not making impossible to get your child a proper appointment. Other than that very satisfied with the dental care of this office.
