It took some time but working with Dr. Spaulding and my periodontist to control my periodontal disease is going to be a long journey but a good one. Positive experience: Things went well with the dentists themselves. However , the dentist informed the young lady at the front desk to follow up on some information regarding my care from a previous dentist in order to fix an implant. I have yet to hear from either of the young ladies at the front desk including the office manager. I have called during business hours multiple times and it goes to voicemail. I have left a message , no call back. I am very disappointed as I find this to be very unprofessional! I understand things get busy but it has been days and just a call back to acknowledge my message would be appreciated.

Negative experience: My family have been patients of Mclean Smiles for over 12 years. I booked an appointment 2 months in advance, the office did not have my correct contact information on file(not sure how this is even possible after 12 years of service) They decide that they would cancel my appointment and schedule another patient. I call the office and I spoke to the office manager, She communicates with me that its office policy to confirm the appointment. We have been patients for 12 years, I have never had to confirm an appointment. Especially since they have a strict no show fee, which they make sure you are aware when you make an appointment. I guess I'll be looking for a new dentist for my family, I guess our long term relationship with the office did not matter to them. I don't generally provide any negative reviews, but this is unacceptable to say the least.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean facility small staff nice atmosphere with soothing music for people who are a nerve reck when getting dental work. I like the familiar person to person environment. You can get routine check ups and cleanings but any MAJOR work will be outsourced to partnering facilities with Dr's that are fully capable. I had to get a bad tooth extracted and decided to go with an implant. Its a long process but BOTH facilities took care of me well. Transition was seemless from one place to another. They are available for very early appts which i like.

Positive experience: Probably won’t be going back to this practice the hygienist was great, but when the dentist came in to give her review of my teeth, she’s trying to bully me into getting the deep cleaning I had previously over a year ago, signed a waiver declining the deep cleaning, but she continues to bully me into getting it so I will not be returning to that place. How many times do you have to refuse something for the doctor to stop asking the questions? All they show you is your current x-rays I was never shown my prior x-rays to show. The damage is being done.. also, the front staff was not very welcoming at all. There were in the past other workers in the front that I thought were more friendly than these two ladies

Extractions are never fun, but they made it as easy as possible. Even their pens work!
