Negative experience: I called today to try and make an emergency appt for my son, Im guessing my phone was choppy n she couldn't hear me which is my fault understandable, but the receptionist was very rude quick to hang up. I called back gave her the right info she needed she said it would take a little time to see if it was approved, I never got a call back. If you like people who sit at a desk all day answering calls and hang up on you middle conversation and are having a bad day definitely book her.

Negative experience: I had a dentist appointment today, but I arrived 6 minutes late and was told I had to reschedule, and my son didn’t go to school. When I arrive early, I often have to wait 30–45 minutes in the waiting room, but if you’re even a few minutes late, they refuse to see you. That doesn’t seem fair at all. This is the worst practice I’ve experienced—the staff was rude and impolite

Fantastic experience: All kids dental is a great dental office for kids. Every time my children come for their appointments the workers are always nice respectful and kind. The best decision i made !! I definitely recommend all kids dental.

Fantastic experience: I gave them a few pointers about my son and the dentist used them wisely. The visit went well. My biggest concern is having multiple dentist instead of a primary one. I believe it helps children to develop trust. Also procedures should be explained before performing them.

Positive experience: Staff is very nice, they treat the kids great and accommodate if necessary. Both my children go here and they love it. Only reason why I give 4 stars is due to the space in the office.

Fantastic experience: My experience here is always top tire, very professional, reliable, and always prepared staff. These dentist love what they do and that's hard to find, that's why I travel 40 mins to come down to All Kids Dental. I have the up most respect for what they do, it's not easy at all and I admire there patience and calmness. Really really appreciate them for picking up the slack from another dentist office, it was a pleasure to have had a great dentist like Mrs. Khan, and here team Rose, Andy, and Ashely, thank you very much it was not an easy day for them but they got it done, As well as their amazing front desk team! Spectacular customer service. My kids love coming here because it makes them less scared especially seeing the wonderful animal decorations. Thank you to the awesome All Kids Dental team! K.L

Fantastic experience: The team at my son’s dental office is absolutely excellent! Today we had an emergency, and they were able to fit him into their schedule right away. Everyone was incredibly kind and patient with my son — he was very nervous, but they made him feel safe and calm. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The most unprofessional person I’ve ever met in the healthcare violated a HIPAA in front of me wasn’t welcoming took everybody else but me and my child rude and inconsiderate will not be attending this office any longer.

Fantastic experience: Always an awesome experience. My kids love coming here and I do too. Doctors and assistants are so nice and polite. They are very gentle with my 7 year old son and 10 year old daughter. I’ve been coming here since moving to Bridgeport in 2019. Will be relocating soon and will really miss coming here. Negative experience: Este lugar le cancelo las citas de limpieza a mi hijo muchas veces y cuando busque un lugar nuevo ellos no quisieron mandar los rayos X a la nueva clinica apesar que firmamos para que los mandaran. Casi me chocan en el parqueo, es demasiado pequeño y peligroso

Negative experience: Not professional as they constantly call to reschedule children’s cleanings. Which pushes back their cleanings! This office overbooks and has absolutely no parking space because their parking lot is tiny and they have too many people come in at once. Not to mention when we found a new office for the kids they delayed releasing their X-rays even though we signed a release form and they lady that had us sign told us by Friday morning we should have the X-rays sent to us, come Friday afternoon NOTHING when we called they said by the end of the day and still NOTHING this is very unprofessional of them

Negative experience: They kept rescheduling my child’s dental cleaning three times! ALL LAST MINUTE CANCELATIONS DUE TO THE HYGIENIST LEAVING EARLY OR NOT BEING THERE. It’s absolutely ridiculous because when I’m on a tight schedule and have to accommodate my schedule to bring my children in they kept canceling last minute, and they have the audacity to charge a $50 no show fee. They also overbook patients and have absolutely no parking space. This office only cares about money not their patients. Currently going to find another office for my 6 kids.

Negative experience: All Kids Dental isn't the place you'll ever want to bring your kids. They're very unreliable and unprofessional. They'll have you chase your tail until the end of time. Poor management and a possibility of operating with an expired dental license. Stay away!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the service I received from all kids dental,..my poor daughter never get the care she needs all because of neglecance of someone not renewing their dental license( that's what I've been told by the office manager).I have been lied to concerning my daughter braces all those months and nothing..waste of me and my kids precious time

Negative experience: IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I WOULD !!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID HERE!!!!! They are rude, their system sucks, and they have no respect for kids or adults!!! If your kid is sick and they can’t make their appointment they aren’t very understanding about rescheduling!!!

Negative experience: Julia Bonks does not fully explain procedures to parents. I took my daughter in to have what I thought was a deep cleaning as explained by Bonks, but they day of appointment the hygienist informs me that my child was there to get 6 fillings!! I was unaware of my child having 6 cavities and was told at the prior visit all she needed was another cleaning with “white paint” after asking all of my questions, and giving Bonks the Ok to work on my child, bonks walks out of the room, brings the office manager into the room and tells the manager that she does not want to work on my child. I’m at lost because what is the issue? I asked my questions, I got and understanding, gave bunks the on to work on my child then bonks says she doesn’t want to work on my child and just like that my child was turned away. I feel like bonks discriminated against my child and because I asked questions she didn’t think I need to ask? I will never book an appointment with Julia Bonks again. She picks and chooses her patients and if you’re BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN she DOES NOT WANT TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS, and will TURN YOU AWAY

Fantastic experience: Calling this office to schedule an appointment, asking to make a late afternoon appointment and giving my insurance information for the office to tell me it was a medical insurance and there was no dental coverage. Ashley then explained I may have a different insurance with dental coverage, helped me understand what the difference was. She helped me verify the insurance and understand the breakdown which I had no idea at all of.. I think it’s amazing for an office to take their time and explain something that I had no knowledge of! Very grateful

Fantastic experience: This has been the best office I have ever brought my child to!! It has been stressful switching offices and trying to find the best care for my child. From the front desk with Destiny helping me make the appointment to the hygienist/doctor and the manager Geraldine have been amazing. They are so caring, my child did not even want to leave the office he was so comfortable and I have never seen him that way before in an office setting. I have no words, 5 stars absolutely!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love All Kid's Dental. They are VERY good with kids. When my son went they made sure to not show any "scary" tools and explained what certain things did. They give the kids sunglasses to wear so the light doesn't bother them as well. It has a cool jungle theme , tablets on the wall in the waiting room to keep kids occupied and a monkeys head hanging out of the ceiling! Absolutely love it!
