Dr. Pimentel is incredibly accommodating and always takes the time to explain what is truly best for you. Their focus is on providing quality care, not on financial gain like some other clinics. What makes this clinic special is how they treat every patient with kindness, respect, and compassion. They make you feel like family rather than just another patient. I highly recommend this clinic to my colleagues, friends, and, of course, my family. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so genuinely cared for. I truly feel like I found my second home.

Negative experience: New patient? Look elsewhere. I came here because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, I’m assuming only existing patients get a great experience. Zoom Whitening - I was told 2 visits are included. When I went for my second visit, they ONLY tried to sell me the at home kit. My next visit started 45 min late forcing me to schedule a 2nd appointment, but his next patient appointment started right on time. 2nd appointment, “all set!” after 18 minutes. I was not even offered a mirror in the exam room and had to use the only mirror available in the dim hallway nor did I have the opportunity to have dialogue about the final result. That’s what I had to schedule a whole different appointment for?! Yup, that actually happened. Lastly, during one of my visits, I was given a prescription. I had to call the office 2x over the next week to remind them to send the prescription. What doctor prescribes something, then just never submits to a pharmacy until you call the office twice, finally expressing serious concern about their organization? My first two appointments, the regular cleaning and 1st Zoom appointment, went well. It went downhill pretty fast from there. People are nice enough. But the care leaves a lot to be desired. Save yourself the disappointment and look for another dental practice.

The way he handled the appointment was incredible. My daughter actually left smiling! The office manager Natalie and the rest of the team were also wonderful. Everything was organized, clean, and they made a stressful situation feel easy. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to all my friends and family. Fantastic experience: I’d like to start by saying what a beautiful experience I had from Rachel accepting my call as I did not know where else to turn as my daughter experienced Great pain on tooth number 19 especially. As I enter to the office, Natalie, Rachel, beautiful welcoming spirits, as well as professional, BRENDA & Johanna, and of course doctor Elias beautiful human beings and very skilled, comforting as well; 10 out of 10. My daughter Alana was afraid to go through this whole experience of her tooth being pulled, but again everyone’s comforting spirits and calmness gave her trust and comfort before hand. I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10 as they also invited my daughter Alexa to come in and say hello as she is beginning her journey in school to become a dental hygienist.

Fantastic experience: About 9 years ago I called this office and was incred Suprised to find the staff and Ellias were so welcoming . I admitted that I had severe anxiety about going to the dentist and had hyperventillatwd in other office settings from stress. I cancelled my original appointment at first and then got a call from the office. Where they explained that it was ok and I didn’t need to be afraid. I’ve gone here for everything ever since and my mouth smile and teeth look amazing. Ellias is informative, kind, gentle and takes a deep understanding of each patient. I’ve referred a few people here and everyone agrees Ellias is the best! Highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to to see him

I’ve had a slew of dental issues over the years, many of which came from not so great dental work… I’ve trusted my teeth with many “well respected” doctors, and have now had to go back and correct a lot of older work in addition to addressing new problems. Elias and his team have been beyond friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He approaches his work from a big picture view, not just addressing the specific problem in question but how it relates to the rest of the teeth. Every visit has been quick and painless which to someone who’s had severe anxiety going to the dentist, is extremely appreciated. I never feel nervous or uncomfortable walking into his office which is a first for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
