Fantastic experience: We've been here from baby teeth to braces, now drive 40 mins to get here. Staff are patient, kind, and engage the kids. Doctors inform families about procedures so we can make choices about what gets done and when. My anxious child gets confidence and a feeling of partnership from this approach. My ASD kid loves the screens above patient chairs. Both love the games in the lobby, stickers, and coins given for prizes in gum-ball machines.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for Dr. Lee and the team at Tooth Fairy. They were communicative and extremely responsive when my 10 month old son had a dental emergency, and got him in first thing the next morning. The staff was so accommodating when we requested a stop-by to see the office before making an actual appointment, and even gave us an impromptu tour. Natalie, the dental hygienist, is truly a saint and has such a gift with children — easing my son into the appointment, talking to him directly about his fears, and thoroughly explaining the whole process and tools in a way that was comforting and logical. My son said after the appointment “that was fun!” And “I wish I could see her (Natalie) again soon.” Dr. Lee was also kind and efficient with the exam, and put our minds at ease about several things. Clearing this hurdle has been a huge relief for our family and we look forward to coming back!

Dr. Teresa Lee, his normal ortho, called me back immediately (after I called her cell phone) and got in touch with the office to help my son. Dr. SoHo Lee fixed the bracket and cut the wire that was casing my son such pain. He was in tears beforehand and could not eat because it was too painful. Thank you for helping him so he can eat and enjoy our Thanksgiving and his 10th Birthday on Friday! We really appreciate it! The Tooth Fairy has been my four children’s dentist for 12 years, and ortho for almost three! They are always professional, friendly, and helpful! Thank you!

Everyone is so incredibly kind and attentive, and there are tons of ways they have taken the time to ensure the kids feel comfortable and not at all anxious. Today, my 6yo who I previously had to have oh my lap for regular cleanings had 2 cavities filled and 2 teeth sealed without worry or saying a peep! Highly recommend

Negative experience: Unfortunately we have decided to leave this practice. After taking our son in for a routine cleaning the Doctor informed us that he would need to have two of his baby teeth pulled to make way for his adult teeth. What he did not inform us of was the nearly $500 charge that would accompany this "procedure" (gently coaxing a super loose 6 year old baby tooth out), and after I protested and gave them an opportunity to rectify the situation in some way they stood by the charges and took no conciliatory tone whatsoever. I can't imagine why you would treat a family you expect to work with for two decades or longer this way, it felt dishonest and incredibly transactional- a medical professional should never ever force a procedure in real time that is not an emergency if the cost is not made clear up front and the patient given the chance to assess the relative value/get a second opinion. The office set up is great for kids and the staff are very nice, but I will not send my kids to somebody that operates this way, especially since there are plenty of other dentists in the area to choose from.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee has always been wonderful with my two girls. He always takes the time to explain things to me (mom) which I appreciate. My daughter was very nervous today during her visit (had to get a tooth extracted!) and he made the experience 100x easier for her and put her at ease by talking her through it. Plus, they have the place decorated beautifully (sea themed.) Highly recommend this practice!
