Fantastic experience: Excellent experience today, most thorough cleaning from a very considerate hygienist. There's still Hope.

Fantastic experience: My first visit with them was a little over 2 months ago when nobody would fit me in for an emergency, BUT THEY DID!! I have a ton a dental issues and they have been nothing but kind, welcoming, helpful and most of all they have not judged me harshley in regards to the awful condition my teeth are in. They make me feel so comfortable and this was the first dentist that has actually tried to save some of my teeth. This place cares about my well being, ive been there numerous times within the last 2 months and every single time I walk out of there, im amazed at the quality of care I receive from there. Thank you all so much for everything you've done for me ..so far . You're all amazing!

I've been going here for a couple years and they never cease to amaze me with the amount of care and compassion, not to mention how accommodating they are in an emergancy.

Negative experience: This place is terrible , I had some denture done never work right 3 times they send it to lab on a two month period the fourth time , they flat out told me to bring it to another Dental facility after they charged my insures $9000, always new personal , my wife also was going there also had to go somewhere else to fix what they did wrong , this place is no a good dental place the orinal doctors are not there anymore is just bad .

Hands down the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She is so caring and outstanding at her job that it felt like a spa! No cap! My teeth and gums don’t hurt like past dental visits and other locations . One of the best dental places around at Hilltop.

Fantastic experience: The moment you walk into this office, you get a sense of the type of service the patient will receive. The office is clean and has a calming effect. I am always greeted with a welcoming and warm hello and smile by the front desk staff. The dental assistant and Dental Hygienist were welcoming and warm as well. Lauren, the Dental Hygienist was very gentle with cleaning my teeth. She made sure to tell me what she would be doing at every step. After the X-Rays and cleaning, the final step was for Dr. Sara to discuss the results, to ask questions, to see if I had any questions/concerns, and to examine my teeth. Dr. Sara is a very warm caring professional who treated me with kindness, and respect. From my experiences, I would recommend this dental practice to anyone nervous about going to a dentist.

Fantastic experience: The best dentists I've ever been to. At Hilltop Dental they are very good and loyal dentists. Don't listen to the bad reviews. There are people out there that don't take care of their teeth and blame it on the professionals. Every time I go here I'm greeted with kindness and warmth and learn something new each time from the dentists and the hygienists as well. They are very knowledgeable and the best in the industry. They are very patient, informative, and educational as well as being the most meticulous to detail and careful during all procedures and operations and in cleanings too, and are overall by far the best dentists that I've been to my whole life from different dentists across NJ, FL and CT. I feel relieved every time before and after each visit. They have shown me my x-rays each time I've asked to see them and they always take the time to explain everything to me and always answer my questions no matter how many I have or how often I have them. They have been more than understanding for every time that I've needed to reschedule in the past, which is another thing that is extremely rare to find with other dentists. They have never canceled or changed the time of any appointment on me that I didn’t ask for and they are always on time. Also they have never rushed me through an appointment once and I know that they wouldn’t in the future, they are extremely consistent and very trustworthy. These dentists truly care, they truly know what they are doing, and they always make me feel comfortable when I am there, and I have always felt like I am able to trust them since day one. They have seriously restored my faith in dentists. I came to this place after being at New England Dental which was a horror show. Thank God for Hilltop Dental. They are most definitely the best dentists in Danbury and in the entire area and in many other areas. Thank you Hilltop Dental.

Positive experience: I am a patient of Hilltop dental associates. for a long time. I usually go for my regular cleaning routine. This time I had to go for a big issue for a root canal . So far, he's been very good experience, not a problem.Everybody's very nice and everything is going very well.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment and they got me in within 48 hours. They also got to the root of the issue quickly and there was no wait. I was in 5 mins before my appointment time.

Negative experience: Beware. I brought my son here because they take husky dental insurance. After his cleaning they told me that he had 10 cavities. Since he had only had 1 in his entire life, this seemed very strange. So to be certain I made an appointment at another dentist and paid out of pocket and this dentist told me he had zero cavities. We'll never go back.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for an extraction, arrived was told I was there for a filling? That they did not have time for the extraction appointment I booked the day before. I left with no services rendered, but I guarantee they charged my insurance!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. Great dentist but front end and office staff fails to disclose to you any out of pocket responsibilities before visits and what is covered with your insurance before you go. Had different insurance in between work and only covers 1 cleaning a year. When visiting no one shares this with me other than my dental cleanings are all covered, you don't have to pay anything with insurance. They went ahead and booked me 6 months out and continued not to disclose me today's visit will be out of pocket before going in. Otherwise I would have canceled and booked when my new insurance came in. They decide to surprise you at the end with a bill expecting you to pay. Never going here again or referring anyone. I also see management responded but you still failed and misinformed me it was covered. I get it to check insurance but asked up front and they said with this insurance it is covered. So I believed what they told me. They also Insisted on booking me 6 months out and when I walked in said nothing about out of pocket. I will be fighting this for sure.

I will be coming back throughout the following weeks for a couple fillings and can say I feel 100% at ease know I will be in good hands.

Positive experience: After not having a dental cleaning for 9 months from going to the same location for 7yrs. I was very anxious about seeing a new hygienist and a new dentist. However it all cleared up after coming to Hilltop Associates. The hygienist that took care of me was wonderful! Elvia was very thorough, knowledgeable and gave me a great cleaning. She really took my anxiety away! ❤️ I'm so thankful that I read all reviews around that helped me decide to come here. On my 1st visit the Dentist was available to fix my front tooth that was chipped and she did a good job! Very kind and gave me information about my teeth that I wasn't given in the past Definitely made me feel more confident about this practice. Staff was nice and I felt comfortable. I recommend you to get your teeth taken care of here and don't let time pass your every 6 months check up!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. I went there about 3 years ago but needed periodontal work. After the periodontal work I went back to Hilltop Dental. They are so kind and understanding. Great dental work and always a positive visit! I'm moving but planning on coming back for appts every 3-6 months so I am going to continue using them. They are like family. I highly recommend them!

Positive experience: Walked in & they got my wife and I right into a room where staff got started being very polite & explained everything in a caring but professional manor, getting my X-Rays done in a timely manor while waiting for the Denstist. The Denstist was quick & efficient cleaning my teeth, & explaining to me about what I needed for my Teeth that were pulled. Rooms were small not so big, but everything went well with no complaints.

Negative experience: They started to work on my tooth. They put 20 needles in my mouth thinking they can numb it. They broke my tooth and left it like that and they said wait four days or go to a different specialist worst people to ever go to if I can give a zero stars I would.
