Fantastic experience: I had the very best experience at Wm Sulkowski DDS. I had a dental emergency. Jodi, the receptionist, made room in the schedule and got me in immediately. The staff was fantastic. Thanks to Dr. Edmund Sulkowski my.pain level went from a 10 to a zero almost immediately. If you ever need wonderful dental care, this is a place to go!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am like most people when it comes to going to the dentist. So when Covid hit , and even after the restrictions were lifted . I neglected going to the dentist so as a result, I had some trouble with my teeth. Fearing I would be scolded by Dr. Bill I put it off even longer so now I’m forced to go because of I have a problems and the first thing Dr. Bill said to me is we missed you welcome back where have you been . I made a lame excuse. Doctor bill assured me that they’re not here to scold or make you feel bad, but to help with any problems we have I’ve always felt welcomed by all staff, and always have been treated with the upmost respect. From checking in with Jody to finishing up the staff are always wonderful, kind, and considerate and very personable. I love the dental office . So if you’re looking for a dentist look no further, Dr. Sokowski’s office is highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I've been Dr. Sulkowski's patient for quite some time after Dr. Zimmer retired. He has always provided me excellent service and my excellent teeth are proof. He is also a very down to earth person and is very friendly. That is an important quality for a successful doctor in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a crowned molar tooth extracted. I definitely had anxiety as I never heard of anyone getting a crowned molar extracted. Dr. Edmund is always patient & gentle. His dental assistant who works with him is also patient & gentle. To my surprise again, I had no pain. It was a painless experience!!! If you need a dental procedure, I would refer you to Sulkowski's Dental Practice. Everyone is so kind and sweet from the receptionist to both dentists. Love them!!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sulkowski recently prepared an upper bridge for me, after doing everything he could to save my tooth. I appreciate his conservative approach, but a bridge was the ultimate fix. All went smoothly & during the process, Dr. Sulkowski kept me aware of what he was doing & what I would be feeling. Thus far, I have had no issues and continue to believe that that will be the case until my permanent bridge is seated. Dr. Sulkowski’s staff cannot go without compliments; they are pleasant, professional and experienced; moreover, they went to great lengths to help me in choosing the right color for my bridge. Great team!

Positive experience: I was never asked if I took my premed. I never signed for my health history. In my 30 years as a patient, this was the first time a dentist was not on the premises. The hygienist was nice and seemed she knew what she was doing however, I feel like my appointment was incomplete.

I’ve had braces when I was in my mid thirties but they left me with uneven ridges on my front teeth and Dr Sulkowski evened them all out, whitened them, filled in the gaps, and surprisingly he never had to use an aesthetic. I’m a stupendously happy customer. Dr Sulkowski really enjoys his work and it shows.

We are very pleased we did so and my family will continue to come here. They give you an estimate before they do any work so you do not receive surprise bills months later like another dentist did to me. They are very good friendly. People have no problem with them. Think there'll be my dentist forever. Getting those partials, we'll see how that goes.I can see no problem. Doctor friendly staff very friendly.What else can I say or I would recommend them went back. Got my partials on a Friday, thought they were all right, but they needed. Suggested got me in first thing Monday again again. I thought they had it right, but they aren't so he told me to come back right away that day. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to anybody. Staff is worked very hard. To get the problem solved. May need another adjustmbut, that's normal. Again again, staff is warm. Staff is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown come off, hours before leaving for an extended vacation. Needless to say this occured late in the day, go figure. I called Dr. Sulkowski's office and told them about the crown coming off and explained that I was scheduled to leave in a few hours, could not come in tomorrow and would not be back for several weeks. I was told that they would need to call me back soon. Within a few minutes the office called and said Dr. Bill could do it right away if I could get there soon. Dr. Bill, and his assistant solved my problem after a little work and said it was a good repair adding that I should not have any problems, I was too glad! I found out later that Dr. Bill had completed his appointments for the day and was just getting ready to leave, until I called. Now that is what I call taking care of your patients! I have been a patient for a number of years and will continue not only because of they have been a good dental practice but also because when I have had a need, they have always responded. . .even when at the last moment like this!

I’m a longtime patient who can’t say enough about my satisfaction with his work. Dr. Sulkowski is known for customizing bridges rather than using implants, which as someone with two bridges, I greatly appreciate. I highly appreciate and recommend him as a family dentist.

Negative experience: Dr Ed needs to keep the personal remarks to himself. I left there feeling quite judged because of a few comments he made during my appointment. He does not know me or how my teeth got to their current state, and he has no right to make those assumptions. This was only my second time at this office, and I will not be returning.

Negative experience: Let me start by saying I have always been happy with the quality of care in the office, the making, and canceling of appointments is disappointing. To gaslight someone and pretend that they made a mistake about the appointment is unprofessional and frankly cruel. I made both appointments months ago and with them being twins I always double check if they are assigned one time, that that is what the office wants. To get a call the day of the appointment, and say that One of your sons is late, and that the appointments were never at 2:20, And that one would not be able to be seen was ridiculous. I would much rather be called and told we are short of staff And we have to reschedule, then to be lied to and made to feel like I made some sort of mistake. I confirmed the boys appointments Days before, and then I am sent some sort of confirmation on the day of, which was different in which I did not see Because I was at work. Regardless an appointment should not be changed without confirmation first, especially when it was already confirmed. That seems to me, that someone was trying to be sneaky and naked it look like I made a mistake. I cannot emphasize enough how incompetent that makes the office look and how unprofessional it comes across. I hope you can clear this matter up and that it does not happen again. Thank you. I was particularly impressed with her thoroughness in cleaning, how gentle she was despite a sensitive area, her clear explanations about improving my dental health. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and efficient during check-in and check-out. She explains our insurance coverage thoroughly. Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and called the office as a new patient and they got me in that same day. Not only did they evaluate the problem they started the work right then. The dentist explained everything was gentle and no pain. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. They have gone over and above to accommodate me. I haven’t felt pressured to get any dental work done that wasn’t necessary. They do a good job and I’ll continue to use them as my dentist.
