Negative experience: They changed they're policy at some point and stopped taking my insurance, but never informed me about this at any point until I got a surprise bill in the mail for over $340 for my wife and I to get basic cleanings. There were two of us on separate appointments. They could have told us when we booked, or when we showed up to check in, but they didn't. There were at least four opportunities between the two of us. Thank goodness I had to cancel the 6-month follow-up, because they took so long to bill that if I hadn't I would have unknowingly been charged another $340. And for both of us it was the worst cleaning we had ever had. I have nothing bad to say about Dr Stevens himself, but I will not be coming back after this experience with the rest of his office.

Even after i moved from the Bridgeville area to Cranberry.. He and his staff have always made me feel welcome there. He is very competent and knowledgeable of his profession. His staff is also very knowledgeable. His dental hygenist does a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth and makes suggestions regarding any issues i may have As does Dr. Franz and Tracy. i would not think of going anywhere else. I have referred a few clients to his practice and they continue to see him also.. I was there to see him the other day. He is so meticulous. He really takes his time and makes sure his patients are satisfied with the outcome.

The exam was thorough and painless. Dr Franz did not try to sell me any needless procedures. Everyone was courteous and kind. I've definitely found a dentist I can trust.

I was looking forward to having a local family dentist. But the office is located on the 2nd floor with just a long flight of steps. I’m 81 and can easily see that the steps will be a barrier for me to use in the very near future.

Fantastic experience: This was my third appointment with Dr. Franz. I have been so extremely pleased with his approach. Two visits were for work on fractured teeth, and a repair of my partial. The other was for a cleaning.

Everything from scheduling my appointment, the timely accommodation, the friendliness of the office clerk, to having my dental work done promptly by Dr. Franz, all and all is a great experience. The day we called they were able to see here quickly that same day. They both worked on her to fix the tooth. They were so kind and patient with her through the process that took some time. Our daughter left with a smile and was very happy with how natural the tooth looked. We are so thankful for them and their kindness.
