From regular cleanings to more complicated procedures, my experience at Steliotes Dental Spa has always been very good!

Positive experience: I highly recommend this dentist! The staff definitely makes you feel comfortable in the face of any anxiety you may have about dental work. The only thing to look out for is they charge $100 an hour for a late cancelation fee if canceling within 48 hours. I understand the need for this, but calling in due to an unforeseen issue with work I felt like random uncertainties that happen in life are not considered. I was told I wouldn't be charged after expressing this concern, so I greatly appreciated the customer service and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever been too! Very professional. Office is beautiful. You feel relaxed there. Dr Steliotes is very well skilled in his profession. I never even felt the needle when he gave me the Novocain shot. He works very efficiently so you do not have to stress. All the technicians are super friendly. You can tell they love where they work. Office staff is also great. They have candles burning for relaxation and even give you a rose when you are done, my wife loved that!!!

Fantastic experience: I received Zoom whitening and tooth bonding on three of my front teeth, including my non vital grey tooth. Over a year later, my tooth bonding results are still amazing!!! Dr Ted and his team were amazing throughout the entire process!! Would highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: Rachel (which I don’t see on meet the team ) was the worst. I needed a new bridge, which was fine. She did neglected to say she was drilling down an extra tooth. I am not sure I would have gone forward had I been told. When I expressed my displeasure and how no explanation given, I was told it is normal to do the extra tooth as adult. What?? No details. The bridge looked nice but was too big for my mouth. They tweaked it a bit (with pain) but was still uncomfortable. I would not let any of my family return and have been telling my story to all that will listen. The doctor is nice but always rushed. You are totally just a number and $$.

Negative experience: Maybe too much focus on the “spa” element of dentistry with little focus on actual dentistry. Last fall I took my daughter for a cleaning and checkup as she had some obvious issues with decay in her molars. No pain or anything, but I’ve heard it can quickly become a serious issue out of nowhere. Dr Ted took a look at her teeth and the X-rays and said if they aren’t causing her pain, not to worry he would just wait until they fall out (approximately 5 years later when she’s 12) My antennas went up but I trusted his advice because he is a professional. 6 months later and after talking to other parents, we went back to Steliotes for a cleaning and another checkup. I pressed the issue with the girl that did the cleaning and she said brought in a dentist that was in the office because she now has an abscess. At this point, they recommended that she see someone more qualified to deal with the abscess and other issues. I mean this is a dentist office, if they are qualified, why can’t they treat it? We had an appt this week with another local dentist who was disappointed in the level of care that she got from Stelliotes. Like she has a few other cavities that the girl who did the cleaning or the other dentist failed to mention last week. She also couldn’t believe she just had her teeth cleaned last week. So I’m not really sure what you are paying for at Steliotes. Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend for quality dentistry. The roses are nice, but a bit gimmicky IMO.

Fantastic experience: Steliotes is a dentistry that doesn’t feel like a typical dental office. It really feels like a spa the moment you walk in and everyone is so nice. Dr. Ted is all about the patient, bringing several options to procedures and ultimately letting you make decisions with no pressure.
