Fantastic experience: Pretty good place parking lot a little small

Negative experience: Its been a while and i am now updating my review due to recent issues. I have been playing phone tag with this office about getting help for an issue with my blood work for two weeks now and they cant even seem to figure out what i'm saying to them, as every phone call ends with them not understanding what's happening and "having to call me back". Which, by the by, never happens, and i have to call them to get anything. Not that it matters because they wont help no matter how much I explain my situation. Its a shame because I do really like Dr. Bening. The other people on her line are quite frankly rude and disrespectful. - When it comes to the family doctor side of Centerville, it is wonderful. The receptionists, the nurses, they're all very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bening is a welcomed change from my previous doctor. She is kind, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly. My rating wouldnt be so high if it wasnt for her. I haven't had such great experiences with the dentist or the mental health team here, both of whom were quite unpleasant towards me, which is why I no longer use them for those two areas of my health.

Negative experience: The people are nice enough, but the service is terrible. For the last few weeks, I haven’t been able to reach my doctors office. The phone literally rang from the time I left Giant Eagle until I pulled up in their parking lot. When I brought it to their attention as I have in the past, there is no urgency to find the cause. My doctor did not submit the biometric screening, so I missed out on the $100 bonus from work, which I count on to give me financial relief by paying for my medication for a few months. I’ve brought this to their attention several times and nothing has been done. Time to look for a different PCP.

Negative experience: Continuation of Dylan’s message/PT.2 her, it didn’t click and she still kept saying “well I think you need less If you’re done with the 7oh. “ Like I don’t know if she thinks the 7oh caused my OCD or anger When I have explained to her and gave her multiple scenarios examples in past traumas that this has been a constant and ever-growing problem And she just refused to cooperate with me or even engaged. Kept saying I need less than and then at this point I finally got frustrated(Well, I’ve been frustrated the whole time but very rarely until like now. Did I scream at her nor did I call her any But I was just sick of the betrayal, the lies, the mismanagement, the hypocrisy, and much more. L By the way, she interrupted me quite A lot of times, barely letting me get sentences out this whole time. I forgot to mention, but I am now because it’s important. She tried to interrupt me again with at this point I don’t even remember exactly what she said, but it was something along the lines of saying that or just completely ignoring the anger, the OCD and all that stuff saying I didn’t need it or that I should only need less Ativan if I’m not doing the 7oh anymore(SORRY THIS WAS VOICE TO TEXT IF IT’S A BIT SLOPPY) So I finally got fed up with her, ignoring me and being for lack of words, dumb and considerate, ignorant, etc., and I was like you really want me to show you why I need this out of it. You want me to keep going like you want me and that’s she was like I need to get out and she just shut down the Convo. I guess it prevented with any facts she shut down cause she actually asked me to leave earlier I think too when I prevented her with one of those facts I listened above she was like OK. I just think you need to leave like it’s so pathetic. I wanna do everything in my power to get her disbarred or whatever. She does not deserve to live comfortably in that job doing a crap job just to retire all easily and cushiony. I wanna do everything I can get her disbarred. She is such a pathetic excuse of a nurse practitioner and today’s display was just abhorrent. And don’t even get me started on Amy…… what a joke of a practice.

Negative experience: Centerville is a mess. Never can get their stuff together. If you have a great doctor then the nurse is crappy. If you have both a great doctor and nurse scheduling sucks. Had appt set for a year and all of a sudden they disappear.

Positive experience: They can usually get you an appointment the same day.

Negative experience: This is literally the most disrespectful place! Doctors are amazing but the nursing staff and 100% receptionist are so rude! These young girls sitting behind a desk acting as if they are better than everyone. I switched my daughter to another doctor and my husband and I are as well. Had them for 7 years and it did not use to be like this. This new group that's been on and out over the last 2-3 years idk where your finding them at but your loosing businesses! I know quite a few families that have already left this office and planning to leave. IV spoken to the office manager a few times over the last few years but nothing changes !

Negative experience: I have tried for two days to get ahold of the behavioral health department. Not once has anyone picked up the phone . This is unacceptable for anyone seeking medical attention. Especially for mental health.

Negative experience: I had this appointment this morning at 8:30. I was received a phone call the other day that I had to reschedule. My annual to January 9th but I inform them.I need to keep the one on December 1st I was informed that he did rounds at the hospital now,but she told me, can I come in at 8:30 on the first I said, yes, well when I get there After ten minutes or more, t with the new system they said, i'm in the old system for ten o'clock.I'm like, no, she told me 8:30 When you have an old system and a new system. You put notes in both accounts. So everybody knows what the hell is going on. So they don't have to reschedule. I was taught that and my jobs put notes notes notes and read the notes and both sides. I really needed this appointment today and I try calling the nurses station to get medication refills which is needed And it did not happen! Love my doctor but front of the house sucks!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone in this office today went over and beyond to help me because I've been in pain every day this year into the hospital three times and this is still not resolved. I do have some test scheduled though from My three trips to the hospital. I have a brain injury and the nurse practitioner today wrote everything out for me word for word as to what I needed to do and when everything was happening. She went over and beyond and treated me like she actually cared. She is super respectful and allowed me to say what I wanted to say without interruption. Centerville is wonderful I got an appointment quick and they took me back quick. They made sure though that they thoroughly took care of my inquiries and helped me move forward with the pain I've been in every day this year. This is one of the best visits I've had. Thank you nurse practitioner. I'm so sorry I'm going blank on your name but it's only because of my brain injury. Everyone reading this look at the date and then you can look up who is the nurse practitioner or call them and she is awesome. I promise you she'll help you.

Fantastic experience: Doctor A.Kalia is my doctor. I’m 59 years of age and must say. Dr.Kalia is one of the most knowledgeable, considerate and concerned doctors I’ve ever met. She the best of the best as a doctor and a person. You can tell she enjoys helping others, and it truly shows in work. Listen if you can get her as your doctor, you’ve been blessed. Seriously hats off and two thumbs up to Dr.Kalia.

Negative experience: I'm not impressed with Centerville clinic in Washington. Keep your guard up when it comes to dealing with Dr. Kahlias nurse. Not sure but the last time I checked I was Dr kahlias patient not then nurses. Perhaps we can start a go fund me page so she can get a license as a doctor. And stop with her condescending tone towards the patients

Negative experience: I’ve worked in healthcare for 35 plus years and this clinic and Dr. Bening are by far the most unprofessional and uncaring people I’ve ever met. The doctor actually said I only have time for one problem per visit. Anything else she said I’d need to make another appointment to discuss. The energy and attitude displaced by Dr. Bening was shocking to say the least. STAY AWAY from this place!

Fantastic experience: Staff and doctor is always VERY caring and attentive. They're always willing to answer any and all of my questions without the feeling of being rushed, so they can move on with their next appointment ASAP. Everyone is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Appointment times are also very accommodating, for me personally. And the place is always VERY cleanly inside. What's not to love?!?!

Negative experience: If it was possible, I would give no stars nobody ever answers the phone. They say the reception is nonexistent and if you wanna get a hold of your doctor to please press a certain number. They do not answer the phone. They canceled my appointment in August they have not called back for another appointment. I have tried to call. I cannot get a hold of anybody. I have medication’s that I get from the doctor that need refilled, but I have to see the doctor first I can’t get anything done unless I see the doctor so unless somebody decides that they wanna call me back and they have all my information already there at the office I will not be coming back to Centerville Clinics and I will not refill any of my prescriptions that has been prescribed to me. This is by far the worst place in recent years that I’ve had my doctor through

Negative experience: Trying to get a confirmation of a fax that was supposed to be sent from my insurance company (to refill a script that was changed) is like pulling teeth. It's been over a week (on a medicine that my diabetic husband needed 2 weeks ago. ) trying to actually get someone on the phone. I left a message for the manager yesterday afternoon, still no contact from her either.

Positive experience: the people at the dental office are very sweet and understanding.

Positive experience: CRNP Jonette McClelland deserves five stars. She's been our family doctor for almost a year, caring for all four of my children with incredible expertise and sensitivity. She never pressures us about vaccinations, avoids judgment regarding personal choices, and treats us with respect regardless of our appearances. She makes my children and myself VERY comfortable. However, my recent experience with the Centerville Clinics call center significantly hinders my overall positive impression. Twice this morning, I called for separate appointments, and both times, I encountered unprofessional and unfriendly interactions. The tone and attitude were dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued patient. This was particularly jarring when scheduling my own physical examination after a year's gap – it almost felt like a chore for them to handle. Centerville Clinics has undoubtedly earned its reputation for excellent medical care thanks to CRNP Jonette and other dedicated professionals. However, the negative experience with the call center casts a shadow on the experience. Improving professionalism, courtesy, and patient-centricity in the call center operations would ensure Centerville Clinics truly shines as a top-notch healthcare provider. If you do not like dealing with people, do not get a job or you have to deal with people. It's pretty simple.

Positive experience: first i was told i need to make an appointment, Then i was told my insurance would not cover the chair because my age and lack of diagnoses. After which a lady whom i believe the Nure (she did not interduce herself just walked in sat down and started asking questions) yelled at me "you are not disabled." I responded no just in unmanaged chronic pain. I requested the shower chair to help with the pain of standing and the need to rest while cleaning myself in the shower. The last time my pain began to get this bad, i had to shower on the toilet with cups of water. I Was 24 and do not want to have to do that again. other chairs rush or hold bacteria. i have been trying to take less ibuprofen (as my doctor has suggested, for the sake of my liver). I believe this request for a simple aide would allow me to follow doctors suggestion while giving specialist run test to figure out what is going on. Instead, my time was wasted, I was yelled at and made to feel worthless, as if my appointment was a nuisance. Again, I was told by Centerville staff that I needed to make the appointment. I left confused and made to feel worthless. Putting my body through strain. This last visit reminded me why I went eight years without medicinal help for my pain. I only made this review because I was asked too by Centerville email link.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS AWFUL PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! I'd give zero stars if I could. Absolutely awful experience every single time we went (4-5 appointments before I finally gave up). They overbook to the point where your patient wait time will be 1-2 hours, EVERY time, even if you've got a sick baby and an appointment. When you check in and ask for updates, the admin staff is rude and too busy typing to even slide the glass open to talk to you. Getting someone to answer the phone when you call? Nightmare. Getting a call back from a doctor or nurse? Good luck. You'll have to call repeatedly and hound them for a reply, even if your child was just seen and is sick with a virus that can be deadly in young children. Policies are conflicting and a mess and different people will tell you totally different things -check in online -no don't check in online -go ask her -no go ask her -did you check in online? -Well now you missed your appointment because-even though you have a time stamped check in and the office manager you spoke to last week told you to use the online check in, you didn't see me specifically at this one window, so you can't be seen now...even though you've been waiting 45 mins and you were checked in early and got a confirmation email in the automated system that (one would assume) is supposed to streamline things??? ^^^NO JOKE that happened. I literally left and couldn't get care because of how defunct their office admin side is. So they have an automated system they refuse to use, but want you to use, but also don't want you to use. #insanity They also don't offer same day appointments for sick patients or children, yet demand to see you if you're sick or they won't consider calling anything in. What's the point of having established care if you can't access it when you need it? I've honestly never had a more difficult time with a practice in my life, every single time we try to go. Made an appointment with other doctors today for future so that we don't have to go through this again. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT go here!

Positive experience: I have been trying for 20days to get some paper work filled out and faxed for my grandmother to get services cause she needs help. The appointment is tomorrow and still no paperwork. I call everyday i was told it would be fixed in time but yet still nothing.

Negative experience: How could anyone rate this office as anything more than a 1 at best It borders on putting patients at risk. The office staff don't do followups required by the Dr's, so medical tests, follow up visits, orders just sit with no action for weeks.

Negative experience: DO NOT go to Maria R Bening, MD. Save yourself the headache. The Clinic is great, the so called doctor is horrible. Took my dad there for painful spasms of his left arm radiating up. I’m addition to numbness that’s progressively getting worse. She ordered tests, X-ray, and blood work. Did the blood work and X-ray that day. The tests the next week when the specialists scheduled us. Took me calling 3 times after 2 weeks of not hearing anything from her for her to only give results about the blood work. Said they never got the results for the nerve tests we had done. Yet another two weeks and several phone calls later I finally scheduled an appointment to talk face to face. Kinda hard to ignore my dad and my questions now when face to face. A month of waiting and no closer to any answers. Never follows up. Never getting a verbal order if fax machine was down. Nothing. Switching back to our beloved Dr. Aurora. I know some staff also do not like Benning. Learn from our horrible experience with her.

Negative experience: I don't enjoy posting negative reviews, but I feel as though this piece of information that I have is pretty integral for people visiting that dental office. I was a new patient there and I had gotten a checkup, got my teeth cleaned everything was fine, they were personable, and she was very knowledgeable about how to floss my teeth. When I came back to get an assessment and referral for an implant, I had complained about my front tooth having some sensitivity sharing that it's been a issue for quite a while. She looked at the X-ray they had done previously and shared with me that everything looks fine, so long as I'm only experiencing sensitivity to cold things and not hot things to not worry. Well I went to the oral surgeon a few weeks later and they discovered that the tooth I was complaining about has a severe infection and I will now need a root canal. So unfortunately I will not be returning to Washington dental office in Centerville clinics.

Negative experience: Centerville Clinic used to be a great doctors office. Unfortunately, it's not that way anymore. I prefer to see the same doctor every time I need medical care. Centerville Clinic has a very high turnover, so, the chances of seeing the same doctor are slim. I'm also getting threatened with collection for a "bill" they say I owe. I've looked up all of the days they say I owe and almost all of them have been paid. Plus they charged me almost $300 for the covid flu shots that I received. This was after they told me there would be no cost. I could have went anywhere else and received it for free. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM CENTERVILLE CLINIC IN WASHINGTON!!!!!!!!!! I can't commit on their other office in Fredericktown because I've never been to that one. Go find a doctor that has his/her own practice and stick with that!

Negative experience: I was just in the office at the beginning of March, it is now the end of March. I was told I had no cavities now after feeling pain I have a huge cavity that they missed.

Negative experience: Only if, there was negative star's to rate this place. Without a doubt the worse attitudes I have encountered with in years, many, many, many years. The lack of respect, the lack of care for their patients does not stop at the front desk, but spills over with a lot of their doctors. I don't see how this place is still up and running, oh wait this is a common wealth state , nevermind. Who cares, right!?!?!? People that NEED help that is who. Now for the one's that don't know and for the one's that forgot, You took a freaking oath, so start acting like it... This place should be slapped with so many lawsuits and I am amazed that they haven't been, yet. It'll come...

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Washington Office for about 20 years and I definitely don't like going anywhere else. The Dr's have always been there for me and my kids. Dr. Muhly is great for two of my kids and myself. She always takes the time to answer questions or explain everything clearly before leaving the room. I wouldn't advise anyone to take their kids to see April, she just isn't all the way there.

Negative experience: I’m writing this 1-star review due to an insufferable, rude, conceited, and pompous woman there who goes by “Dr. Benning”. Not sure why this Centerville Clinics still keeps this woman there, but she does not act like a professional. She acts like a moody teenager that doesn’t want to go to school because her parents told her so. Avoid her.

Negative experience: I've never seen the same provider twice. It's seems to be a revolving door of doctors. My most recent visit was one of the worst. Long wait time in the exam room with a doctor who lacked compassion.

Negative experience: Once the appointment was finally held, after 3 rescheduled ones, my son was given a very quick meeting and made decisions without evaluating the care. We were rushed because the next appointment was waiting.

Negative experience: I hate this place. If it wasn’t so much trouble to switch I would have done it years ago. You can never get thru when you call. The office employees and nurses are not very nice. You can’t get an appointment until months out. I waited over an HOUR past my appointment when I had checked in 25 min BEFORE IT!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Arora is the greatest. Very easy to schedule an appointment when sick.

Negative experience: The new sign in is ridiculous tried twice and both times said error try later bring back the other your right about one thing it is more secure when the patient can't even sign in.

Negative experience: Do not go here. I have been taking a simple plain Jane medication ( non narcotic) since 2016 for my migraines. I moved here 2 years ago and had to switch providers. They stated they will refill every other medication but this one because they didn’t prescribe it to begin with…. Umm you didn’t prescribe the other ones either but you filled them. I told them multiple times I need this medication to function on the daily as I get them migraines really bad. I sent in for the refill and then the pharmacy called and stated they denied it. I am furious at this point. Do not go here if you want your daily pills refilled and they only do refills once so each time you have to ask for one. Pathetic. The dr I had an issue with was Dr Benning. Also my bf went in there yesterday because he was sick. As was I ( I was hospitalized for 4 days due to salmonella). He went it they did a covid test and flu test and said no need for other testing it is just a bug. When actually he had food poisoning too. They do not take you seriously! Like I said this place is a joke. I’ll be going to AHN from now on.

Positive experience: Called office for pain I had been having previously (Karla) asked about seeing my doctor she said I would get a call back 1week later no call back again I called office (Karla) again set up appointment for me to see my doctor Dr Muhuly next day Heather called said Dr Muhuly could not see me cause she was too booked up arranged for me to see crystal crystal Andrews who said she would orderct for me girl at checkout could not get into her computer because of being late in the day would call me next day have not received call yet

Negative experience: The last doctor which I think was named Dr. Benning was awful. She talked to me like a child and told me “I had too many things wrong with me” for one visit and addressed ONE PROBLEM. Since when can’t doctors address multiple issues. She might have wanted to word it differently so it wasn’t so rude. I then have filed a complaint, which I have never done in my life, only to have it ignored. I was a patient there for ten years and will never go back. Thanks for not addressing the issue Centerville.

Fantastic experience: I adore Michelle Cohan. She an her staff have been so awesome since I moved to PA! She really invests in her parients! She listens and cares!!

Negative experience: At one time the clinic was superb as my pcp. But upon time after time being on a Merry go Round with new nurse practioners acting as my caretakers, then leaving one by one, year after year, and introducing new np's to my health care, it really was a disturbing factor and detrimental to my well being, both mentally and physically. I felt belittled and treated as a number by the last person to see me..which was Dr. BENING. She seemed uncaring....a know it all as to my persinal needs and care. She was unaware about many things...must nit of even glanced at my prior caretakers notes and the plans for my next years health care doing with my weight program and depression issues. Also she stated she didnt think that my meds and my oxygen were needed and she stopped my meds and tried to stop my oxygen until I told her I have a conseirge with my insurance company and my insurance company works with me contineusly checking by video phone and calls as to my long haul covid symptoms....and they know I need my oxygen for breathing difficulties that come daily and for night time sleeping use. So, I made a formal complaint against the treatment I recieved from her ..directly to the office manager and a written grievance was filed by me also at the office..signed and delivered to Heather the office manager. I no longer want to be a patient a your facility after the board of directors of the clinic supposedly sided with Dr Bening when they received my grievance filing, I received that news via phone call from Heather. I also filed greivances against your clinic with my Insurance company.... They agree..with me and my lawyers that a doctor should not immediately stop a treatment plan and meds that were priorly prescribed for a patient without due cause....such as ,....drug abuse or mental health detriments, or a health issue caused by the prescriptions.....which is not at issue. DR Bening , to me, was pushy and had a cold shoulder bed side manner with me....Im an educated, law abiding citizen with a few health issues that knows when a doctor is looking down their nose at a patient..treating me as though I were a child ,Im woman who knows to be safe and take care of herself and family without being bullied into a doctors and /or health facilities incompetant treatment of the patients needs. Thanks but no thanks , Im moving ahead and on with my health care needs.

Negative experience: Terrible place for anyone to call needing mental health services, I told the lady I needed help for severe depression (suicidal) and fast. She told me I could not see a Psychiatrist until I started therapy. Closest appointment was months from now. I explained to her I’ve done both for years and that I would need to ask my family doctor to get me on meds In the meantime. She proceeded to tell me that’s not how it works and I would have to wait to start therapy (months from now) then get in with the pscy dr to get the meds. Good thing I know better and seen my dr the next day and was prescribed medication to help me through until I see my Psychiatrist in 9 days. Like seriously what a joke. Mental health patients already feel there is no help out there. For her to talk to me like that was completely unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! PS I am diagnosed with 6 mental health conditions… maybe they should check things like that before saying what they “think” they know. I may not have made it until therapy let alone with no medication.

Negative experience: I’ve been trying to be seen for my initial med apt with Michele Cohen since mid April. I have been canceled on 3 times now and then keep getting rescheduled a month later. At this point it is just utterly shameful. I’m disgusted with how the behavioral health department can just cancel multiple apts and not make it a priority to see clients at all. Absolutely shameful. This is why people don’t even attempt to seek out mental health treatments

Negative experience: worst communication ever they no longer took my insurance and never warned me at all I lost my therapist first then they reassured me I would get one 6 months later still nothing then they changed my meds I was suppose to call if there was a issue I did with no reply then when I showed up for my appointment they said they can't help me they no longer take my insurance so they left me hanging so now I am trying to find a mental health clinic on my own because they didn't help so disorganized

Fantastic experience: I wanted to come back and give an updated review because a lot has changed at this office in the last few months and for the better! I am now going to be filling prescriptions through the patient portal, which makes the process so much quicker and easier on everyone, and my son’s new doctor, Dr. McClelland, is absolutely amazing!! Centerville did a wonderful thing for their young patients by bringing her onto their team!!

Negative experience: Your phone system sucks. Been trying for two days to reach an individual.. after hours of.recorded instructions. And command prompts. I still have not spoken to anyone real live and with half a brain

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Basilone and he was absolutely amazing! He truly listened to me for over an hour, and came up with a plan to help get me back on the right track. He is very thorough and takes his time with his patients! The staff at the front desk was also so friendly and helpful. Ms. Pam was nothing but amazing and I would 10/10 recommend this office and Dr. Basilone specifically!

Negative experience: They don’t answer the phone for the scheduling I really needed to be seen, and nothing. Called for hours.

Negative experience: Still waiting on the phone call back (I called at 9:20am) to schedule my daughter. As the automated service states you will receive a call back within the hour.....its now 1:10pm! Awful service!

Negative experience: Doctors in the Respiratory Trailer do not care about the patients that they see. No compassion. Unwilling to treat even minor illnesses like a sore throat or cough with anything other than over-the-counter meds that do not work.

Fantastic experience: Dr' Arora was able to see what my problem was I received a shot to help the inflation and sent me to get an Xray..... they called to tem the results as soon as they got them and to ask if the shot helped and to make an appoint with my bone doctor

Negative experience: I got a phone call saying I would be getting a call from a GI Dr. Cause the day before I had blood work done and my liver enzymes were high. When I questioned it, noone knew anything. Called to make the appointment an the GI Dr couldn't get me into Oct 13, to call my pcp back an see if I needed to find someone else. I was told my Dr an her nurse were at the mission in the morning an they'd call me when they got in. Not only did I not get a call when I called this morning Logan who answered on more than one occasion yesterday when I called answered an had an attitude with me cause I was still calling. Well I'm a single mom whose child already lost his father an ID like to know about my health an they are a medical facility who I don't think cares not one bit!! Called to speak to the manager an keep getting a run around.

Negative experience: Avoid Dr Susan Bradley Bream. I went to this dentist to have a new partial made to fill in a molar. It was so ill fitting, it loosened a front tooth. The tooth had to be removed. I was examples of sensodyne, and poligrip. I filed a complaint with the Medicare office, where I originally got her name. After 6 adjustments and over $1100 out of pocket expense to me, I contacted my Health care provider and filed a complaint. I was advised to speak to Madeleine. After two phone calls to the office, neither were returned. I am currently looking for a lawyer to take my case.

I must say I was ecstatic and am very pleased with Dr. Duff ... he & his colleagues are phenomenal ... always my first suggestion to anyone who asks... Negative experience: Telephoned to get an appointment for two concerns, and made sure the scheduler knew what I needed to be seen for. Imagine how I felt when I showed up for my appoinment with Dr. Duff and was shown to the COVID CLINIC. I DID NOT HAVE COVID. Then, when staff arrived to see me, they were irritated and rude that I was there. I told them, I DID NOT DO THIS, THEY did! The Nurse practioner (I wish I could remember her name) was beyond rude throughout the appointment. She did see me me what I came in for, but made sure I knew she was doing me a HUGE favor. I have never been treated so poorly in a doctors office. I came home, fired off an email to Centerville Clinic Administrator, and told them I would be switching practices. Not that they care!

Positive experience: Love my doctor, Dr Muhly. She never rushes thru our visit and totally puts you at ease. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Arora is a great caring doctor who is easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions that you may have. She keeps up with her patients and if something seems amiss she will be in contact with them to discuss what needs to be done. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Sometimes the office is hard to reach over the phone, but I'm sure there are times that they are very busy. If you leave a message they will get back to you. the clinic is a great place to go for your medical care.
