Prior to my last appointment for teeth cleaning, I was afraid that I had to cancel my appointment as my employer changed our dental insurance coverage and was worried that Dr. Marshall was not included in the "in network" list. After informing the office, Debbie did her research on my new insurance coverage and informed me that we were good to go. This is one example of the great service from Dr. Marshall and his staff, providing my family with the best care ensuring we all have healthy set of teeth.

Fantastic experience: I was a little apprehensive to have 2 crowns done on the same day, but no regrets. Dr. Marshall and Theresa were amazing. They worked in tandem together to make sure that I was comfortable though out the 3-hour procedure taking clues as to when the novocaine was becoming less effective and always checking on me to make sure I was still okay. No pain the day after!

I haven't been to his office for over 7 years and ended up at a different dental office that I did not like at all. I woke up in morning and found that my implant screw pop out. I called my surgeon but they were closed. Then I called Debbie. She asked me to come right away. I arrived and dr marshall fix it in 15 minutes. If dr. Marshall not help me, I must have to cancel my overseas trip that day. Thank you so much. You told me that a guardian angel was watching me that night that I didn’t swallow that screw while sleeping. Fantastic experience: Dr Marshall is an experienced doctor who wants to help the patients unlike the newer dentists. He does not believe in doing any unnecessary work on the patients. He has now filled 4 or 5 teeth of mine and his work is superior to others. My last one was a difficult one where I lost 1/2 of one molar tooth recently and he saved my tooth! He is v confident about what he is doing which gives patients the required confidence in him. Since I don't like the numbing solution application before giving a shot, he avoids that, yet makes sure that the shot does not hurt much. Annie who does my cleaning of teeth gives v good tips for maintaining good oral hygiene that other cleaning professionals have not given before. Debbie and everybody else working in his office is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anybody to go to Dr Marshall!

When it comes to my teeth, i have to go with experienced and trusted dentist. That is Dr. Marshall in Milpitas. Fantastic experience: My dentist office in the Silicon Valley since 2012 has always been Dr. Marshall's office. Debbie the receptionist is so effective coordinating the logistics that it is hard that something goes wrong with the plans of the appointments. Annie has been my dental hygienist for me and my family for years and she is excellent. And Dr. Marshall is always there when there is something serious to handle. The only thing I would add is a Japanese garden outside of the window. Keep the good work!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Marshall did a great job assessing a cracked wisdom tooth and gave great advice to have it removed. He also did a great job putting a temp cap to ensure no issues till I could get it removed. Debbie is best in class of getting appointments handled flawlessly from booking to billing to referrals for wisdom tooth extraction. Best dental office in Bay Area for last 20 years!!
