Is doing I know he may ask a lot of patients but it’s just great customer service and to know you care about your patients

Fantastic experience: Wonderfully accommodating under short notice. My mother had a toothache and needed it addressed, 680 Dental Care was able to fit her in their schedule the same day. Her options were explained in detail and she left with a prescription to help her with her pain.

Negative experience: Awful experience. They barely cleaned my teeth. The front desk couldn’t even tell me which teeth had the cavities on them. They said I only had a couple and when I went to my new dentist I find out I have way more. Would not recommended going here at all.

Negative experience: This review for not being able to book an appointment over phone having called multiple times and left multiple voicemail. Doctor is amazing but what good it is if I can't book an appointment?

Positive experience: I have issues I've had many dental implants and the only thing that has given ways the glue holding the crown not the crown itself so if I have false teeth and I'm not able to eat with them what good are they.? My father had false teeth he ate nuts Apple whatever he wanted to eat and now you tell me you're going to put cheap plastic in my mouth that can't hold up to the pressure of chewing or tearing apart meat. I'm not trying to crack nuts with my mouth but I should have no issue chewing the nut inside the shell. You guys have raised more doubt about this then help me. To the point I have not even called the oral surgeon to extract the teeth.

Before Dr Vergara, all the dentists I consulted and examined my mouth, referred me to Highland Dental Surgery in Oakland, California…!!! I’m super thankful to Dr Vergara for all he did for my dental needs.

Positive experience: Excellent in-person service, but I didn't like the service over the phone. The person I spoke to over the phone to schedule my appointment was very rude. I was also frustrated because they recommended me and I went there, I drove more than 50 minutes to be seen by someone who speaks Portuguese, my preferred language, but unfortunately when I got there, no one spoke Portuguese to me, so I wouldn't have to travel so far because there are many dentists nearby who speak English.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time, and I feel very good, I received a good service, the filling of papper works was quick, and the dental staff was profesional and commucative. The Doctor did a good job checking all my teeths and also he gave me an orthodontic recommedation. The only down part is the schedule the Clinic is open M to F only but no Saturdays. Will be great if Saturdays they were open to make it easier for full time workers that can't make it on weekdays.

Negative experience: My father and I recently visited this dentist, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon seeing us, the dentist greeted us with “nihao,” making an assumption about our ethnicity based purely on appearance. This felt inappropriate and disrespectful, reducing us to a stereotype right from the start. Throughout the visit, the dentist’s tone sometimes was dismissive and arrogant, which only reinforced the discomfort we felt from the initial greeting. It was as though our concerns were not taken seriously, and this attitude seemed to stem from the same place as the assumption made with the “nihao” greeting. To make matters worse, the dentist made significant errors on the prescription, including incorrect names and gender. This led to confusion and inconvenience when we tried to pick up the medication at the pharmacy. If this is the standard of care and interaction this dentist provides, I wonder why the Google review scores look so pretty. I’m glad others may have had better experiences, but that was certainly not the case for us.

Negative experience: I got an appointment the same day because I was desperate having severe gum pain. I left the house 20 min early but due to traffic I was 8 minutes late and they refused to let me in because they assumed I wasn’t going to show up. I asked them multiple times if they could just please ask the doctor to check really quick yet they refused with a lot of attitude and rudeness as well when I wasn’t being rude. Don’t recommend at all due to lack of understanding and rudeness.
