Fantastic experience: Had a crown and a filling replaced today. Was in and out in about an 1hour and 20 minutes. Both procedures went great with no pain and awesome results. To top it off, At the end of the day Doctor Frame called me to see how I was doing. I've never had a dentist do that . Very friendly people from the front desk to the hygienist . Negative experience: Pain,Pain,Pain. And when I complained of the extrem Pain while wearing a Temp Cap I was told there's nothing we can do until the cap comes in. Whenever I got a cleaning it was done by a Temp and NEVER completed. Dr. Frame takes to much time talking about irrelevant issues. SHISH. It's seems the Dr. never turned pro after all this time. I'm sure there are neighbors in the area that like the convenient close by of the office and will say it's a classy place, there's better on Scott blvd.

Positive experience: Top notch dentist but go somewhere else for any ortho work. I was charged much more than initially quoted for Invisalign. Additionally they ordered the wrong retainers on several occasions causing extra trips and delays in treatment. I wasn't happy with where my teeth ended up after treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience in years with Dr. Alan and his staff; from the imaging -both x-rays and 3D- to the diagnostics of every mouth piece. Unlike other clinics, Dr. Alan spent all the time needed to do a careful examination, talk about the causes and all the treatments -always with patience and kindness. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Frame since I was a teenager. I’m almost 40 now. I have never had an issue with the services provided. At their office, they are attentive to everything you need, as they go above and beyond to give you exceptional service. They treat you like family and not just another patient. They take the time to make you comfortable each and every visit. They have the coolest rooms with TVs so you can enjoy Netflix, while getting your teeth cleaned. Fantastic experience: My front tooth veneer split in half leaving my old tooth exposed with sharp and pointy edges that was so troublesome (to say the least) that I didn’t think it will ever get fixed until after the pandemic. And who knows when that will be with every thing being closed under lockdown order. I was relieved when I got a call from Dr. Frame as one of urgent care and I’m now on my way to getting my tooth veneer replaced. Fantastic experience: Alan Frame has an exceptionally capable team, from the patient coordinator to the practice manager to the hygienists to the doctor himself. They are friendly, efficient, honest and happy as hell all the time! Even though I now live and work about 40 miles away, I keep coming back because they really know what they're doing. Fantastic experience: My experience at Dr Alan Frame’s dentistry was excellent and painless. I had a crown and two fillings done by Dr Rujvi Bhatt, who was very careful and considerate. She ensured that I was comfortable and numb before starting the procedures. The results were excellent. She is a wonderful and kind dentist. Tabitha (dental hygienist) did a wonderful cleaning on my teeth and gave me some useful advice on how to maintain good oral hygiene. I was surprised it was painless. The whole staff was very courteous, attentive, and professional. I also want to thank Rosa, the receptionist, for her exceptional service. She greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I never have to wait long for my appointments and the billing process is smooth and transparent. Fantastic experience: Needed some bonding done to protect nerves from gum recession. The bonding material was a perfect match to the natural color of my teeth. The procedure went smoothly.

Positive experience: There are two kinds of dentists in the world: 1. The ones who aggressively push expensive orthodontics 2. The ones who just do the cleaning and necessary work If the dentist office looks too fancy and the bill has an ad for an orthodontics brand on it, then ask yourself where all that money came from and what the motivation of your dentist really is. Fantastic experience: 11/10/23: Gone is my phobia about visiting the dentist or Have dental work done. Dr. Alan does make dental visits such a happy experience. Mainly because he gets the dental problem resolved, hardly any pain with even the extreme dental procedures and a great and friendly staff. Fantastic experience: It's always scary when you switch insurances and move to a different city/town and you have to find a new dentist. I've been to this office now 4 times for a root canal, cleaning services, exams, will be going back for fillings Julie is great at breaking down cost of what you have to pay out of pocket and what your insurance will cover!! Dr. Alans team is very kind and they truly make you feel at ease when in the chair constantly making sure you’re comfortable and don't have any discomfort. Fantastic experience: Dr. Alan Frame's office is beautiful! You walk in and you are met with a beautiful and professional staff. In additional to being professional, they are warm and friendly.; they are accommodating. I feel comfortable there; I don't fear going to my appointment. Dr. Frame is also warm, friendly and has a good personality and sense of humor. I has an appointment on 2 June 2020 at 8 AM. I answered a few health questions and had my temperature taken. A few minutes later I was led into the office (I had my own mask) and was given a pair of shoes coverings and once in the office, I was led into an examining room. I had lost a crown. I had an ex-ray, examined, a temporary crown was put in place. Everything was easy. I was at first a little tense because of covid-19 but the staff was so professional and on top of how patients should be handled; I was at ease quickly. I LOOK FORWARD TO GOING BACK IN 2 WEEKS FOR MY PERMANENT CROWN! I had an appointment on 9 February 2021 - X-Rays and cleaning. Belen makes you feel comfortable and at ease immediately. She is professional and personable. I look forward to seeing her again in August.

Fantastic experience: Here we are a year later. Mom, 87 years old has a small filling and a routine cleaning that Dr Frame's office combined into one appointment. I appreciate this as I have to arrange for a wheelchair van. While in route to the appointment, mom tells me that another tooth lost its filing. Upon arrival I tell April. She tells me 'No problem, we will take a look.' They find a missing crown and decay. And they do the crown prep, the filing, and the routine cleaning, all in this appointment. Of course mom's needs to return in two weeks for the permanent replacement crown. Taking care of mom is easier when you have the support of Dr. Frame's team. May 2022 Mom is in pain. Not good. Another bad tooth. Getting 'older' is painful...Dr. Frame's staff was able to get us in promptly. And resolve the issue. Mom sends her most grateful thanks to the Dr. Frame team. And I, the son, driver, care taker, bottlewasher really appreciate everyone at the office. Great office, great care, always able to accommodate and they care. ~mike angles The following was from 2021 I should have posted two years ago when I took my 85-year-old mom into see Dr. Alan Frame the first time. My wife and her 97-year mom are long-time patients. But today, I am posting for the first time as a few days ago my mom had an urgent care need. I called, and we were in - That easy. Well, not completely as my mom is in a wheelchair, which didn’t matter as their new dental offices with ample parking made this easy. As did the staff. And a root canal later, the pain was relieved. I did not know Dr. Frame could perform such procedures. Now I know there are different types of root canals. Mom is happy, we are happy, so I am finally posting a long overdue recommendation, with 5 stars. Thank you, Julie for getting us in so quickly. I am Mike Angles of west San Jose.

Dr. Frame was as usual friendly and deferred to her about the need for deep cleaning of the teeth. Office is always clean and there is a TV screen to watch as a nice distraction!!

She was also extremely professional and literally covered all of my questions before I even asked them. My teeth weren't cleaned since covid and they are now sparkling!! Dr. Frame came in right after. I didn't have to wait at any point of my visit. The whole process was efficient. Dr. Frame provided thorough consultation and was detailed and patient with all my questions. He has a lot of experience in Orthodontic services as well so I was very happy that I get to do everything at the same place and time. I'm definitely going for all their recommendations and going to get all my dental work done here. Even the prices were reasonable and you most likely can cover quite a lot with your insurance.

Fantastic experience: Gave 5 stars a year ago. Wanted to come back and update since I recently finished restoration of some teeth that suffered a trauma when I was young. All said and done and my smile looks better than it ever has and you cant tell I have some crowns in front. Cannot recommend this practice enough
