I usually get pretty sensitive during dental cleanings, but I honestly didn’t feel any discomfort at all this time. Every step was done with genuine care, & they made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Huge thank you to my hygienist, Ms. Danny Lyn. She’s the best—so gentle, yet effective! And thank you to Mike for assisting and Dr. Jordan as well! Really appreciate the awesome care.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a deep cleaning done by Dr. Jane, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the office was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Jacklyn and Grace at the front desk were friendly and efficient with check-in, making the whole process smooth from the start. Dr. Jane took the time to walk me through the procedure before starting, explaining exactly what a deep cleaning involves and what to expect in terms of sensitivity afterward. She was gentle throughout, checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable — a noticeable difference from past dental visits. Her attention to detail was clear, and she wasn't rushed with either the scaling or root planing. Micoh and Jessie assisted during the procedure and were both attentive and reassuring, making sure I had everything I needed and stayed comfortable the whole time. Antonio helped with the aftercare instructions, walking me through what to expect and following up to make sure I wasn't experiencing any unusual pain or discomfort. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner and healthier since the visit. Highly recommend Dr. Jane and her whole team — professional, skilled, and genuinely caring about patient comfort.

Fantastic experience: im looking for a dental care that will ease my problem and i found this via google. I’m doubtful at first but its worth the gamble. The staff we’re very accommodating to answer my queries about my insurance, never felt like i’m being robbed. When i sat on my chair I’ve noticed the assistants we’re really prepared to whats gonna happen. Can’t help but eavesdrop whats going on, and yes their knowledgeable about almost everything. Mike if im not mistaken was the one who attended me and the next chair while I’m waiting the other guy Fred whos attending the other patient he’s knowlegeable too. Fantastic experience: i just had my dental appointment last saturday and i had a great experience. From the front desk Ms. Mariane and Ms. Jess attended me when i arrived for my appointment. From the operating area, the guy Mike was so helpful for explaining to me what must be done before the dentist arrived. Dr. Jane was very accommodating with my concerns. Negative experience: I recently had a concerning experience during a panoramic X-ray at your office. I was instructed to bite down on the machine by Dr. Mike, and only afterward was I told that the protective cover on the bite block had not been placed. This appears to be a basic hygiene protocol, and the oversight has left me feeling uncomfortable about the sterilization practices in your office. As a result, I am hesitant to return for future care. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed and prevented in the future.

Fantastic experience: EDIT: I am significantly revising my previous positive stance. While I once felt this practice made me feel at ease during procedures, my consistent experience over time has completely changed my perspective. Why I no longer recommend this practice: • Constant Upselling: I visit twice a year for routine cleanings, and without fail, they recommend new fillings every single time I walk through the door. It has reached a point where it feels like a quota is being met rather than genuine medical necessity. • Unprofessional Staff: The quality of the dentists they hire has declined. I’ve found the recent providers to be unprofessional and dismissive, which makes for a very poor patient experience. Bottom Line: What I once thought was a reliable office now feels like a sales-driven environment. I can no longer recommend them if you are looking for honest, professional dental care.

Fantastic experience: “I had my tooth extracted today and I was honestly shocked — the entire procedure was done within minutes. Seriously, I looked at the clock when the dentist said “okay we’re starting” and by the time I processed it, he was already showing me the tooth and saying “all done.” No pain during the extraction (numbness was perfect), almost no pressure sensation, super clean work. The dentist Miss sushma and assistant were extremely skilled and calm — that speed only comes from a LOT of experience. Best tooth extraction experience I’ve ever had (and hopefully the last). Highly recommend if you’re nervous about extractions — they make it feel like nothing happened. 10/10

Negative experience: Office is nice and they have very good facilities, though I am inclined to believe this DDS is very quick to do fillings. I visited for my annual cleaning and while they did a pano xray there was no bite wing completed. Upon the dentist inspecting my teeth they said I needed 14 areas of renewal. While I am not a saint that seemed excessive, especially because one of the 14 spots they said needed to be done was a false tooth that was put in 6 months ago(oops). Basically told if I don't do it I am getting a root canal. Immediately went to another dentist out of sticker shock with all the xrays in hand. The second dentist's first question is where are the bite wings. (for reference bite wings are not needed for diagnosis of cavities though they are a helpful tool as a provider to show your patient's what you are talking about). The second dentist looked at my teeth counted 6 areas of renewal with and said the false tooth looks fine. To be clear the hygienist staff was fantastic, quick clear and friendly. I believe I would have appreciated the DDS sitting down with the photos they took and xrays to point out areas of concern instead of probing spots in my mouth and saying half my mouth is going to need to be drilled and saying have a nice day.

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Jane Kenneth dental clinic with my whole family especially my kids (11 y.o and 4 y.o ) they both have series of filling and one tooth extraction done by Dr.JK. She have very gentle hands and so much care doing her craft! That my 11y.o said he didn’t felt any pain during his tooth extraction. She always explains ahead of time in a way my kids understand and making them feel calm and safe throughout the procedure. This means a lot for my kids to have a good experience in their dental appointments for them not to get scared when speaking of dental visit.My children actually look forward to their visits now. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient with my kids. The clinic is clean, kid-friendly, and very well-organized. Negative experience: I personally cannot trust this dentist anymore and won't be going back. (Edited on 9/11 to add time stamp in the end, in response to the dental office not knowing which case it was) I went in for a cleaning and a checkup, dentist told me one of the molar tooth need filling replacement. I did it, and started experiencing teeth sensitivity that lingered for more than 6 weeks. Dentist said it was normal to have temporary tooth sensitivity after filling, so I didn't pay much attention to it until the symptoms severely worsened after 2 months. I ended up needing a root canal. There was no direct evidence that my severe sensitivity (irreversible pulpitis) is related to the filling treatment, but given the timing, it's hard for me to say it's totally unrelated either. The tooth had prior filling, but no sign of severe dental decay and gum disease. No trauma on the tooth either. I have an impression that it's possible the filling wasn't done properly and a micro crack was present, causing this chaos. In addition, out of my 28 teeth, the dentist highlighted more than half of them needing filling or filling replacement. I've been going to dentist regularly (~once every 6 months before I moved to the area) and it's hard for me to believe suddenly my teeth conditions got this bad just in a few months. 4/27- Cleaning and check up 5/31- Filling for 4 teeth on the lower left (bite pain happened on the last tooth and couldn't floss between the other two teeth) 6/3- Went back to dentist to clear excessive filling to resolve flossing issue. Did minor bite adjustment to address bite pain ~6/7- Bite pain gone Jun~Aug- tooth still has minor sensitivity when drinking/eating cold stuff 8/8- Severe bite pain and high sensitivity to cold 8/14- Went back to dentist to do minor bite adjustment, got referral to endodontist 8/22- Endodontist recommend root canal 9/10- Root canal done

Negative experience: I would rate this dentist 2 to 2.5 stars. I advise against fully trusting her with your orthodontic treatments. Before starting Invisalign treatment with her, it's crucial to consult with a specialist orthodontist. Additionally, keep a copy of your previous dental records, including X-rays and photos, and ensure your progress is being tracked. She may not inform you of these steps beforehand. Also she is able to forge your records by making adjustments to your past pictures (replacing your before photos with after photos) make sure you don't fall into that trap. I am sure she wont do it to all of her patients, but if you are someone who she thinks might not be problemetic if she tweaks something she will definitely try to be greedy. Always take latest pictures from her after every visit with you. As she is a general dentist and not an orthodontic specialist, she may not have the expertise to correct any mistakes or reverse treatment if treatment plan fails. And later you might have to go to a specialist for fixing your smile and start the treatment again. -1 for not keeping the record straight about the duration of the treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I am greatly thankful to everyone at this clinic. The staff is so humble and polite. I have got most of my treatment done from Dr. Lidya and now my remaining treatment is being done by Dr. Jane. Both the doctors are super patient and understanding. They listen to your concerns and they make sure to provide even the minute details before any treatment. They take every effort to make their patients comfortable. Their assistants are also extremely helpful. I have never seen them rushing and they take proper time to treat one patient at a time. Getting appointments has never been an issue bcos of the super sweet staff at the reception (Jessie). I recommended this clinic even to my husband and he is super happy too. According to him, this is the best dentist he had been to in years. I would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: This is my second dentist in the bay, and I couldn’t be more satisfied than ever. It’s not difficult for me to set-up an appointment in here as they try their best to give me a schedule that I am available. I also love the fact that the facility is well-maintained, clean and fresh (because of the air purifiers). The front desk person named Jessie always greets you with a warm welcome and a cheerful personality, and she provides a quality customer service. Dr. Lidia and Dr. Jane are very thorough in their procedures, assessments and answers all questions you’ll have for them. I also appreciate when they show you before and after photos of the site and then outcome of the procedure(s) that was done. I never had that done in my prior dentist for years. I really appreciate when they take their time explaining how, what, when and why “things” happen, and the very important part, is when they always promote preventative measures. Overall, the facility and its people are great! They have a warm and welcoming atmosphere that does not even feel like a clinic. I also would like to show my gratitude and appreciations to all RDAs who worked with my teeth as they’re very welcoming and friendly. I don’t really remember their names; however, at least I remember half of their faces (lol). Thank you Dr. Jane Zarate’s team!

This place is very clean and nice for kids but the most important thing is Dr Jane Zarate, Glea and Jessielyn is awesome.
