ForwardDental Oak Creek

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Everything went on time.

Fantastic experience: First time here and everyone was very nice! They were upfront with all out of pocket costs beforehand and I didn’t feel pressured to add anything on that I didn’t want. Dr Tren was fast and efficient but still listened to my concerns with compassion. My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist was amazing. She was very thorough very caring and absolutely gentle, considering my fear of Dennis. I will definitely be returning and referring.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hamdan is an amazing doctor and has done a great job at making sure that my treatments are structured to meet my schedule

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Angela was more then professional. Provided excellent skill and excellent costumer service prioritizing always patient care.

Fantastic experience: Throughout my experience I had with Dr. Tran and her staff I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone is friendly and very efficient with their job. Prior to my wife and I moving we were close to the office, however, now it’s a longer commute and sadly will be looking for a closer dentist by us. I will definitely miss the great staff at Forward Dental and their welcoming hospitality.

Fantastic experience: I am so fortunate that my daughter recommended Forward Dental What an outstanding staff of professionals 5 plus stars It is a joy to be taken care of by individuals that are the best at what they do Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Assistant very skilled, professional, and informative ...always making sure I was as comfortable as possible, and also very friendly along with all others at the office we go to.. Great service overall from everyone...in and out quickly....very efficient!

Fantastic experience: Friendly, quick and caring

Negative experience: Three times the office changed my appointment. Then they finally said it was because hygienist lastest appointment is 3pm. Unacceptable!!

Fantastic experience: My teeth really needed a cleaning. I cannot believe how hard Rachel had to work. They feel so good. You guys are the best. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Jackie, Dr. Tran and the rest of the team in Oak Creek are amazing! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I was impressed they were able to get me in so quickly.

Fantastic experience: Very caring and informative and they do a thorough job. My hygienist was very good, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable! My dentist was also so very pleasing and he preformed a 3D scan of my teeth and explained everything! Really enjoyed this, as no one likes the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tran, Dr. Hamdan, and all of the staff at Forward Dental Oak Creek, thank you for all you do. Even though I’ve moved almost an hour away from your location, your services continue to bring me back. Appreciate all the work you guys do.

Fantastic experience: I am very comfortable at this Forward Dental office and have received excellent care by the hygienists and doctors.

Fantastic experience: Dental Hygienist, Sharon, was so very helpful in showing me how to floss around the new crown.

Fantastic experience: They were very thorough. Very patiently explained what they were going to do. I've had a few fillings done there and they color matched the tooth and the filling. My GF couldn't tell where the work was done when I showed her.

Fantastic experience: The clerical staff has always been very polite and respectful . The hygienists are thorough with the cleanings and seem very knowledgeable about oral health. I have had nothing but great experiences with the dentists at this location when I had a few dental emergencies in the last year. I am happy I switched to this location.

Fantastic experience: She took her time. She was very detailed in her cleaning process.

Fantastic experience: Been going for the last 5 years. Wouldn’t want to get my teeth checked and cleaned by any other company. Very efficient, nice, and professional.

Fantastic experience: I had cracked a tooth while traveling over the weekend. I couldn’t put any pressure on the tooth without pain. I left a voicemail message for the Forward Dental team on Sun. evening. Early Monday morning I received a call from them, asking me to come in for an exam. Dr. Tran spent hours going between me and her scheduled patients, to take care of my tooth. When I left, I could eat without pain. I am so grateful to her and Dee for their help and flexibility in treating me that day!

Fantastic experience: The check in for my appointment was great. The hygienist was amazing. She was a fill in there but the Best. Dr. Tran is always Great. She takes tge time to listen to you!

Fantastic experience: ForwardDental Oak Creek has the best people to work on my teeth. That is why I keep going back there.

Fantastic experience: In and out quickly. Had a thorough cleaning and was informed of each step.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been there twice and both times were great. Everyone is so nice and helpful. My care team was awesome.

Fantastic experience: Very respectful all the stuff did a great job

Fantastic experience: Very severe anxiety friendly i appreciate them

Positive experience: When I transferred 3 of my kids to this location, I called this location to ensure they'd have access to recent radiographic imaging from their sister location. They assured me that they have direct access to it because it's the same mother company. But then they ran the same imaging on their own for one of my kids. Considering that most ins. carriers will not cover radiographic imaging repeated only a few weeks apart, someone in the office could've said *something* to my husband to ask if he was ok with the fact that he'd be absorbing those costs. He probably would've said, "yes". But still...it would've been better to say something to him instead of letting him discover it on an ins. EOB list. Anyway, they were equally uncommunicative about administering nitrous oxide to my 4 yr old. Don't get me wrong. For some patients and their dentists, it's a safer and kinder option. But it's also considered elective for a reason. Not all kids require it. I'm guessing it's Forward company policy (both locations did this) to just administer it to minors without getting verbal/written consent directly from parents. Even if it were generally covered by insurance, it is still a passive slam at a parent's authority to bypass him altogether on something like this.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Hamdan. He repaired my front chipped tooth so seamlessly you can’t tell it was ever damaged, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with the result. The staff was friendly and kind, and the entire visit felt truly patient-centered. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I came to Forward Dental Oak Creek because I was looking for a thorough dental exam and cleaning. The exam met my expectations and the cleaning met them as well. I will return to this location because of the attention to the technical and medical details the dental technician and dentist paid to my teeth and gums. They clearly understand and care about their patients dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Efficient, thorough cleaning with clear recommendation of how to handle found issue (including picture of problem tooth). Great service!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. Nothing bad to say.

Fantastic experience: How do i find out who my dental hygienist was? She did a great job and would like to have her again working on my teeth!

Fantastic experience: I normally see Dr. Tran, who is exceptional. She does not work on Thursday, so I saw Dr. Hamden for the first time. He was amazing; thoughtful, kind and very professional. I still feel this is the best dental office I've ever gone to and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. Professional providers who take their time and help their patients in a friendly manner.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming staff. Explained every aspect. Very impressed by how thorough and professional they are

Negative experience: Took me in 30 mins after my appt time. 2.5 hrs in the chair to do a temporary crown prep… I’ve had several and it never took more than an hour. Assistant seemed odd . I had to hold back her hand from pushing on my gums, she dropped my temporary tooth on the floor. I asked if she sterilized it. Dentist glued the sides of the crown in so I couldn’t floss for 3 weeks. This was a 3hr visit!!! Went back for permanent crown which was done quickly and this time he let me know he was putting disinfectant in before applying the tooth . I did let him know the tooth next to it( an implant) aches . Still does but not interested in going back. I just thought I’d switch to this location as it was closer to home. Not a good experience at all.

Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research prior to transitioning to a new dental office and took me a long time to decide. I’m extremely happy with the decision of coming to Forward Dental- Oak Creek. My first visit was on a “busy” day. However, all I saw was how they worked in an incredible team. The office manager stepped in any way possible for his team. Dr. Hamdan took the time to educate and also spoke highly of his colleague Dr.Tran. Jackie, my dental hygienist also did an incredible job with educating me and ensuring she did a great job with the cleaning. I also appreciated the team’s transparency with cost prior to doing any procedure. This can cause some anxiety at times and appreciated having that. I was highly impressed by this team. I personally work in healthcare you can tell when a place has a great team dynamic and this dental office has it!

Fantastic experience: MJ was awesome! Made me feel comfortable throughout the whole time I was in the chair. Explained what she was doing as well.

Fantastic experience: This team was a great fit for my needs and so professional in explaining what I can choose from my work to be done! I would recommend anyone to give them a try and let the team take care of all your needs! Job well done!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tran and her entire team are amazing. Very professional and kind. They handle all patient concerns with so much care. If you have anxiety or any PTSD with a past dental experience this is the office you want to go to. I recently was introduced to Dr. Hamdan also. He couldn't be more friendly or gentle. I would give this office 10 stars if I could

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and knowledgeable. Most definitely would recommend this office.

Positive experience: It was like they thought I was a movie star or something and wanted the A-List treatment where price was no object but here I am a 64 year old disabled, socially secured to the bottom person on a fixed-income relying on whatever my advantage plan will cover. Jeeze!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the staff here! & the location is super convenient!

Positive experience: Staff is capable, thorough and friendly. Billing department seems inexperienced and overwhelmed as it took four months and three attempts to properly file a claim with Delta Dental.

Fantastic experience: Very, very pleased with the service. Dr. Tran was flexible in treating my semi-emergency situation, very gentle and communicative!

Fantastic experience: Incredibly caring staff. Latest technology and amazing professional care.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service.

Fantastic experience: Good service and dental hygienist was very good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tran is amazing. She is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Staff were kind and courteous and caring specially Dr. Tran & Dee. I also appreciate Linda, Angel, and Sue all of whom were also courteous.

Fantastic experience: Both the lady who did my cleaning and the lady who assisted the dentist with my cavity filling were AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: They did a professional job!

Fantastic experience: Every body was so professional.

Fantastic experience: I am always pleased with my care from the hygienist to my favorite Dr. I feel very comfortable there. Thank you all who take care of me. Janice Kowalski

Fantastic experience: I simply cannot say enough nice things about this location!! They always do a fantastic job for any dental exams, they are gentle and thorough with cleaning and fillings, even explaining what they are doing as they are doing it. And I mean it when I say they are so gentle and careful— I have tooth gems that are on my teeth using the same bonding agent as braces, and they’re always so careful around them. On top of all that good stuff, I goofed and missed my scheduled cleaning. Just forgot because I’m human. But they were able to schedule me the next day! I really love that they could help me still and do it so soon. Thank you ForwardDental oak creek for making not-so-fun stuff so much more bearable!

Fantastic experience: Had a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Great staff. Plan accordingly for schedule they book up far out.

Fantastic experience: The only suggestion I have is when taking X-rays the mouth piece digs into my gums at every angle. Lucy placed some foam/spongy pieces on the ends of the appliances which was helpful but still hurt. I appreciated being welcomed, especially after 35 years with my previous dentist.

Fantastic experience: Jackie was my dental assistant and she was the absolute best! So kind and talkative, I hope to have her again!

Fantastic experience: I’m was very happy with my first visit to Forward Dental Oak Creek. The staff was kind, professional and welcoming. My exam was comprehensive and detailed. Dr. Tran made me feel comfortable, identified the areas of concern and gave me her recommendations. After being at the same dental clinic for over 30 years, I was a little apprehensive about a new dentist. However, after meeting Dr. Tran and her staff, I’m confident that I will be in good hands.

Positive experience: Nice front desk staff. Dental hygienist was very friendly. Dr. Tran came quickly post cleaning for routine exam. Did not get toothbrush goodie bag this visit. Gave 4/5 due to nearly 15min wait.

Fantastic experience: I always make sure I book my dental cleaning appointment with Angela. Her bed side manners are amazing. She always asks me about my family. Not only she is great at her work but also explains things beautifully. Easily, the best hygienist I’ve ever had!

Fantastic experience: Everything went really well. The hygienist was running late which pushed my appointment back 30 minutes but I understand sometimes things like that happen and I wasn’t upset about it.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant and thorough experience! My teeth are looking and feeling great after my check-up.

Fantastic experience: Good experience. Friendly staff.

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life. The girl in the front desk was rude, for a moment i felt that she was treating me at her own expense. Upon leaving, you will discover that there were extra charges that you were not informed about.
