Fantastic experience: This establishment is top tier! They have an amazing service that is truly an art. I went for my consultation for my wisdom teeth and was in the building less them 15 min it seem like. Not because they rush, but due to the fact they have all their ducks in a row and have a system that is clearly working, each employee I came in contact with was on point and the Dr was kind and prepared to converse and answer any questions. The day of my procedure the staff again was on point and was fully prepared to accomplish everything planned. I was and out with no issues. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Beck in his staff. I had four wisdom teeth, surgically extracted and was pain free by day 2. Only felt sore during night 1 after surgery and after exercising the first few times.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was extremely comforting and went beyond to take care of Andrew my son. You all treated him like royalty, I was truly impressed. Dr Beck was so personable and did a great job of removing his molars. They sent us home with ice pack and a bag full of goodies, including a nice to shirt that my son loves wearing. We were very impressed with the care in the way you treat each patient. You are very affordable as well. We will be back if we need anything else and will definitely refer everyone to your office. Fantastic experience: I needed to have some major work done to correct a procedure I had years ago with another dentist. I have had A LOT of dental work over the years, but this one was by far the most intensive. Dr. Beck and his staff were patient with my worries, and explained everything that would need to be done. They were able to get me in for surgery as soon as possible and even got me in immediately a week later when I had a concern. Very pleasant staff and Dr. Beck was amazing.

Fantastic experience: I had 5 wisdom teeth removed. The surgery process was super quick and efficient. My healing process was a little longer but Dr. Beck was able to offer some pain relief when I returned to check in about my healing. Negative experience: Nothing but a for profit cash grab. Despite having insurance that actually can cover the major cost. My wife gets told that they do not accept any at all. I guess a big majority get screwed over to the max when they need help. If you experience TMJ good luck with getting help with that. Who has 14,000+ to pay for that. Update: your receptionist or assistant literally told her that that you do not take insurance, 400 upfront, and that all you do is Botox at 14,000.

Fantastic experience: Been here two times for my wisdom teeth to be removed. Dr Beck actually listens to my issues. My entire family has bad teeth amd I'm the last one to keep all my original teeth and sad to say it's coming to an end and I will definitely will be having Dr Beck work on my teeth no doubts about it. His crew is flawless and I would recommend him to anyone who ask where is a good dentist. I travel one hour one way to have him take care of my teeth and that itself says alot on how good him and his crew are. Thank you Dr Beck...

Fantastic experience: I @ 55 yrs old and had dentures but started having issues with something I assumed was a piece of tooth left from another dental clinic I went to Waco surgical and after an xray discovered I had a wisdom tooth coming in. I had a quick appt. Setup and had sedation and it was less than 30 mins I was heading to the car. Dr. Beck and his staff were amazing. My only regret was I didn't go to him in the first place.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 teeth removed (about 14 minutes) Absolutely no Pain at all. Jason and his team were Fantastic! Dr Beck gave me a follow up call later that afternoon just to see how I was doing, I was Great then he gave me his personal number (which I lost) in case I had any issues at all. I did have a little soreness the next day, but it was minor and to be expected. a few weeks later I received an over payment check from Dr, Beck WOW the Honesty blew me away. Fantastic experience: Amazing. No lie I was skeptical about the procedure. I let things I saw online scare me. I learned not to believe the online hype. When I got to the office for my procedure I was treated like we shot marbles and ate snow cones together as kids. Like Family!! I was walked back to MY room sat in the chair, Doc came in we talked for a minute. He told me he was going to spray something on my arm and it may be cold but it’s to help when the needle goes in. I was ok with that…. Then there was the needle. I didn’t even feel it. Next thing I was in the car and my Wife was driving and my teeth were gone. The pain was minimal but that was some hours after. I wish Dr. Beck was a regular Dentist too. I sure would be there. Thanks A Trillion Times

Fantastic experience: I just like to say that my experience with me and my tooth/sinus was complicated, and I was scared going in, however the staff is very pleasant as well as Dr. Beck. It was a very quick and painless. The recovery was not even as bad as I thought. I recommend to anyone needing a good oral surgeon. Thank you :)

Negative experience: I had wisdom teeth removal surgery with Dr. Beck and his team in March. After my surgery, I expressed concerns regarding my swelling/pain. The receptionist was very dismissive and condescending. 3 months post-op I began to experience discomfort and noticed a very large tooth fragment resurfacing from the extraction site. Upon my revisit to the office, the dental assistant became very sheepish immediately after examining the extraction site and throughout the appointment in which I had to receive local anesthesia to get a second extraction. After the large fragment was removed there was a continued attempt to extract additional pieces which they could not confidently say were retrieved completely. Overall, there was a lack of empathy and attentiveness throughout the entire process. Despite the circumstances I remained graceful. However, I feel like my concerns were nullified and my experience was substandard. I am now waiting for the extraction site to re-heal and will edit my review at a later date.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Beck was recommended by my dentist in order for him to do two extractions. In our first meeting, a consultation, Dr. Beck was very friendly and professional and explained just what would be done in my follow up appointment. The extractions, though not totally painless, we're quickly done and are healed, with no ill effects. He and his team are highly recommended.

On our consultation we had everything he said was exactly what happened. Fantastic experience: What a smooth transition! I AVOID dentists because of a bad experience(s). I have let my teeth get so bad that I had 4 broken ones that start to bother me within a year span. Anyways, Dr Beck and the staff were kind, friendly and listened to me when I expressed my fear of dental work. Today, I walked out with a plan and 4 less teeth. I have normal swelling. Barely no pain. I was sedated, and that process was extremely painless and fast. Again, Dr Beck and staff thank you!

Fantastic experience: My Fiancé went today to have a secondary opinion on his infected implant that he had a horrible experience with from the previous doctor. Dr. Beck not only was fast with time , he also made sure my fiancé had everything that he needed after the removal of the failed implant. He even went above and beyond and called my fiancé the evening after his appointment to see how he was feeling. Absolute recommend this kind, caring, professional doctor!

Fantastic experience: As someone who had never been under general anesthesia before, I felt a lot of anxiety leading up to the procedure to get my wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Beck recommended general anesthesia, and now that I'm post-surgery, I couldn't agree more. I have no memory of falling asleep before or waking up after the surgery, and I had very minimal pain and no complications following the procedure. I'm nearing three weeks post-surgery at the time of this review, and everything's healing nicely. Dr. Beck and his staff are very highly skilled, I'm thankful for the quality of care they gave me, and for helping me overcome my fear of general anesthesia!

Fantastic experience: This was absolutely a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. I had to be put under anesthesia and Dr. Beck was amazing. The procedure went very smooth and it was over quickly. Abigail was so nice and helpful making me feel very comfortable from the very start. Also, Pat was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable making sure to instruct my wife and myself on everything to do for a smooth recovery. 10 out of 10!

Negative experience: After receiving a referral from my dentist I brought my daughter in for a wisdom tooth consultation. The first thing Dr. Beck says to my daughter(side note, was already super nervous at the thought of anesthesia) is, “you’ll be getting put out for this procedure”. I paused and simply asked why does she need to be put all the way out? “Because I said so.” Was his immediate response. I was a bit shocked at the arrogant tone he took with me. That is truly an unprofessional response from a “professional” He made me feel like a jerk for even questioning him and the details in regards to anesthesia and medications that would be administered to my child. It is NEVER ok for a medical professional to give that response when asked a medical question! Very transactional. The ladies in the office were kind and professional. Unfortunately for them their leader is not. I would not recommend this Dr to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Dr. Beck and his employees are incredible. I think I’ve been to Dr. Beck multiple times.. This last time I had to have a full upper partial teeth extraction with 4-5 implants to hold my partial in place. I’m not sure of the replacement teeth material but I do know that Dr. Beck and Dr. Wingate have my final outcome at heart. Not once did I return home with any pain from healing whatsoever. I have been to other tooth surgeons in town and left with a considerable amount of pain then and weeks afterward. I have never experienced such knowledgeable staff and Dr. Beck takes the time to answer all my questions. Thank you Dr. Wingate and Dr. Beck. Waco Surgical Arts along with Dr. Wingate Dental Care are superior.

Fantastic experience: I travel 3 hours round trip each time for my appointments and it’s 100% worth it. They saved me thousands of dollars by working with my insurance when my local dental surgeons wouldn’t. They also have the greatest technology, premises, and the best staff of maybe any business I’ve ever been to. Dr. Beck is the best at what he does and he keeps pain levels very tolerable. He runs a fantastic practice from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Beck and Staff were so sweet and kind when I was completely a mess. It was over the July 4th holiday when no one could see me. It turned into a horrible mess and Dr. Beck got me in and performed surgey and checked me weekly for three weeks until healed. I will never forget how kind he was been I broke down crying. Fantastic experience: I had a perforated sinus for two years before I got the money to pay for a procedure. Dr. Beck had a hard time with mine since it had been like that for so long. Fantastic experience: Wow!!!!! What an amazing experience!!!!! My son was in a tremendous amount of pain because of his Wisdom Teeth and Dawn worked her magic and was able to get him immediately the same day, which was so sweet and merciful. All the staff from the receptionist, Ashley, Dr. Beck, and Dawn were just so accommodating. Luckily we were able to get a surgery scheduled and help relieve the pain in the meantime! Fantastic experience: WOW! Let me just say from start to finish the process was very smooth. I was referred by my dentist to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I am SO HAPPY I went with this place. From day 1 when I first walked into the office to do my consultation I immediately noticed the office was so clean and the front receptionist was so sweet . I was able to talk to dr.beck that day and he went over the process of what to expect. The finace lady was so sweet and informative as well, she was able to get me in for surgery in 2 days. Today, I had my surgery and WOW i was so nervous but Dr.BECK And his team made sure I was comfortable I believe haley and ashley assisted him throughout my surgery and they were so NICE I can tell they tried to keep my mind off of what was going on since they were putting me to sleep and oh BOY, did it work because i don’t remember anything but waking up once they were done I was woken up by mrs.Pat in the recovery room and she was so nice. I can’t tell you why i was crying but she dried my tears! I love this place just for that.. they treated me like family from start to finish! As far as recovery It’s going smooth ( it has only been a couple of hours, but I’m telling you i don’t feel any pain ) did i mention? All 4 wisdom were removed!!! His office staff was very friendly and was able to quickly set up a date for me to have my wisdom tooth surgery. The financial lady was very helpful at figuring how much it would cost and working with my insurance. The nurse doing my IV and sedation was great and I had very little pain afterwards. Dr Beck even called me to check up on how I was doing later that day. I would definitely trust this team to take care of me again!

Fantastic experience: Jason was so great. I have never had an extraction except my wisdom teeth back in the 80s and I was out for that. He provided me witha since of calm and I even came home and went back to work afterwards. I really appreciate him and his staff for making this apprehensive experience for me essentially uneventful.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out at once.... but the recovery hardly phased me at all and I had a quick recovery!!! Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Beck by another dentist because I had some work that needed to be done, and I assume I needed a much more qualified location to meet my needs. Originally, my appointment was supposed to be Wednesday, and I called to see if they had anything sooner because my wisdom tooth pain had me skipping meals. Linda took such great care of me, and got me in on Monday - for everything; consult and surgery. Linda - you made me feel like a priority. I am extremely thankful for the referral - the center is such an inviting space; the staff were all amazing people, and so welcoming. As we sat in the waiting room, I told my husband how pleasant and clean the office smelled. My surgery was yesterday, and although I am in moderate pain (considering I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted, one which was impacted, and a broken tooth extracted - I thought I would be in much more pain), I feel so much better already and in the future I will visit them again. Thank you Dr. Beck, and your wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing team, they get you in and out and they are very respectful caring team I had pain after surgery they didn’t hesitate to get me back in to see what the problem was, fixed it and helped and checked up on me during my recovery time! If I ever need work done again will definitely be returning but I pray I don’t need anything else done!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jason and his team were amazing! He pulled out my wisdom tooth and I was literally pain free with in hours, they called to check up on me later in the evening and even sent a card a few days later to thank me for choosing them and to make sure I was doing alright. Next time I need some teeth ripped out which hopefully is never, I will be going here. The receptionist was friendly, the staff was nice and the space was very clean! 10/10 would get my tooth ripped out again.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you come into the building it’s gives you a warm and a relaxing feeling. The staff was Welcoming, Attentive and Friendly. I came in due to having my wisdom teeth dance on my nerves in my mouth my pain was at a 10 Dr Beck was had me in and out. Then if that wasn’t enough he personally called to check on me. I wish they offered more services in different area pertaining the mouth. This was by the best service I’ve ever had. Thank you Dr Beck and his lovely staff for making me feel comfortable.

Negative experience: I’ve used Dr Beck twice once no big deal. Minor surgery & his staff are great. However this time I had to have four additional bones removed from my jaw on 3/31. Major surgery.....And No pain medication since 4/3......bottom jaw has a knot and the pain resonates down to my neck. and it’s very painful. He says it’s inflammation. I take a very strong anti-inflammatory every day! but I’m telling you this is some kind of bad pain! I’ve been in bed since the 4/3 in so much pain I cannot stand it. He suggugest orajel! Which burned my mouth to pieces. And a stronger antibiotic so it does Not Abscess ! Why why why?

Fantastic experience: Dr. Beck and his team are amazing! I am the worst when it comes to dental anxiety! They were extremely compassionate and made sure that I was mentally and physically comfortable before my wisdom teeth extractions. I had little to no pain from the procedure and recovery was great! Fantastic experience: I had to have a jaw tooth extraction. I was very nervous but Dr Beck and all his staff made me feel very comfortable. I had no pain even the next day. Awesome experience and I would do again. I will definitely return if I have anymore dental problems.

Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with a problem tooth for several weeks, but the exact cause of my pain had not been conclusively demonstrated on x-rays and scans. I was advised to consult an oral surgeon for an additional opinion. By that time, my pain was almost unbearable, and I wanted that tooth out, no matter what. Dr. Beck had done a tooth extraction for me several years ago, so we called his office for an appointment. His staff members were so helpful and sympathetic. Dr. Beck agreed to see me for a consultation and also set aside time for a tooth extraction at the same time. Dr. Beck agreed that the tooth needed to come out, so they immediately did the sedation surgery that morning. Dr. Beck and his staff called to check on me at home and answered all of my questions during my recovery. I highly recommend Waco Surgical Arts-- the word that best sums them up is COMPASSION.

Fantastic experience: As a dental assistant, there are certain things I look for when visiting a dental office.The staff was so friendly! They are very clean, careful, and have implemented COVID protocols. This was my first time being sedated so I was nervous but the staff helped keep me calm and before I knew, it was all done! Fantastic experience: Dr. Beck was wonderful with our boys! He removed the wisdom teeth for 3 of our boys. The office staff is so helpful and easy to work with. Dr. Beck was kind to our boys as they were all nervous about the procedure. He took the time to talk with each of them. We highly recommend Dr. Beck. The surgery was quick and our boys had fantastic results with no complications.
