Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best office and service I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Olson as well as his assistant (I was not able to get her name) was so patient and understanding to every question my daughter had(all 100 of them) and was so reassuring to her after such a tragic experience to other dentist that has traumatized her into not being okay with doctors or dentist at all. I am blown away from the amazing treatment we received here. Will be a permanent dentist for us from now on!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bushman was excellent with my 4 year old daughter. She has never had a bad experience at the dentist and she needed a crown on 2 of her yeeth and thanks to this Dr. she will continue to have good experiences.

Fantastic experience: Waco kids dental is by far the cleanest and kid friendly dental clinic my kids have been to. Everyone is so nice and friendly. My daughter has bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Today she did so awesome no crying, being scared but playing and laughing. From the hygiene Shawna, assistant Desiree and Camille, to the dentist Dr. Duggar, made my daughters feel so special they talked to them asked questions and explained every step of the way. The girls love it here and I believe we finally found a dentist client that’s perfect for them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bushman completed our son’s tongue tie release. He and his team were extremely helpful and patient during the procedure. Nurse Misha really helped calm our nerves and walked us through the procedure- before and after. As always, it’s so nice to be welcomed to the office by Jana! Can’t express enough how much we love Waco Kids Dental!

Update: today we had Dr Duggal for his fillings and it she was so friendly and fast! We feel blessed to have this place.

Negative experience: Called multiple timesaand talked to multiple people to see if they take my insurance, but no one ever calls back. They gather the info and they ghost you. I tried following up, but nothing Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bushman and all the ladies were wonderful. I had all 3 of my kiddos there today for procedures. They make the kids so comfortable and they do NOT feel a thing! My kiddos have gone to Waco Kids since 2014 when the oldest was born! If you want a dentist you can trust with your kids Waco Kids Dental is the place to bring them.

Fantastic experience: I will always take my daughter here from now on. The staffs bedside manner was the best ive seen. They were very gental and caring about my daughter. Very professional and made my daughter feels safe and comfortable. I'll end up recommending this facility to anyone I know that needs to take their kids into a dentist. Even though I didn't have insurance the price was reasonable. And the management was willing to work with me despite having a real personal financial issue off the back. They care they want your kids to get the treatment they need.

From check-in to follow-up, the entire experience is smooth, welcoming, and family-centered. Dr. Bushman is amazing—so gentle, knowledgeable, and great with kids. She took the time to explain everything and made our child feel safe and comfortable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. We’re also so grateful for the SleepSound Anesthesia team. They were incredibly compassionate and made a potentially stressful situation feel calm and reassuring. They explained everything in detail and made sure our child was safe and cared for throughout the entire process. They even helped us navigate pricing and worked with us to make sure everything was manageable. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellent care, empathy, and true support for families. We’re thankful to have found Waco Kids Dental, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team they can trust with their child’s care.

Negative experience: My child has a minor heart condition. They require clearance from a cardiologist before they can do a cleaning, which is totally understandable, however I wasn’t informed or asked about that until we were in the appointment. I had noted it on her form prior to the appointment. I requested time off work for what ended up being a waste of time. I will say most of the staff was nice. but one particular tech rudely interjected, in a conversation that was not with her, that I shouldn’t go anywhere locally because they all require clearance, as if the issue was with needing clearance and not with the fact that they waited to inform us of that. The whole experience was rushed and felt impersonal. I was warned against this place and should have listened.

Fantastic experience: We love Waco Kids Dental! You have the best crew hands down. We appreciate the genuine care and concern you give to our children. I admire the patience you have. I didn’t get the names of everyone we interacted with today but I would love to acknowledge them all. I want to especially acknowledge Kristen. You were amazing with my son and helped ease his nerves and mine too. You are amazing at what you do! Thank you all for everything!

As a mama I was scared for my daughter, but the reassurance and watching them be so gentle and kind to her put me at ease. Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience with Waco Kids Dental. The staff we interacted with were friendly, organized, knowledgeable, understanding, and good communicators. Dentist Todd Bushman was kind and capable. He and his assistant Julie did a marvelous job extracting my son's molar and putting caps on 7 other teeth in 20 minutes! The office assistant Anna was extremely helpful in arranging the procedure for us and communicating details. There was another staff member who, with great efficiency, coordinated appointments for us with the anesthesiologist and our pediatrician. I highly recommend this dentist office! My only criticism is of the big screen TV in the waiting area playing a movie along with half a dozen other little screens attached to the walls that give children access to video games. I dearly wish that businesses of all sorts wouldn't make screens a permanent feature in their waiting rooms.

Dr. Duggal was so awesome and answered our questions. Truly an amazing dental office for kids. The staff and service were fantastic we definitely recommend. Got in taken care of and my kids left happy. Not long in the waiting room. Very clean and bright atmosphere. Was so happy that we were able to get in especially having 3 with appointments this truly helped.

Fantastic experience: My son has always been very nervous to go to the dentist. X-rays have been nearly impossible to obtain in the past and dental work is always a struggle. All of that changed when he went to Waco Kids Dental and was taken care of by Dr. Olson and Alicia. The visit began with the wonderful staff at the front desk. They were so kind and helpful. Dr. Olson took the time to really connect with my son and spoke in a way that was comforting and effective at getting the job done. This team is the only one that has ever been successful at obtaining x-rays without my son needing to be medicated. Alicia was extremely kind to my son during the dental treatment visit. She surprised him with pretreatment toys and made sure he was comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Olson did a fantastic job of explaining the procedure to my son and the tools that would be used. He was patient, kind, and spoke to my son throughout the procedure in a way that made it possible to do the dental work without additional medications. Dr. Olson and Alicia are the very best team. They do quality work, are efficient, and provide a high standard of patient care. I highly recommend Waco Kids Dental!
