2 months ago Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. My children’s appointment was at 9:00 and upon arrival I signed documents then when i questioned why she said they were there for a check up she says their original appointment got cancelled and she could try to squeeze them in for a check up however that’s not what our appointment was for. I had to go back to my car show her exactly what their appointment was for she stated “well I don’t show you on the schedule come back at 2pm.”

3 months ago Fantastic experience: I hade the most amazing experience when I took my son, they were able to do his cleaning and take out his stubborn baby teeth out with his braces on, when other dentist offices refused to even look at his teeth unless I got his wires removed!!! 4 months ago Fantastic experience: First time at the dentist and I was a great experience. I had to get all my wisdom teeth removed and was very nervous about it at first. But the staff and surgeon made me feel at ease. Procedure was over before I knew it!!! 10/10 recommend! 4 months ago Negative experience: Went to take my son on my lunch break and have a tight work schedule so I made sure to fill out the online form beforehand. When I got there they said they couldn’t find the appt and said that it was because I didn’t respond to the text message to confirm the appointment*THE TEXT DID NOT SAY TO REPLY*. I told them I had filled out the forms from the link in the message and uploaded insurance cards etc and it said confirmed but apparently that wasn’t enough to confirm. They said they would have to verify insurance right then since it canceled the appt. I agreed bc they said it wouldn’t take long. 40 minutes later we were still waiting for it to be verified. It would’ve been another 45 mins for the appt and I ended up having to reschedule and leave to go back to work. Wasted my lunch break and my baby didn’t get seen. The text message they sent didn’t even say to reply and confirm, if I could attach a picture I would. I guess I was just supposed to read their thoughts and infer I needed to respond to an automated message that didn't ask for a confirmation reply.

One of my daughters call all the assistants her besties! 5 months ago Fantastic experience: Love this place, not only do they have the arcade room to keep my kiddos busy while waiting to get called back, but the staff are always really sweet and helpful, and both dentists are very knowledgeable and great with kids! We went today on New Years Eve and they had a gal in the lobby doing free face paint on the kiddos and both my girls loved what they got. This place is awesome!

7 months ago Negative experience: It’s been okay kinda not very professional when someone called me today asking if I can go in at 1 I said no then she said 3 I said no , I told her we will be there at our appt time 4:30 she smack her lips on the phone and while hangin up she told someone else I said not for an earlier appt . They need to get real working people there and not look all trashy!

7 months ago Fantastic experience: Rodeo Dental in Waco has shown me such care and compassion since day one. Unfortunately I now know how bad tooth pain can be and I needed an emergency appt for severe pain and infection while in need of 2 root canals. Thank you Dr. Smith for treating me so kind and doing everything in your power to help keep me infection and pain free while I waited for the endodontist to take care of my situation. The front desk staff, techs and hygienists are so comforting. Thank you all! **Thank you MICHELLE for making me feel like your sister. Thank you for the amazing way you bring calmness and ease to my stress and anxiety of being at the dentist and how you treated me so gentle knowing I was in so much pain. 7 months ago Fantastic experience: I got my Wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Petty and his helper Ms. Rachelle! They were beyond understanding and sterile when it came to the procedure! I was super nervous at first, but when it came to Dr. Petty pulling my teeth I did not even notice they were done!

8 months ago Fantastic experience: I must say that I LOVE Rodeo Dental. Dr. Petty was sooooooo humble and did an EXTREMELY good job on my son's surgery, literally brought tears of joy to my eyes just knowing my son was in great hands. His assistant Juana is sooooooo sweet and down to earth. She was EXTREMELY attentive and professional helping my son. Mrs. Maladdie and every dental assistant that I have encountered their have been the BEST dental assistants I have ever come across. Even the front desk workers... I mean EVERY WORKER THERE have from day one made every visit there unforgettable simply being whom they are. They allllllll work together as a TEAM and when I tell you Rodeo Dental have their stuff TOGETHER.... THEY'RE STUFF IS TOOOOOOOGETHER all the way from the entrance, to the waiting area on to the back rooms their stuff IS TOGETHER. Very welcoming and caring to the point you feel like family when you're there, they even have the movie theater as well a game room for the kids entertainment while waiting to be see. I am glad I was referred to them and happy I trusted them with my son's dental work and getting the job done. To the entire Rodeo Dental TEAM. 8 months ago Fantastic experience: Rodeo Dental is truly a family-oriented establishment, and it's exactly what our community needs. They work together as a real team, ensuring that both you and your child are well taken care of. If they notice your child needs dental work, you can be confident they will address it and get the job done. Initially, my son was taken to Brident Dental. The dentist there was knowledgeable, but the support staff struggled with their responsibilities. My son needed antibiotics, and although the nurse promised to call in the prescription, seven days passed without action. When we were referred to Rodeo Dental for a specific procedure, they thoroughly reviewed my son's history and were able to complete most of his dental work that same day. They even wrote out his prescription on the spot, so I didn’t have to wait for it to be called in. Additionally, they do an excellent job of scheduling dental procedures for kids without long gaps between appointments. I am extremely grateful for the referral to Rodeo Dental. You all are AWESOME, and I genuinely appreciate every employee there! Please keep up the fantastic work!

The best part was Kim and Michelle they made my childern feel safe and more at ease especially since they've had bad experiences.
