Fantastic experience: All staff members were very helpful and friendly help me with everything from the time I walked in to the time I walk out
Negative experience: Was told good things about this place, but all lies. There idea of customer service is letting you sit 2 hours past your scheduled appointment. That why you make an appointment so you can be see at that time. My son only came for 1 tooth to be filled so the Orthodontist could finish the treatment for his braces. They take a Juvenile back without his parents and want to discuss treatment with him for over $3000? I would not bother using there service they are like those shady Car salesman that use the bait and switch on you. Once you get there for the $259 filling they come at you with the $3000 upgrade because they decided you need this. I could go on for hours how they have no idea what customer service even is. Then when my wife questions them why she was there over 3 hours for a appointment they act like oh we could find your son to discuss how a Juvenile is going to pay for all the mark ups??? Wow you'd have to be pretty hard up to go to Aspen Dental for Crappy care!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my visit today. I haven't been to a dentist in 13 years because of my severe anxiety. When I called Aspen to set up an appointment the lady I was speaking to stayed on the phone with me for an hour trying to make me feel better about going she was extremely kind. She didn't have to do that but she put my mind at ease. Then when I came in for my appointment the dental assistant knowing I have severe anxiety handed me a blanket to use because when she would get anxious it helped her. The dentist hygienist and dentist were both extremely kind and patient. Explained everything step by step to help calm me. 1000/10 would recommend. They were concerned not only for my teeth but my mental health in the matter. I will be forever grateful for their kindness.

Negative experience: I had a cavity filling fall out recently and needed to get an appointment fast, since I'm not currently established with a dental office. They scheduled me right away, which I thought might be a good sign. My appointment was scheduled for 10am, and they asked that I come in earlier to fill out forms. I showed up at 9:50 and had completed the electronic forms before 10am. I sat and waited until 10:30 before asking how much longer the wait might be. I was told, "I'm not sure, she's still with another patient." Which is already aggravating. Why was I scheduled at 10am, if nobody was going to be available at that time? But I sat and waited again another 15 minutes and then asked if patients usually have to wait this long for an appt. I was told, "No, but we're short staffed right now, so it's taking longer than usual." Okay, but why schedule so many people around the same time if your office is short staffed? Again, I waited. At 11am, I cancelled and walked out. Completely unacceptable. Will not ever be going back.

Negative experience: Very friendly and helpful. But I received my dentures 2 days ago and they feel fine but I can't eat with them. Very uncomfortable when eating. I will be back for adjustments or refund.

Negative experience: Called for my adjustment and got Brayden. The only thing he was concerned about was my past due balance of $61 in which no one had even said anything about. He acted like I had to pay that to even be seen when I've paid over $800 for my lower partial alone. He does not need to be in the dental field cause he does not empathize with patients at all. You can be in pain all he worried about is money

Try to run me through five different payment plan things that just made no sense to have and constantly had to fight about what we needed done versus all the bells and whistles they wanted to add to it and up sell it... Absolute expensive nightmare. I Went to elm mott Dentures Direct and was taken care of quickly professionally and immediately no upsells no sugar coating BS no sign up for this sign up for that just good fast accurate dentistry . Negative experience: The worst experience in dentistry. They billed for 3 extractions that never happened and won't refund my money. They printed out a list of charges that they DO NOT honor. And when we called for the amount to be put back on the care credit that they set up, they refused and said they were all valid charges. We have been scheduled 5 times and 2 of the appointments were canceled by the office without notifying us, so we drove an hour to be turned away. They over book the schedule and make you wait for many hours. When we called.to have the amount disputed the boy who answered laughed when I complained about the charges. Like they do this all the time. Absolutely can't believe they are trying to pull this! Update: Our insurance company has been investigating the claim and determined there was fraud committed by the office. Hopefully we will be getting the money back that we have been charged for services never rendered. Evidently this also involves credit card fraud on the dentist's part.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the care and clear communication the staff had with me. Jada S. and Dr. E explained to me in simple terms how to take care of my implant so that the crown would be a success. Thanks to them my crown is getting placed earlier than expected!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Elete was amazing! I called on a Thursday and l was able to be seen the same day. Due to the time l arrived my extractions were done the following morning at 9am. The staff at Aspen Dental were all so friendly and helpful! Shout out to Maddy F, who assisted Dr. Elete with my tooth extractions; 1 being a tooth with a cavity and 2 wisdom tooth. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I recommend anyone to Aspen Dental. Their motto truly represents their staff. “Smile. We’re in your corner.”

Fantastic experience: I came in for an emergency dental appointment, a filling had fallen out the night before and I wasn't able to eat or drink without excruciating pain. It really didnt look that bad outwardly but it was a terrible feeling. Dr. Elete and Jada A. took my pain seriously, helped me manage the pain throughout the exam, and they were able to get the filling done quickly same day. They were both exceptionally kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening throughout the process. I cannot recomend them enough. I will be changing out my normal dentist for this location, even thought it's farther away from home.

Fantastic experience: I brought my grandma in to fix a broken tooth in her denture and the team was able to fix them the same day! We were a little flustered because we didn't know how long the process would take, but Amanda assured us that the Aspen team would take care of us and that they did.

Negative experience: They are only out to make money. Went in for a cavity and they told me they couldn’t do the cavity without doing all these other things first , with a price of over $9000 and yes I have insurance. Took my self and my insurance down the street and paid $50.
Fantastic experience: I broke my dentures right before my cruise but Dr E and Brice saved me and fixed them the SAME day I came in! I'm forever grateful. I can't believe how Brice actually made them fit BETTER than they did before I broke them. He's a miracle worker. I'm looking forward to having a brand new, much higher quality set made after my cruise. Thanks again Aspen Dental!

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist. Maddi was amazing and kind and very knowledgeable. Dr E was fantastic.

Negative experience: I made a dental appointment to have a broken tooth repaired at 8:00 a.m. When I arrived at my appointment time there were already 7 people ahead of me. I filled out my new patient paperwork and was called back by about 8:20. From that point an assistant took tons of x-rays , the dentist came in and did an exam and advised me of his plan but then I had to wait to see the hygienist for an exam. That was uncalled for at this appointment in my opinion because I am in pain from a broken tooth and just want it fixed. The hygienist lied to me telling me I had periodontal disease which I know for a fact is not true because I have a relative that is a dental hygienist and has been for over forty years. This hygienist was trying to upscale me was all it amounted too. After this I had to wait 30 minutes for financial counseling then be it with a $14,000 estimate. I don’t think so!!! Just fix my tooth under insurance and get me out of this place. 4 1/2 hours later I left with a tooth extraction. Dr. Win and his assistant were awesome! The rest of the staff I could do without! If I go in for tooth pain don’t bother me with anything of your upsale crap!! Won’t go back

Negative experience: Most of the people at Aspen are great! In fact, Esmeralda was my favorite, the receptionist and she has just recently left. Desiree is my favorite dental asst. and of course you can’t forget Dr. Hyatt. (He gets as frustrated as you do when things don’t go right, you can see it on his face) Samantha, the Office Manager…. We won’t discuss her b/c I was taught if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all! No, I will say I question her business practices. I am sorry to say this but for the money you pay I am extremely unhappy that I chose Aspen Dental. There has been one thing after another after another from making of the upper denture (twice) and lower partial (5 times) to trying to charge me for the lower partial (over 3,000) I was told was my permanent partial by Dr. Hyatt. Of course I had been completely paid off months before this, they make sure of this. Nothing permanent is made until they are completely paid in full. You may have payments but it is through your financial institution you used. The worst part is occasionally I will bite down while eating on my right side and my teeth on top go to the outside or something but it hurts terribly. It seems like something isn’t correct! Maybe their product is inferior! I have broken 3 teeth already! They just glue them back on! Yep….for 30,000 plus dollars! Oh, the top gums and the bottom gums don’t match but they say they can’t do anything about that because of the product. My bottom gums are darker and it drives me nuts, lol. I really wish I had gone somewhere else. It just breaks my heart to have been had by a company that charges so much and doesn’t seem to care that it’s not right! I’m not going to go in there and be ugly, I tried to explain, they don’t seem to get it! I would like to do an update….### I have had my teeth a little over a year and it has been a miserable year. Five teeth have had to be reglued and I can’t believe that is how they “fix” them to begin with. Now, they seem to be breaking from the inside, I don’t know if you can see it in the pictures but the pink part is breaking away from the tooth so pretty soon those teeth will fall out! They only give you seven years warranty to begin with, the product is inferior so there’s no way it will hold up the rest of my life and I’m already 62 . If you can’t count on 20-25 years you’ve got crap! Let me tell you brother….. this is crap! Not a one of them cares either! Especially not the owner. She’s a dentist that works in the metroplex, her name is Dr. Ali. She owns several Aspen Dentals. Too bad she doesn’t care about her patients just a little more!!! # Guess what? I updated my review 2 days ago and now……another tooth broke out! I was eating a Jason’s Deli sandwich! Actually I believe it is one they have already “fixed” by gluing it in! I am so angry! How can they do this?!?! How can they live with themselves preying on elders? Dr. Ali aren’t you ashamed of yourself for selling inferior product to people, then in turn putting bandaids on it knowing darn well it will not hold up? I mean really? This should be remade and you know it!!!! # Well, less than a month went by and sure enough, the tooth that had been glued in came out, had to go back again! I even called Dr. Ali, she will not accept my phone call so I left a message to please call me. I’d like the top piece to be remade…I believe with the price they put on the teeth and the fact that they changed products…it would only be fair. I don’t understand why any normal person (owner) wouldn’t want to make it right. I’m devastated! What y’all don’t understand is we had said no and I allowed an office manager and a doctor to talk me into this because they reduced the cost considerably! From $ 32, 000 plus to $ 27,000 plus for a complete upper snap in denture and a lower partial. In my 20’s I lost my two eye teeth, they were baby teeth. So from then on I felt so ugly, my upper teeth weren’t that bad, I believe that I was missing two molars on top but I allowed them to pull all my uppers to fix that ugly smile I had lived with for years! SMH!

Fantastic experience: Jada A. Is very professional, friendly, and patient every time!! She is knowledgeable and very easy to understand instructions because I usually have a difficult time with some helpers, but she explains everything so thoroughly and easily.
Fantastic experience: First time visiting Aspen today! It was super nice and the workers were very friendly. Jada A. Was super sweet and very fast with my X-rays she was very helpful. Going back again for additional treatment!

Positive experience: Not generally a fan of the dental experience. But, that being said Monica's personality and professional attitude make the experience tolerable. If you are in the need of some dental work go see Monica's. She will be the one with a huge smile , can't miss her!
Fantastic experience: My aunt recently had an appointment with Aspen Dental which she was extremely nervous about as she hates the dentist. She immediately called me after and told me how it was one of the best experiences that she has ever had at the dentist. She said that the staff was very helpful and the dental assistant she worked with, Maddy, made her felt important and as if she was put first since they were able to get her in so soon. I am very grateful to those at Aspen Dental for giving my aunt a great experience at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I will say it was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had. Every single person I encountered was friendly and most importantly compassionate about everything. I highly recommend them. My DA Monica made my life easy and very relaxing during my denture fitting session. I felt like we were old friends. She has an amazing chairs idea manor. Thank you all for helping me on a hard to deal with situation.

Fantastic experience: Maddie F was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Aspen dental. Also Judith my hygienist was amazing and really cared about my oral care. Fantastic experience: Monica was very professional and very personable and she knows how to build it before with her patience and to make sure that she answers all questions and concerns I really enjoyed her being my dental assistant and hope that every time I come that I have her I'm going to ask for her if there was a 10 I'd give her a 10
Negative experience: They wasn't trying to help save my few teeths I got in my mouth they were talking about dentures in my mouth more than anything one time they're trying to talk to me about saving my teeth I got in my head right now nothing I got carriage why you can't why you can't do fix my cavities and try fix my teeth cavities

Who took my xrays she was quick and had a beautiful personality She knew I was in discomfort and she made the process quick and I noticed her cleaning the xray machine after use and other equipment that is definitely a good sign that every step matters. Fantastic experience: Jada A. Was really kind and nice, asking me the name I preferred instead of my legal name. Everyone after, since she put it on my chart, called me by that name too. As for technical stuff, they caught something that another dentist missed and helped talk me through financial services. Best place I've been in awhile
