Negative experience: It’s actually unbelievable. I went there for a cleaning. Insurance covered the whole thing. Then the assistant said “we need your credit card to pay $75 for numbing”. I was still sitting in the chair and didn’t get the cleaning yet but I was like ok. So they charged my card, and the doctor came back in and began to work on my teeth (very gently) but I was like aren’t you going to do numbing? He said no, why would I do numbing, there’s no need for numbing! And I said they just charged me $75 for numbing. He seemed confused and asked them why they did that and no one had an answer but he said they’d just refund it after. Fine by me. There was no need for numbing at all. When I go to leave, I say “can you refund me now?” And they tell me there will be no “manager” there for 2 hours and that their manager will do it when they get back. It’s been over 2 weeks and my credit card bill is about to come due. I have called many times and cannot get anything besides an AI bot. There is nowhere to contact on the website besides the AI phone number. The AI bot told me days ago “a manager will call you back” and nothing. Just such a complete scam. The actual dentist work was fine I guess but it’s just a complete joke that the main dentist told them to refund me and they just won’t do it. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company. What a joke

Negative experience: The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because Tabitha and the front desk team deserve 5 stars. When I arrived, I heard someone behind the desk angrily snapping at an Amazon Alexa to change the station. It made me jump, and even the front desk staff seemed caught off guard. After being placed in a room, Tabitha took my x-rays and was friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. When she had some difficulty with the x-rays, she asked the office manager, Kassi, for help. The atmosphere immediately became tense. Kassi loudly questioned why I had been placed in that room as a new patient, even though Tabitha wasn't the one who roomed me. She then scolded Tabitha in front of me about a fan being on, saying, "You are freezing your patients out. Y'all already keep it too cold back here." As someone who is pregnant and was actually overheating, I felt upset for Tabitha. Throughout my visit, I could hear Kassi complaining to staff from nearby rooms and the front desk. Honestly, I was shocked someone could speak to coworkers that way and remain employed. Ironically, when Kassi came in to discuss my treatment plan, she was incredibly cheerful and helpful. She worked with me to make the treatment more affordable, and I scheduled my first appointment for the following Monday. The real issue came on appointment day. I woke up projectile vomiting and feeling miserable. Around 9 a.m., I began trying to contact the office about my 2 p.m. appointment. I called at least 12 times, tried the AI number online, called the Dallas office for help, and emailed the address listed on their website. I couldn't reach anyone. I wasn't even trying to avoid a cancellation fee—I simply wanted to know the policy and explain the situation. If I needed to come in anyway, I would have. Unable to get a response, I missed the appointment. Later that afternoon, they finally called. When I tried to reschedule, I was informed I would be charged a $75 cancellation fee. I explained all my attempts to reach the office. The front desk employee was kind and understanding, but told me the doctor would not waive the fee. At that point, I canceled my treatment plan and future appointments. A few days later, after receiving another appointment reminder, I called to confirm everything had been canceled. The front desk informed me that the office manager had ultimately approved waiving the $75 fee. By then, however, I had already scheduled treatment elsewhere and decided not to return. It tooks weeks of me calling, leaving voicemails, emails, texts to finally hear back that it had all been canceled. I was excited to have this behind me and had no plans of leaving a review and just wanted to move on and then I got an email saying that I owe them $75. The $75 that they said they would waive. The $75 that had I been able to get ahold of ANYONE from the office for the 6 hours I tried reaching out to them I would have shown up to avoid. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews and I try to be as understanding as possible at all times, but I feel so very upset and disappointed with this place.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff were friendly and the wait wasn't as long as I expected. Anasia was very friendly and extremely helpful with payment options as well as the details regarding my treatment plan.

Negative experience: One of the most disgusting experiences of my life they went from a patient to me without changing their gloves smelled like bad breath literally made my stomach curl!! Whatever you arrive there they had you sitting for half an hour to 45 minutes in the chair before they actually saw you. It was always a different face it's a training center or something they have tons of different people coming in there young people. They're cleaning's were about 2 and 1/2 minutes long that kind of just half-assed put a little bit of paste on your tooth for about 3 seconds or less and that was it. But hands down despite all of that I was still went there until they went from I assume an elderly patient or something to me and just the odor of those leather gloves in my mouth was enough to give me nightmares. They have the nerve to try to deny it. And since I don't want to go to them anymore they're trying to charge me some arbitrary $27 Petty fee just hands down a terrible experience every bit of it. Do yourself a favor go somewhere we'll actually clean your teeth will actually take time to do stuff on you where they don't have a bunch of students in there or whatever they are high turnover rate whatever it is doesn't matter. Not worth it

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Main St since 2023, and they are the best! EVERYONE is so nice and professional from staff to my new doctor. They make you feel soooo special and tries their best to mske sure you're happy with their services before you leave the office Ms. Sylvia is extremely WONDERFUL and knows what she is doing she is as the saying goes the GOAT !!

Negative experience: I would rate this business very low if possible. I had a negative experience at this dental office, which appears to be low budget. The work they performed, including filling replacements, resulted in an improper bite adjustment. Additionally, I was overcharged both by the office and with mistakes to my insurance company. When I attempted to discuss billing concerns, my calls were disconnected. I also called to cancel an upcoming appointment and was unexpectedly hung up on by staff members Cathy and Anasia; each time they saw my phone number, they disconnected the call. I do not recommend this practice. The staff did not demonstrate professionalism, and the dentist appeared distracted, engaging in conversations with the hygienist rather than focusing on me the patient trying to comfort during procedures. Overall, I found the clinic to be unprofessional and would advise caution when considering their services.

Negative experience: This place is a joke! 500$ just to be seen . I had an appointment at 1 they called and said that they could no longer see me at one. I had to come a few days later. Then I received the message saying that my appointment was 2 o’clock so I called up there and they said they could get me in at three. After waiting there for three hours, they told me it would be $500 just to be seen. I was there two years ago and paid a little over $100. They said you only get A good price the first time you come. There’s no loyalty or rewards for being a return customer. I just wanted to be seen for my TMJ. I didn’t need any work to pay $525 for a visit is absolutely ridiculous. I spent over $3000 with them two years ago to be treated like this is absolutely disgusting

Negative experience: A SCAM!! 600.00 for a RX that they call “ anesthesia”. They are a JOKE! Do NOT fall for it! Have your primary dr wrote the RX and only pay the Pharmacy for the Pill! They are a SCAM! There is a reason they are QUICK fast and In a Hurry to give you a “Payment Plan”. Kassie will set you up for Financial Failure Quickly! With a smile and lie to your face! Good Luck! They are Scammers at its FINEST!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved them! Kassi was absolutely amazing helping me get my entire treatment plan set up! Surprisingly they were able to do some of the work that day Johanna was so sweet and sat there and talked to me while we waited for the Dr. Dr. Edmunson (may be spelled wrong) was incredibly kind through the whole process and did everything he could to help me get through the process as comfortably as possible!

Fantastic experience: Dr Edmondson extracted two molars and did such a great job of numb the area that I did not feel any discomfort when he pulled out the molars. I believe that he is the best dentist that I have ever had. I will recommend him to anybody that needs a dentist. Dr Edmondson and all of the staff are so great and they assist you with everything that you need to be able to take care of your teeth. I am very happy that they offer financial help as well because you're not I would not be able to I have work done on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous & did not have much money. I hadn't seen a dentist in years, needed alot of dental work & was in alot of pain. Kassie, Tabitha, Mary, Dr. Francies, Hiromy & the entire staff were awesome! They were super friendly, worked with my budget, helped me get out of pain & worked out a plan to get my entire mouth healthier. I was very impressed! I will be recommending them to everyone. Negative experience: I called to cancel my appointment and get my refund at the beginning of this week. I continued to get text messages so I called today (the day before the appointment) to make sure it was canceled and that they started my refund process. They didn’t. Then they proceeded to say they have been trying to call me since last Thursday… I literally called this week and spoke to them. I have zero voicemails from them, zero missed calls. And when I called I very VERY clearly explained that I was having the extraction done somewhere else so they could remove all of the wisdom teeth AND molar at once. So because of a mistake/miscommunication on THEIR end, I ended up having money taken out of MY refund. I will literally never go back here.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!! I was told August 2025 that it would take 2-3 months for dentures. It's now February 27, 2026 and STILL DON'T HAVE MY PERMANENT TEETH!! The Cleburne office just offers excuses upon excuses without any results. They have also REFUSED to give me a contact number for the owner or corporate office!! This is a stressful and expensive process that has been made MUCH MORE SO due to lack of accountability, communication and follow through!!! I feel I'm left with no other options to leave negative reviews EVERY day for this location and all other locations until I am satisfied with my permanent teeth or I am given a 100% refund due to Affordable Dentist Near Me NOT honoring or living up to the contractual sale!! I was excited to see this company come to Cleburne initially but if this company just opened an office here to exploit money from people, especially from SENIORS!!! BE WARNED!!

Everytime I call it will ring, ask if Im an existing customer or a new pt , keep ringing and then the phone hangs up! I cannot get an answer !! This is the most frustrating place of business. Fantastic experience: Today 01/20/2026 Dr Edmondson removed all of my top teeth and put in my denture. I did not feel a thing as he pulled my teeth. On 12/29/2025 - the dentist that I seen was Dr Edmondson for fillings. He is very gentle even with the numbing of my teeth. The Dental Assistant was Natalie. She was very helpful to me.

Negative experience: Extremely bad bedside manor, zero care for the patient only wanted to discuss money and costs and more money out of pocket. My husband specified cold sensitivity so she put a cold spray on the tooth to test making my husband's pain even worse than before, then said theres nothing to do today but schedule another appointment every 3 months for different parts of care plan.....wanting to charge $4500 per tooth.....no ok at all!

Negative experience: The staff are friendly, but I would not advise anyone to get dentures here. I started on 9/23/25 & got my dentures on 1/2/26. They send your wax impressions to China and schedule next appointment 3 weeks from then. China kept getting mine wrong. I'm still not 100% satisfied, but accepted them this time.

Positive experience: I would give a 5 star review if it just was not so hard to get them to answer the phone. I have called more than 15 times in a 2 hour period and never got them to answer the phone. The last time I need to make an appointment I had to drive to the office and make the appointment in person. Now with that said I have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office. I explained that that I had extreme anxiety about going to the Dentist after a bad experience when I was younger. The service I have received here has help over come that completely. They way always work around my very busy schedule and been very understanding. When I went in for my first exam and we set up my treatment plan they told me I would need a root canal. One the day of the procedure they started like planned and about 15 minutes in they informed me that damage to the tooth was not near as bad as they believe and moved right in to doing the build up for a bridge. The Dentist worked on me for over 4 hours to prevent me from having to take another day off. So with all that said I guess driving up to make an appointment isn't the end of the world.

Negative experience: Edit: I originally left a good review. The staff was kind etc. However I was told the visit for a consultation had no cost. It said that online. I confirmed with the front desk after as well. I was told no payment. They’ve now sent me multiple messages trying to get me to pay and threatened legal action if I didn’t. The no cost consultation is a lie.

Fantastic experience: My husband had to return for follow up appointment to complete the process for his bridge. Let me clarify first that the dentist and the worker bees in the back were all fantastic!! However, the customer service I received from Maribella was the worst I have ever received. Her office manager Kassi White was just as bad!!! They had to cancel our appointments multiple times because the bridge had not come in. We kept getting excuses and promises each time of their cancellations. The last time it was cancelled, we were already half way to their office. Kassi said they were supposed to have called us on Friday but here it was on Monday on our way to the appointment before we get the call from Maribella about the cancellation.I want to ask questions because our situation was to have had a RUSH on it, but Maribella kept talking over me telling me there is nothing she can do for me. She never let me talk or voice my concerns so we went to the office to speak in person. I got the same response from Maribella, as well as office manager Kassi White. Neither of them had sympathy for us as a customer!!! If they could have just shut their mouths and listened to our concerns, and shown some empathy. Both of them have a lot to learn yet regarding customer service!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place and people, i had really bad tooth pains when I called them and they were so helpful and quick I wasnt even sure if I was talking to a real dentist! They ended up seeing me about 2 hours after I called, they walked me through everything in great detail, went over the payments with the same amount of detail (they have A LOT of helpful payment plan options if youre down on your funds currently) got the initial tests done, and they gave me a game plan and set up the surgery for the VERY SAME DAY! It has been one single day since I called them about my toothache and within that day they were able to consult me, work through payment plans with me, got the work done, and im already sitting here healing with medicine. All of this in ONE DAY! I cannot recommend this place enough, I will never be going anywhere else for my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a bad tooth, but being a new patient, I expected to have to go through all the exams and then schedule another appointment to finally deal with my issue. That was NOT the case. Staff was super friendly and flexible and they LISTENED to me take care of my problem on my first visit! I will be referring these guys to everyone and their dog from now on!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent new patient experience. Maribella, my treatment coordinator, went over my dental history and provided me with an overview of what to expect on my first visit. It included a complete set of x-rays (done by Maura), a thorough dental exam and then a consultation on the recommended treatment plan. Dr. Edmondson read my x-rays, performed the exam and then explained his findings in a clear and concise manner. Once a treatment plan was determined, Maribella provided me with a written cost breakdown for each procedure as well as a chart of my teeth showing which ones were scheduled for treatment. They also offer payment and financing options. There was no pressure to do any of the recommended treatments and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I look forward to having Dr. Edmondson being my new favorite dentist.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get my teeth examined to see what I needed to get done and the staff were very friendly and transparent about what exactly i needed, gave me the what why where and how for all of my questions and not only did not make me feel uncomfortable, but also made me feel a lot better about my teeth. If you're looking for a dentist to get some work done these are the people to go to!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dental office. I went in for tooth pain and was told I needed a root canal. After that procedure, I returned here for my crown. The dentist I was scheduled with was "too busy," so they had someone else prep my tooth and then left most of the work to a dental tech. The tech placed my temporary crown, which fell out less than 24 hours later, even though I hadn't eaten on that side. When I returned, the same tech laughed about it, which I didn't find funny. Another staff member reattached it but suggested it was my fault for chewing or grinding, and admitted the curing light hadn't even been used the first time. Over the next few weeks, I developed terrible odor and sensitivity under the temp crown. I was told I my crown was there on 9/5/25 (my appointment wasn't until 9/11/25), but the office later canceled my appointment without telling me. When I called to ask why, no one gave me a straight answer, and the manager avoided speaking to me entirely. They wanted me to take another day off to come back. Eventually, I had to go to another dentist, pay extra out of pocket, and was told that the crown this office ordered was too wide and unnaturally white compared to my natural teeth. To make matters worse, the overall office environment was unprofessional even basic things like outlet covers in the rooms were missing. Should have been my first clue! This was one of the most frustrating and careless dental experiences I've ever had. I left feeling disrespected, dismissed, and concerned about the long-term health of my tooth. If you value quality work, professionalism, and basic respect as a patient, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I was in SO much pain from a tooth and they were able to get me in a day earlier than my appointment (that I had also scheduled in the same week). Carolyn at the front was AN ANGEL and could tell I was in pain and she did everything she could to ease any of my pain as well as check on me throughout my whole visit. The doctor was a magician when extracting my tooth and inputting a bone graft and the xray tech was very swift when taking the xray. They were the best!!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is supposed to be an unpleasant experience but at affordable dentist of Waco it was quite the opposite.
