Fantastic experience: My appointment was cancelled early this morning by Legends Dental

Fantastic experience: Appointment was on time, hygienist was courteous and professional.

Negative experience: It was a total waste of my time going there as a potential new patient. Im not sure why insurance is not verified before folks get there. If I had known the girl at the counter would make me feel bad about the type of insurance I had I would have NEVER went there. When I mentioned me paying a copay she responded saying, we don't take copays here, as if it was beneath her. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are absolutely amazing people! The dentist is so funny and kind. He gave me all the information about what I'm going to possibly going to do and he didn't try to sell me on things I don't need. I cannot wait to go back

Negative experience: Terrible experience here, mine and my husband's charts must've been switched. I was told I have periodontal disease, not the case. As a matter of fact, hygienist told me I have very mild plaque, no other issues. My husband asked for fluoride treatment, did not get it. Had to return to the building for it, I guess it was a good thing we had to return, that's how I found out about the mix up.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my son for the last 6 years, he is almost 15 now. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr Endsley has always been wonderful along with the assistants and hygienists. The couple times we’ve been seen by Dr Armstrong have been very pleasant. Such a nice atmosphere and I am happy to have found a dental office that understands our views and makes sure we are given the upmost care and respect. Negative experience: Dr. Endsley and Evelyn, the hygienist, are both five star. Very professional and caring. However, I consider the front desk staff less than one star. I have been leaving messages for various front desk staff members as well as their manager, Angel, multiple times. I have not received a call back and after extensive hold times, I am hung up on. I have (what should be) a very simple insurance billing question that I need an answer to. I find it very unfortunate that I will be forced to find another dental office that has better communication skills with their patients.

Negative experience: My mother was told by the dentist that they would come up with a plan to fix a bridge. She was told that the Office Manager would get in contact with her. However, after multiple calls, emails, and texts. The office manager never contacted her or even set up an appointment. However, a year later, the office has the audacity to send a text about an annual exam... The dentist was fantastic, but their office team is very unprofessional

Dr. Sean Endsley is personable and direct — he doesn’t sugarcoat things — but he takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. Exactly what you want in a medical professional. No surprise Legends Dental is sitting at a near-perfect Google rating (4.8) — it really speaks for itself. Five stars from me.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my first appointment at Legends. I went for a problem focused visit for a questionable spot inside my cheek that my PCP wanted me to get checked out. While there, we discussed an issue I was having with grinding my teeth and recently being diagnosed with positional vertigo. Amy, the hygienist and Dr. Endsley were amazing at explaining the possible correlation between the two. They immediately adjusted the height of a crown that I had done several years ago, which might have been contributing the issues I’m currently having. All of the staff were very kind and pleasant to work with.

However, today we encountered a very rude office person who was not at all understanding of our concerns or apologetic over what she clearly knew was their mistake. We have been patients there for over a dozen years and encountered Angel for the first time today. Hopefully, we won’t encounter her again.

Fantastic experience: Hello,I was very pleased with my hygienist,she actually taught me something today,she showed me how to floss my bridge,and she physically let me floss it myself showing me the trick with my tongue to lift the floss so I can get a hold of the floss ,I was never taught in that way for me to fully understand the correct way to floss my bridge,very happy with Angelica as my hygienist.....

Negative experience: Horrible experience — horrible communication. Front desk lady Trina had an attitude from the first moment I walked in and was NO help. I don’t work at Legends nor do I work at any dental office so how am I suppose to know how things work without communication. Honestly felt like a race thing. Do not recommend.
