Fantastic experience: Doctor Joshua Lee, D.M.D. is miraculous! He listened to my concerns and what seemed to me a phantom pain, then he helped me prioritize, took X-rays, saw what my family dentist could not, and explained how doing a CT scan in his office would probably show us the problem. I was so tired of feeling dreadful that I consented immediately. He read it immediately, saw an abscessed infection in my #15 (back right) molar. Because he is a practicing prosthodontist and did not want me to have to wait, he referred me to another specialist who took me immediately. I cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Lee's gentle, direct, and truthful manner. I will be back at Burlington Smiles again for the next step in my dental plan in just four days, and I'm looking forward to seeing him and all the friendly faces in his lovely office again! Thank you all for your kindness and truly personal attention!

Fantastic experience: Janet, who answered the phone was very friendly and set a nice tone for a visit to the office. I had a complicated situation with a broken implant that I was recommended to go to Dr. Lee to see if he could help. He spent two hours with me and fixed the problem. He could not have been kinder or more patient. Clearly he has the expertise to fix what others were not able to do. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had periodontal surgery with Dr. Kim at Burlington Smiles Dental and had a wonderful experience. I was honestly very nervous beforehand because I had heard periodontal surgery can be difficult, but Dr. Kim was incredibly kind and reassuring from the start. She made me feel very comfortable and safe during the entire procedure. The surgery went much smoother than I expected, and her professionalism and skill were very impressive. Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned with Tracy ~ she was gentle and took time to explain how to use the water pik I recently bought. I’ve met with Dr Lee and Dr Kim at different times last year. Both doctors will inform me of options and necessary work they’d suggest and are thorough in their explanation of procedures. They’re not pushy, and they’d work with my insurance to ensure I get a cost estimate so I know ahead of time my portion to pay. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience here and I’m very pleased with the practice.

My top reasons to recommend Dr Lee: he only does what is necessary; his pricing is fair when my insurance does not cover 100%; he clearly explains options; he or his staff work thorougly and so I don't feel like I am being rushed; his staff are friendly and professional; he does not overbook and keep me waiting; and he is very highly trained and gives detailed explanations for any of my questions. I have seen plenty of other dentists over the years and Dr. Lee is by far the best. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee was a thoughtful and caring dentist who did my initial exam and cleaning. He used hand held tools, which I prefer, and the electrical tools as needed. He was careful and gentle in checking each tooth and my gums. He said that my teeth have been well maintained. Glad to hear that!!! The hygienist, Tracy was also so kind and thoughtful! She carefully cleaned my teeth in a calm and gentle manner! The receptionist, Jeannie was also so friendly and helpful . It’s a great place to go for your dental care !

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee is the best! I have VERY bad dental anxiety but he made me feel very comfortable getting my cleaning and my fillings done. My teeth never felt this clean before. I had a filling that was mercury from back in the day and was told that I needed a root canal done on that teeth 14 years ago. Dr Lee said he didnt think so and was very confident about it. So he went ahead and changed the filling to the white filling. Now it feels so much better and even looks better! His staffs are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend Burlington Smiles Dental!

I asked about teeth whitening and he told me that I honestly might not benefit much from it since I have been consistently whitening at home for years.
