Fantastic experience: I am very pleased, I came in today for a extraction on tooth #31. Dr Bhatti was so gentle that I didn't even feel the anesthesia. He and his staff were aswome, very knowledgeable and helpful, the tooth was out in no time, bone graft was placed and sutured without any pain, I highly recommend Dr Bhatti in his new office in willmintghon, i thank them so much .

Now it's only been my 1st visit, but it went pleasurably well (I even showed up with a headache!) I'll return to update, but right now I feel these guys our honest, skilled, trustworthy, and friendly. Fantastic experience: Dr. Bhatti is so nice and caring, he always makes us feel welcomed. The whole crew is wonderful. We always look forward to going to the dentist, our whole family goes to him. If you ask my daughter she always says she loves going to the dentist, and for a 7yr old that says a lot about how dedicated they all are.

Negative experience: This office scheduled an appointment for me. Give me notice less than 48 hours before that they had to cancel the appointment. I called to reschedule, and was told they would get back to me. Getting back to me consisted of a text of one time they had available the next week. I was then called two hours before letting me know they could actually take me at my original time. I considered this very unprofessional behavior. Maybe the dental work is good, but the scheduling seems unorganized. I had an event I wanted whitening for which is why I strategically scheduled at the time I did. Obviously, I didn’t not get the service on time.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Bahti is amazing and he is so good at explaining everything. The staff is beyond nice and the front desk is always so helpful and friendly. It has such a relaxed feeling and is extremely clean. I love it.

Fantastic experience: Atlantic Dental Arts is great! Called at 3pm because I was having tooth pain and they were able to see me for a 3:30 appointment. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: From the front staff to the back. I always feel in safe hands. They explain everything to me from insurance questions to showing and explaining the xrays and what measures I should be taking. Finally I don't feel nervous about visiting the dentist on a regular basis.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this office, and I will not be returning. I had a 1:30 PM appointment, but the front desk called me earlier in the day asking if I could come in early. I arrived at 1:10, only to be told to wait for 20 minutes. When it came time to register, they asked me to do it on my phone. I submitted the forms twice, but they claimed they didn’t receive them either time. Finally, they said “no worries, we’ll do it ourselves,” and took a photo of my ID. The front desk staff even spelled my name wrong in their system, which the doctor later had to fix. What shocked me most was that the front desk employee also performed my X-rays—something I’ve never experienced before in a professional dental office. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing, as she didn’t even position the lead protective apron properly. On top of that, she was extremely rude and dismissive. When I politely asked how long it would take, her response was a blunt, “I don’t know,” in a very disrespectful tone. The only positive part of my visit was the doctor, who was kind and professional. Unfortunately, the unprofessionalism and poor attitude of the front desk staff completely ruined my experience. This office is close to my home, and I really wanted to make it my go-to dentist, but after this visit, I will never return.

Fantastic experience: Local guide in the area and I’ve been looking for a new office since moving to the area. I will admit it’s been some years before I last stepped into a dentist office. Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity. Had a great first experience at Atlantic Dental. I appreciate the modern feel of the office and the technology they used. From the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the doctor everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We setup a treatment plan to make sure I get caught back up on my dental routine and it was extremely thorough and relatively cheap. I scheduled out a couple more appointments and while I’m not looking forward to going back to the dentist I know I’m in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: Im currently writing this after my fillings I just got like 5 mins ago. I’m someone with bad dental anxiety, I’m talking my leg trembles and I start heavy breathing type of anxiety during appointments. These people are so incredibly patient, understanding, and communicative with me throughout the whole process. I kid you not these are probably the best in the state with not only the quality of the results but quality of care is a 100/100. I can’t appreciate the staff enough for everything they’ve done to make me feel comfortable and at ease. If you guys are reading this thank you so so so much for your patience every single time, I always feel bad at the end and it’s something I’m currently in the process of figuring out. Thank you so much again Dr. Bhattiprolu and staff for the excellent quality and experience.

Fantastic experience: My most recent visit to Atlantic Dental was great. Nykole [Nyki] is an excellent hygienist. She's gentle, thorough and professional. She has a manner that puts you at ease. Dr. Bhatti has a great balance of friendly & professional. It's well known, that dental visits can be quite stressful for many. Dr. Bhatti's, and his team's, manner take that stressful element. It's a bright, clean office. They are communicative, reachable and accommodating. Its a pleasant welcoming environment. I highly recommend.
