Dr. K explained and went through everything. They didn't push for unnecessary things, and no one seemed rushed. I will definitely go back for more care.

I got a great cleaning and checkup. Sadly, we're only in the area temporarily so I can't return - but you can, and you should.

I had crazy anxiety about going to the dentist prior and avoided it for several years before someone recommended New Concept Dental Group. I don't even stress about going in for things like cavity fillings now because they are always so kind and gentle here. Highly recommend especially for anyone who is anxious about going to the dentist.

Dr Waldman was my Dentist and I had him until his retirement were upon I now have Dr Estevez who is also an incredible dentist!! Ellen has been my dental hygienist for as long as I have been going. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the supporting staff are great!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. K is kind, gentle and patient, always informing me of what he will do next.

Negative experience: I came here for something totally different, they convinced me to get a crown and told me that my insurance covers it. They removed the filling on my tooth and put on a temporary crown as I waited for the permanent crown. On my next appointment they said I needed to pay $1000 right away before they put in the permanent crown. I wasn’t told from the beginning I needed to pay. My temporary crown fell out after two weeks and my gum grew around it. So no one can place a permanent crown without crown lengthening surgery which costs even more, These people are very unprofessional and I do not recommend them!!

Positive experience: In July 2023, I was a little apprehensive after a poor experience in the past. Dr. Amir Kasouha put my concerns to rest. At my request he explained the procedure in great detail. He also explained every move and step while he was working. He and the dental nurse were skilled and friendly. I am a very pleased and grateful patient. Fast forward two (2) years, and the filling was out. Gone. Swallowed with a pizza crust? Now I wonder if I get a discount on a restoration that cost me $381.57 (and I'm insured)! Googling the question, AI suggests a filling ought to last 5-7 years at least. I have another appointment in two days...

Fantastic experience: I have had many dentists and have had a lot of dental work. Since coming to New Concepts Dental group in Billerica, I have been so pleased with my dental care. Two doctors that have treated me, Dr. Estevez and Dr. Mallouh are so incredibly skilled I would highly recommend both. All the staff, Nancy, Jean, Ellen, Therese and Nancy are amazing as well. I must also add that Debbie at the front desk is so kind, helpful and always cheery. If you need a dentist, this is the place to go Kudos to all!

I’ve also had more extensive work done here in the past, including a crown and a root canal, and every experience has been outstanding — pain-free, high-quality, and reasonably priced compared to other practices. As a side note, I had the opportunity to teach the dentists here during their dental school years. Not only are they exceptionally skilled clinicians, but they are also incredibly smart. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

When I moved out of state for school I had to switch to a new dentist and though I never had a bad experience with the new dentist, Dr Estevez skill was truly unmatched so I returned to her care. She has a very gentle touch and solved issues I never thought could be fixed after multiple failed attempts with previous dentists. I am very grateful for her hard work! The best team, the best hygienists!
