She explained everything as she went along the procedure. I met Dr. Ratte, not sure about spelling, and she was very nice also. The office staff was friendly and pleasant. What a really nice office.

My hygienist Karen , has changed my views on oral health. With each visit she has educated me on the proper way to care for my teeth and gums. She is literally amazing. Both of the dentists Dr. Ramos and Dr Ratte have also treated me. I have two crowns and the process was so easy and they walked me through the process so I was not nervous or afraid. Fantastic experience: The visit was as usual tremendous Dr. Ramos on our team Carrie are very excellent at the job they make the customer the patient feel very comfortable I look forward to the visit every time by Carrie conscious effort to take care and ensure the patient is very comfortable although I only see her once every six months or so she seems to realize what I need to make it through the office visit of cleaning. Carrie maintains a very professional and courteous demeanor. I really appreciate the way she takes care of my teeth.

And Karen checked out my mouth and the dentists came in and checked it out and figured they would never see me again. But they were all so nice. Place is so clean. Advanced technology in there. Friendly staff. I love it. I go every 3 months because I did such a great job for those 15-20 years, but I do look forward to it every time. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: The visit today was for a dental cleaning. The Dental Assistant was on time, very cordial and professional. She used a new type of ultrasonic cleaning device which was effective and a big improvement on the older scaling techniques. The Dentist, Dr. Ratte, came in and reviewed the work and answered all of my questions thoroughly. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Had "meet and greet" appointment. Very hopeful will have this place as my new permanent dental place! At my last place for 49 years!!! They sold out and was replaced by another ... stayed for a few years til I realized I had to find somewhere else. So impressed with Lowell Tooth Docs ... have nerve damage on right side (head to toe), and they had all the right suggested ways to do things a little different to account for the nerve damage. Looking forward ??? to first cleaning next week... Actually got a call later in the day of initial visit to expand on items discussed earlier. UPDATE Tues, 13 Jun...got cleaning...they do not use the "paste"! They use some "powder spray" that shows plaque / tartar ... she opted not to use the water system to remove the tartar / plaque due to choking due to paralysis on right / swallowing mechanism. Result... the cleanest / smoothest teeth ever!!! Yep, def going here again!!!! UPDATE 6 Nov 24: Love this place!!! (All female staff) Both female dentists are great ... have had both doing the "checks" following cleaning appointment!! My hygienist, Nancy, is awesome ... she is always making me aware of products that could assist me. I have nerve damage on one side of face which tends to result in larger amounts of plaque build up. Last cleaning, she recommended a different toothpaste, which has made a significant improvement. Today she recommended and gave me a sample of "picks" that are shaped differently to help clean more plaque in between the teeth... Still very happy I switched dental places a couple of years ago.... Best decision ever... MAY 27, 2025. Update ... had appt today with Nancy!!! So glad I switched from former dental place ... on Market Street!!! This CHANGE has been a total 360 difference! Since changing, been given new / different tools to try relative to my excessive plaque / build up due to existing nerve damage!!! What a difference!! ... Am actually spending less time at "cleaning visits". Nancy recommended Peroxicare (sp?) ... a HUGE difference in the plaque build up!!! BEST DECISION TO CHANGE DENTAL PLACES!!! Would highly recommend!!! Saw Doctor today as well ... GOT THUMBS UP. Since I started here ... no work has been needed!!! And still going every 3 months as this schedule is def making a difference with maintaining the teeth .. despite issues with right side nerve facial damage .... I wish I made change earlier!!! And location is very convenient and no issue with parking!!! Paula B.

Dr. Ramos and her team are lovely, warm, kind, professional, incredibly skilled, educated and informed on all the latest tech. They are always innovating, providing the best care. I feel so grateful to have been in their care since I was a teenager, Lowell Tooth Docs is the ultimate.

Fantastic experience: Great professionals offering top-notch quality care here! I’ve been a patient for 15 years and they have always made me feel welcome into their beautiful/comfortable space. They take the time to explain every aspect of my care as they are treating me, and give me detailed, practical advice on how to maintain my oral health in between appointments.

Negative experience: Very rude & condescending when you ask a basic question. Also keep an eye on what they charge vs what your insurance company pays because when you pay upfront and your insurance covers more than expected they try to keep it. After catching the overpayment concern I even asked if they could just submit it to insurance first moving forward and I was told “We don’t do that and I don’t care that most other places do” (Very rudely might I add). Have been going there for 7+ years but will never go back.
