Fantastic experience: Open and bright waiting room with a tv showing kids shows and one showing regular tv, along with a small fish tank. Exams are in individual rooms, so there's privacy. Sunglasses and a tv are provided for comfort/distraction. Kind staff. Very accommodating and understanding of anxiety around going to the dentist

Fantastic experience: My son dislikes any doctor that touches his face. He will cry, scream, and throw tantrums. This place has time and time again shown so much patiences, and reassurance for both my son and I. They are always very sweet, kind and courteous.

Fantastic experience: i brought my baby to this dental practice for their first dentist appt. all the staff is incredibly friendly and they took the time to educate me on my baby’s dental hygiene. the doctor was very patient while my baby cried and it made me feel good. my baby even got a prize at the end! i would definitely recommend coming here for your baby or child.

Negative experience: I'm giving them one start, because I couldn't give them 0 start I tried to reschedule an appointment for my son who is 4yo and they told me only have mornings and Saturday were booked for the whole year of 2026 How inconvenienced is that and how can that be possible the year just started. The person on the phone didn't even care working with me. So I'll Definitely not recommend this place at all

Fantastic experience: Doctor H and her crew are the best with kids it was my sons first visit and he’s 7 which he didn’t have the greatest experience from his last dentist but from the moment we walked in we were welcomed by the sweetest ladies in the front and the dentist assistant was so kind and gentle explaining everything and allowing my son to explore the different utensils that was being used on him. The. When doctor H came in she was best! She got down on my son’s level to explain each step and plan as well as put any of his worries to the side . They were so gentle and caring with my boy and I couldn’t ask for a better provider for dental care than doctor H. After his visit he was given coins for their prize machines which was his favorite part besides the cute fishes in the waiting room. I recommend Lowell dentistry for children to any parent looking for the right dentist that your kids will love going too Thank you doctor H and her crew for everything they do!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place my kids loved it and they do a terrific job always with a smile you guys are great thank you You don't know how good a place is unless something's happening to your child teeth and you can't help them because you're 50 mi away working mom and dad.... for them to take my daughter in last minute that my grandmother went out of her way to bring her because my dad's in a wheelchair, and because of a broken tooth and help her pain is a favor I will never forget that they have done I definitely definitely definitely recommend this place.

Both of my boys have different/opposing views of the dentist but this place has been able to meet both of their needs, to the point that they love brushing their teeth and are excited for their next appointment! Fantastic experience: Absolutely one of the BEST Dentists I have ever brought my daughter too! She has major dental anxiety, lots of work to be done, she was afraid of judgement and mocking... This office is a power team!, from the front desk all the way to the back! We made it through an hour appointment without one hiccup. I will NEVER send my child elsewhere! And they are working to make it a family dentist office so she can stay as long as she needs! Can't express my gratitude to you all!

(2021) new location is beautiful,my kids loved it even more. We like the separate waiting room,a few things kids can play with while they wait!. 2025 still with them and the whole staff is sweet!

Negative experience: My children have been loyal patients here for 10 plus years and have even followed them through out their transition when they were moving locations. I had the chance to change but i refused and remained loyal but sadly today our relationship will soon come to an end. I arrived 8 minutes late and upon arriving my child was taken off the schedule and they refused to attend to us. I find this tough as where is the same loyalty or consideration i had when they needed it. I had to take time off work for this as well as my child time off from his activity and because they were so fast to cancel me i will be changing dentist. Very disappointed.

Jenny and the Doctor had so much patience and their #1 priority was making sure my son was comfortable and trusted them. Gaining that trust and showing their care for my son helped him to persevere and push himself through the not so comfortable moments. Fantastic experience: They fixed my girls teeth today. They gave very clear aftercare instructions, very explanatory, helpful, and empathetic. A few hours after coming home They were very helpful with the questions i had. And the goody bag they sent her home with made her entire day- especially seeing her teeth which helped explain why they had to come out. Fantastic experience: My son had a swollen face with pain. I called in on Thursday for an emergency appointment. He was seen the same day. After an X-ray and evaluations, his swollen face was unrelated to dental issues. Today (Friday), surprisingly, I got a call from the doctor. He called to check up on my son. I find this is not only professional but he has a caring heart.Thank you, doctor, and to your wonderful staff! We love going here for our son's dental neeeds.

Fantastic experience: This is the best Children’s dentist I have been to. Everyone is incredibly patient and kind. My son is weary of new things and the staff let him take his time and explore all the tools that they were using. Great experience over all.

Negative experience: Dentists are fantastic but billing and front desk seriously lacking in communication. My child needed multiple visits to take care of extensive work. I was given an estimate and set up a payment plan for it. Got a call weeks later demanding payment In full and that I wasn’t eligible for payment plan. They finally agreed to put me on a payment plan for a $400 balance. Weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $600. At his next visit, after my child was taken back to complete more work they inform me oh and you’re insurance is maxed so today or the previous visit won’t be covered. I asked why I wasn’t informed of this so I could schedule when his insurance kicked back in, they had no response. Their only response was asking me if I would like to stop the dental procedure midway through if I couldn’t take care of the balance. Very unprofessional. Sad that great dentists are overshadowed by subpar, rude billing employees

Negative experience: we have been coming here sense my daughter was of age to go too the dentist, as we have loved the actual dentist's Dr.Han & the others am not pleased with the admin team of this practice. After coming home while my daughter was in the hospital for some time due to being sick I got a letter in the mail from this dentist practice stating they can no longer serve us with no explanation or even a warning. this prompted me to call and ask why, as their buisness hours states they are open till 5pm I called on 4/15 approximately at 3:30pm ish and was prompted directly to an answering service? Anyways I left a voicemail and Laurie called me back today and was kind of becoming argumentative with me as to why the practice has decided to stop serving my daughter. She claims I have canceled about 7 times and apparently did a no show on an appointment with no calls or texts. which is not true, yes I will admit I have canceled a few times but I have always rescheduled the appointments and shown up to the appointments that were rescheduled. something that this practice doesn't know is that my daughter tends to get sick a lot and I am not sure why I was not even given a warning letter in the first place, that would have been the more professional route. I also find it very weird that I got this letter with no warning and stating that it was due to a lot of cancelations after the fact I rescheduled for this week for a cleaning, and I asked the receptionist if they took our new dental insurance, rudely she asked what kind and I told her it was an EPO plan from Delta Dental and she rudely told me they do not accept that kind only Delta dental premier. ok. I get it so I asked how much the visit would be and was told $75.00 I was willing to pay for this visit out of pocket, but I find very skeptical that they are dropping my daughter as a client after I tell them what kind of insurance we now have obtained. I have text messages to prove of my communication with the admin staff proving that I have been communicating with them as to why I would have to cancel either due to an illness and or due to not having insurance. It just blows my mind, now I have to jump through hoops to find the right dentist that will be able to accommodate my special needs daughter. This review is not because I am just upset but it is for others who have obstacles in their life with their child to stand clear of this practice as they do not care and only care about getting money from you or your insurance. such a shame. do better.

My first impression when I made an appointment for my son, I found it inconvenient to limit kids under 7 to have appointments only on weekdays in the morning. However, after I went in, I found it convenient in a way that I didn’t need to wait. My son was called in for treatment right one time. The dental assistant lady was extremely nice and knew how to make kids feel comfortable. She was able to make my son who has bad dental experience stay calm the whole process. Beyond this, she also gave 2 coins for my son to use with the toy vending machines to get 2 little toys home as a gift. I would definitely go back and recommend kids in my family to go to this place. FYI. This clinic sent a request to write a review after my visit without any incentives, unlike other places. So you can trust this review is genuine.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place for children. Everyone so nice and attentive with my kid. My child isn’t the easiest to handle but they have manage. Many times my child would scream for his life and they will try to calm him down they have so much patience it’s amazing. Every time we leave my child leaves with a toy as a prize for his bravery. Fantastic experience: First visit with my 3 year old autistic son was amazing! We had previously gone to another pediatric dentist in the area and didn’t have that great of an experience. We wanted to try a new dental office and chose Lowell Dentistry for Children. My son also has huge sensory issues. Dental Hygienist Susie was wonderful! She was patient and explained every step to my son before taking action. She made it fun and interactive and even chanted songs while brushing his teeth. Dr Watson was super informative and friendly. He was gentle during his exam as well. They gave prizes during and after the visit to ensure it was a good experience. This is the first dental visit that wasn’t filled with anxiety and trauma for both my son and I. Thank you Lowell Dentistry for Children! I would recommend over and over again!

Fantastic experience: Wow, the dental hygienist was beyond kind and thoughful. The whole place and staff is catered towards making your child feel relaxed and comfortable. Dentist was jsut as kind addressing all concerns, very knowledgeable about common dental issues in kids. Would highly recommend especially if your child struggles with office visits.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front staff to the clinical staff was very nice and informative. Dr. Tim was very patient and took his time explaining what our girls needed and what was best for them. The hygienist was also very nice and patient, seeking alternative methods to help my niece be able to tolerate the xrays. As a hygienist myself I know how challenging it may be working with pediatrics and have worked in offices before that were very rough with children. I want to thank you all for the wonderful experience and being patient with our girls and our questions. I personally will definitely be referring my pediatric patients to you guys!

Fantastic experience: I had switched dentists for my 2 and 4 year old daughters and I’m so glad I found Lowell Dentistry! They definitely exceeded my expectations. The place is clean and modern and kid friendly. There was magnetic games on the wall and a fish tank that the kids always enjoyed and kept them entertained while we waited. Our dental assistant Jenny was soo nice and showed my daughter all the “cool” tools she was going to use. She explained each step and made my daughter feel so comfortable. She sat in the chair by herself and even let Jenny take an X-ray! I was amazed. Dr. Kristin came in after and answered all my questions and she too was amazing with the kids ! At the end, the kids got coins to get a surprise from the coin machine and that was really cool. Overall, I definitely recommend Lowell Dentistry as they were so accommodating to the children!

Fantastic experience: My two boys had their first appointment today for a cleaning. Their experiences at their last dentist wasn’t good at all, so they were both very nervous. In TWENTY MINUTES, I was called back to talk to the Dentist and both boys had huge smiles on their faces and their appointments were already complete. I was so shocked that it was so quick and that they did so well that the appointment was able to be completed in a timely manner. I was so impressed with the staff and their patience and their caring manner towards my children. They really listened to each child’s “anxieties” and took them seriously. It was honestly a great experience for myself and for them. They are already looking forward to their next appointment in January!

Fantastic experience: Lowell Dentistry For Children always delivers exceptional service! The dental assistants and dentists are always very friendly and create a great environment for kids & of course their dental care is wonderful! Would highly recommend their office. I showed up an hour early to my appointment (by accident) and they accommodated me so that I didn’t have to wait for an hour. It was my fault, but they did what they could to make it work!
