Negative experience: I’m really surprised about this place when I got $250 bill for just regular cleaning. They charged me for deep cleaning which one never did in first visit. Worst place ever. I cancel my appointment with them and all of my family, friends, altogether 7 people cancel all appointments with them. Never visit this place again and I never recommend anyone

Dr. Hill treated me and my husband for many years and now that he is part time I have transitioned to Dr. Dudlek. Dr. Dudlek is extremely professional and an expert at dental care. The office staff has always maintained a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for everyone which is much appreciated. I highly recommend this office to anyone requiring dental care. When I later called the office, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, scheduling me at the earliest time that worked with my availability. On the day of my appointment, I arrived about 30 minutes early and was taken in almost immediately. The entire team was professional, informative, and consistently communicated what was being done throughout the visit. My tooth extraction was completed quickly and efficiently—I was in and out in about half an hour. I experience significant dental anxiety, along with some lingering trust issues from a previous experience, and the care I received here made a meaningful difference. The staff was understanding, patient, and genuinely compassionate, which helped ease my concerns throughout the process. They ensured I was thoroughly numbed and comfortable before beginning the procedure. The extraction was performed carefully and gently I felt no pain, only slight pressure. I had significant dental anxiety that had delayed my care for years, but this visit truly changed that for me. Their team created a clear treatment plan to help me get back on track with my oral health, and I’m very grateful for their professionalism and compassion.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and staff are absolutely wonderful. I love it here. Literally everyone I met has been so helpful, kind, considerate, and great at what they do. My cleanings have all been great, and today's fairly urgent incident that required a procedure was great as well and pain free. Dr. Dudlek explained every step of the procedure and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I can't say enough about Tyngsboro family dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dudlek is the new owner of this dental office and he has brought a fresh outlook on dentistry to the table!!! He went to the best dental school in the nation, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and it shows. I am so grateful that he is my dentist. I travel to see him and will continue to do so. I have seen a lot of doctors that do not make time for me but Dr. Dudlek always does. He has a kind soul, amazing bed side manner, and is extremely honest and knowledgeable regarding dentistry and my overall health. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Negative experience: I was charged 75 dollars for canceling when I told the receptionist I had a mouth infection and had gone to urgent care and was on augmentin. She said she would talk to dr dudlek about waiving the fee. I was charged and paid the following week. Of course I didn’t want to be poked and prodded during a cleaning under the circumstances. I am in the process of a dental implant from dr. Esbah who I have had a relationship with for years. I have been going to my hairdresser for over thirty years. I’m extremely loyal. I’m finding a new dentist’s office

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Tyngsboro Family Dentist. Today was a cleaning with the hygienist followed by the dental examination. With Dr W. Michael Hill. Hygienist was pleasant and thorough she communicated well and answered all my questions and offered suggestions. Dr. Hill join after the cleaning to finish the examination and offer suggestions on how to maintain my oral health.
