Fantastic experience: Dr. Vihangi Thakore is an amazing dentist! I felt no pain when I was with her and the staff was very friendly, I would definitely recommend coming here especially if you have a phobia of coming to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Thakore. After seeing multiple dentists who suggested I needed several fillings, I was so relieved to meet a dentist who takes a conservative and honest approach. She explained that some of what others identified were simply the natural grooves in my teeth, and that a few small cavities did not need unnecessary drilling right away. I truly appreciate that she only recommends treatment when there is a real need. It’s rare to find a dentist who is this trustworthy, thoughtful, and focused on what is best for the patient.

Negative experience: Their office cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours notice to tell me they no longer take my insurance ( I made the appointment 6 months in advance). I had been a patient for over 50 years. A little more notice would have been greatly appreciated. They also stopped giving out toothbrushes, floss and mini toothpaste gifts when partners changed.. cheapskates..lol All for the best.. I found better run practice elsewhere that offers more services, availability, a modern up to date office and toothbrushes.

Fantastic experience: Lowell Dental Arts is a fantastic office with caring workers and an expert team on staff. After being quoted a ridiculous price by another dentist, I went here to find out they had been lying to me about my teeth and guns. Lowell Dental Arts only does work that is needed and will show you what, why. And how they do their procedures. Irma and Lauren are also rockstars. They made scheduling, paying, and insurance so much simpler.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with this office! This office has such a high turnover rate it's ridiculous. Where are the usual hygienists? I have seen Angela or Rika and they were the sweetest hygienists. Every time I come in for my cleanings it is someone new. Goes to show how the owner treats their employees.

Negative experience: I thought about finding another place after I needed a tooth pulled because of botched crown done here 4 years ago due to the convenience of the location, I gave the office another shot because a different doctor was here last year and it was comfortable seeing Dr. Mohan. Now I see new faces and they said it’s a New dentist . the girl in the front desk couldn’t tell me where I can go to find the doctor I want to see. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this office to anyone..

They didn’t make me feel bad about my lapse in dental attention, and were quick to lay out a plan of action for getting my teeth and mouth back to healthy! I highly recommend Lowell Dental Arts wether you’ve been up-to-date with your dental health or not, they will take care of you and make you feel good! Update: I’m about a year into my care with Lowell Dental Arts now and can reaffirm they are the place to go for getting your teeth back in shape! I can actually refer to my teeth as my “pearly whites” and mean it, thanks to Dr. Thakore and her team!

Fantastic experience: After needing an array of minor to major dental procedures my plaza dentist just seemed too expensive and uncaring but after switching to Lowell Dental Arts solved all my worries. Dr.Vihangi Thakore is Amazing in all aspects of my treatments! I wish I knew sooner about LDA! Now my whole family is excited to smile thanks to Dr.V!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are very friendly and informative. The office is clean and smells nice! I come here with my partner for our cleanings. My first cavity was filled here and it was a good experience. The dentist made sure that it was a comfortable fit and double checked with me a few times. The staff also follow up with calls that I make. Overall, this is one of the best dental experiences I've had. : )

Fantastic experience: I had previously been coming to this dentist office for nearly 30 years and most recently I accompanied my mom for a visit a few weeks ago. She had an emergency and has seen Dr.Mohan three times for other emergency tooth breaks. My mother lives in an assisted living facility and my siblings and I were worried with Dr.Boss retired if we would continue being patients and still bring my mother. I am so happy that Dr.Mohan has such a warm welcoming personality and was so patient with my mother. I have never seen a doctor be so caring to come out to the reception to update me. I scheduled my cleaning at the office after this experience!

I’ve never had a dentist (or any physician for that matter!) who went above and beyond to explain every part of my visit and exam- with compassion and humor as well! I cannot say enough about Dr. Mohan highly recommend her, Cindy was very helpful as well! 10/10

She did my denture and it came out so beautiful!!! The whole dental arts team are always very kind and caring. I'm very thankful for them all working hard to bring back my smile after years of feeling self conscious and not being able to smile infront of people. They are compassionate, friendly and caring dentists who never turn you away, even in an emergency. The staff is very nice too! Great, great dental service for many years. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the staff at this office. I started coming here in college when I attended UMass Lowell, and I continue to drive out here for my appointments all the way from Medford, MA. Dr. Vihangi Thakore is truly wonderful. She has even filled my cavity on a regular cleaning visit to help me avoid a second road trip. They are extremely prompt with appointments (sometimes I even get in early), they are tech-savvy (automated text reminders for my next appointment), and they are kind and friendly. Grateful to have access to such an amazing dental staff and office!

Fantastic experience: (Editing my previous review [you'll see two by me since originally my review was so long it needed two separate reviews because of the character limit] and going back to 5 stars. I spoke directly with Dr. Thakore (which BTW can I say is the KINDEST doctor and maybe even person I've ever met)). Dr. Thakore gave clarity on the office's side and was absolutely more than willing and so SO helpful with the financial side (original complaint was due to a billing issue). Lesson learned, when in doubt, be polite and ask to speak with Dr. Thakore because she's incredible! Cannot recommend this practice anymore than if I shouted from the rooftops holding a promotion sign!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Lowell dental arts. I was in a time crunch, needing to move to another state but had a lot of work needed to be done to my teeth. The employees took incredible care of me between making sure I got all the appointments in a short time, being patient with me, and doing amazing work on my teeth.
