Dr. Lennon was very patient and empathetic to my fear of needles and made the Novocain process so easy! His Dental Assistant, Janice, did a fabulous job on my temporary caps! Receptionists were very pleasant and helpful as well! Overall great experience. I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I was in for my semiannual cleaning. The hygienist was personable and courteous and treated me with respect and dignity. She listened to my questions and concerns and answered all questions. She explained what she was about to do prior to doing it. I was completely satisfied. Dr Lennon, as usual greeted me warmly and performed a complete examination. I have been going to Lennon Dental Associates for over 30 years.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Lennon Dental and Associates for over 15 years. The staff is very friendly, from the front desk staff to the hygienists, everyone is always very helpful and professional. Dr Lennon is very friendly and did a great job when I needed a filling, or a more complex procedure like a root canal. One time he repaired a chipped tooth in the front and I have been very happy with the results. I highly recommend this dental office!

Negative experience: I've been going to Lennon Dental for almost 20 years. Dr. Lennon and the staff use to be excellent. Over the last couple of years, the quality of the service plummeted all across the board. The front desk support was mediocre where as they use to be excellent. They always had the best dental assistants and then started hiring people who had no experience. At one point almost all their hygienists quit and it was impossible to get a dental cleaning. Even the services provided by the dentists dropped considerably. It didn't make sense until I learned they went corporate. This clearly explained everything - corporate doesn't care about quality they care about revenue. So, with a sad heart, I will be leaving the practice and taking my business to another practice. Best of luck.

Negative experience: Hi Business owner, do you know how many business had been "hang up" by the rude male agent in your front desk? It worthy an investigation. (No one ever said couldn't understand what I was saying because my foreign accent. He directly hanged up my phone without let me finish my sentence. It is very unacceptable and racist.)

Positive experience: I would not recommend DelGenio to anyone because from the very first time I met this dental hygienist, she became cold and rude toward me after I told her I was unemployed when she asked about my job. I had appointments with her about 10 times, despite me smiling at her, I never saw her smile back even once. I could strongly sense her unfriendliness through her facial expressions, which made me very uncomfortable. I really didn't know why or whether it was something personal. During cleanings, she would poke me and splash water on my face multiple times, but never said a word. She was also unprofessional. When evaluating whether I needed a deep cleaning, she should have performed periodontal probing on each tooth, but she didn’t do that at all. She simply told me I needed a deep cleaning, which I found unacceptable and dismissive.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Lennon dental since around 2013. They’re always professional, friendly, reliable, and up to date with the latest dental technology/developments. I love the charming Victorian house they’re located in, it has plenty of character versus a stuffy office building like some dental practices. It is also conveniently located in a central area in Woburn right off of 95 on route 38. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Last week, I went to Lennon Dental for a 6 month routine. It was warm welcoming and I didn’t have to wait long for the hygienist to call me. She has an angel hands. In the past I have always scared of going to dentist. It is very different now at Lennon Dental.While cleaning my teeth, she was checking on me if I was ok or comfortable. I will recommend 100% to visit them for a try.

But this office has worked with me and has had empathy for me and helped me set up a comprehensive plan from beginning to end so that I could get my mouth full of healthy, beautiful teeth again. For someone who is absolutely scared toothless of the dentist, L O L… This is the place to be! Every single member of the team are caring, professional, kind, absolute rockstars. I’m a changed woman because of them. We just love Dr. Lennon, all the wonderful staff, and it’s a pretty cool looking office. Definitely makes the kiddos actually enjoy going to the dentist! (Big old Victorian house- all original wood work and such.. the kids are always curious and observant; they love it.) And they’re great with adults, too! Everyone is personable, funny, and most importantly, professional with your best interests at heart. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a minor gum issue , they fit me In that day ! As most of you know that is extremely rare in the dental world. All of the hygienists are awesome and the dentist is a great guy. The office is huge and immaculate . I would recommend this place to anybody !

Fantastic experience: I’m from out of town….very out of town. Broke one of my front teeth in half. Called Tues and spoke to a very nice receptionist and got an appt for 8:30 the very next day. Arrived and receptionist sweet and kind. Janice came and got me, took X-rays and Dr Cohen came in. I immediately felt comfortable. Within 45 min Dr Cohen and Janice had me looking normal and all without pain. I am so thankful for their prompt and professional attitude and help. I cannot speak highly enough of my exceptional care. Thank you all!
