Negative experience: I would not recommend this office for orthodontic treatment. I've been a patient here for five years, and my treatment has been delayed multiple times due to poor management and a lack of continuity in care. I started with Invisalign, but after my original orthodontist left, I was told it was the wrong treatment and had to switch to braces. Now my orthodontist is on maternity leave, and I'm being told there's no one available to fix my broken bracket. It's very unprofessional for an orthodontic practice to have no coverage for existing patients. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Dental Bright to all of my friends. Friendly staff, knowledgeable professionals, and very pleasant atmosphere(great playlist by the way). I was recommended by Nathalia, she works there and had only great things to say about her coworkers. I have never done any kind of dental procedure before, and I cracked my tooth recently. I was very scared, but everyone there made me feel comfortable, they explained every step, and I am very glad I chose them!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I've had such an excellent experience with Dental Bright. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and the office looked very modern and clean. Dr. Levenbrook was amazing to work with; he took the time to explain his diagnoses in a way that was easy to understand, yet very informative. Khang, the dental hygienist, quickly made me feel at ease, and I cannot recommend him highly enough for how he treated me. On the way out, Michael, the owner of the practice, was kind enough to speak with me, and I could easily tell he took pride in his staff and the work that they do. In sum, I doubt I'll ever return to a chain practice, and going forward, I will get my dental work done here.

Negative experience: The ladies at reception are unprofessional and rude and can’t perform their job. They didn’t apply my insurance to a job I got done years ago. Months later they come saying they had a error and I have to be responsible for a portion which I had already paid my portion months ago but now there’s another charge… the way they talk to customers is also not okay. The people that do your teeth cleaning are new students still learning. I got my gums and inside cheeks all scratched

The hygienist Thais did a great job thoroughly cleaning my teeth, including a hard to reach area that was very sensitive. All of the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this office. I had a problem with one of my crowns last night, so I called this morning and told them the situation. They immediately gave me an appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The dentist, Dr Steven Levenbrook, took care of my problem . He is not only extremely competent but also very personable. My wife and I live here on a part-time basis but this will be our local dentist going forward.

Negative experience: My Horrible Invisalign Experience — A Warning for Others I want to share my awful experience with Invisalign to help others avoid what I’m going through — because no one warned me, and I wish they had. It all started during a routine dental checkup when I was told I needed treatment. However, because my teeth weren’t properly aligned, I was advised to start orthodontic treatment first — specifically Invisalign. This made sense, and I was also unhappy with the alignment of my teeth, so I agreed. After a consultation, I paid the full cost of the treatment and was told that my aligners would arrive in 4–8 weeks. That sounded reasonable at the time. But after waiting 8 weeks with no update, I called the office to follow up. They said someone would call me back. No one did. I called again, left a message, and again — no response. Today, I called one more time and was finally told I would need to wait another 3–4 weeks, possibly longer. When I asked why, they couldn’t give a proper explanation. There’s no clear timeline, no accountability, and I’m left feeling completely abandoned after trusting them with my care. What’s worse is that had I known about this extreme delay upfront, I would have looked into other providers — maybe even found a cheaper and more reliable option. But I put my trust (and money) in their hands, expecting to start treatment quickly, and now I have no idea when or if it will actually begin. It could take months or even a year, and I’m just stuck waiting. Please be cautious before committing to a provider for Invisalign. Ask about timelines, guarantees, and responsiveness — and don’t be afraid to shop around. I hope this helps someone else avoid what I’m going through

Fantastic experience: Just had my first ever cavity restored to perfection by the BEST! Dr. Koleni was so calming and made the process so easy and quick before I knew it we were done ! She is so talented in the work that she does you can tell she really loves what she does. Rachel her assistant worked so greatly together as a team she kept me comfortable with the suction she was great!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Fantastic experience: I recently fell and broke my two front teeth as you can imagine for anyone that is a nightmare. I was referred to Dental bright by Juni a dental assistant who formally worked for them. She immediately connected me with the BEST doctor she knew of . I must say I’m very much impressed with how quickly they were able to accommodate me. I was met by one of the quickest and efficient dental assistants when I got there Rachel, who helped ease the anxiety’s I had. She made sure I understood the procedure and was comfortable at all times. Dr. Koleini is the first female dentist I ever had & can confidently say she is the BEST. She helped bring back the confidence I lost in just 48hrs because I thought I would never be able to smile the same again. I’m thankful to have been put on her path & very grateful she’s a perfectionist cause you wouldn’t even know I ever lost my teeth. Fantastic experience: I’m kind of weird in that. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. I also know a good dental office when I find it Dental Bright is a top notch medical provider when you need a check up, cleaning or more extensive work. Their Burlington office is very convenient for me with good parking too. I’ve I never had to wait very long and the staff is very professional and super nice. I met the owner Michael today and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hygienists always introduce themselves and make me feel comfortable. Today I met with the gum surgeon and was also very pleased with his consult. I heartily recommend Dental Bright for your oral health.

Fantastic experience: I was going to a dental office close to my house until a friend told me to look into Dental Bright. Although it’s a 30 minute drive for me I decided to make an appointment and give them a try. I was so happy because I felt like I finally found a good dental office. The place I was going to for cleanings rushed through everything, I was always in there for less than 20 minutes. I always felt that they didn’t do a good job and weren’t being thorough. This visit at Dental Bright I had a young girl named Gianna and she talked me through the whole process, she explained everything that was going on before and after the cleaning. It was a very pleasant experience. My teeth felt so clean and she went above and beyond. The receptionist was also very nice and answered all my questions about the insurance and coverages. I would highly recommend this place, Gianna and Dr. Levenbrooke are awesome! Thank you guys so much for all your help!

Negative experience: Needed a specialist for root canals as my regular dentist couldn’t pinpoint the tooth that was causing me pain , needed a 3- d X-ray (250$), to pinpoint the correct tooth. They did a root canal on the tooth they told me was causing the pain at a cost of3500 even after insurance. Still have pain a couple of teeth away from the tooth they did the root canal on! Very disappointing and afraid of turning to any other dentist ☹️
