Fantastic experience: This Dental office is the best one I have been to in my 56yrs. Of living, all of the staff are very kind, humorous, understanding, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about dental insurance plans and clearly explain what they cover/procedures/deductibles/copays,etc., in addition they make sure you understand everything. The dental assistants thoroughly explain all procedures that will be done by themselves and the doctor, they ask about any dental issues you are currently experiencing, all of my procedures have been pain free and most importantly Dr. Nicole C. Bundy-Solak is a great dentist, she made me feel very comfortable, she explained indepthly the results of my x-rays and all of the future procedures that will need to be done, so that I can continue to have a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums. Dr. Leach retired/we miss you, but he made an excellent choice for his replacement, go team Dr. Nicole.

Positive experience: Overall the staff here is very kind, friendly, welcoming and provides a very good level of care. Admin/Billing wise I will say I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the communication and lack of thorough information as to copays, payment options, and notifying expectations of those. I received my appt. reminder calls notifying of copay for my upcoming cleaning $378 - ok fine. But they failed to tell me they were only cleaning half of my teeth for that and sending me home half done with another appt. in a week to do the rest for that amount again. Not cool. I did express this disappointment ($ was not the point, it was leading me to believe I was getting a full cleaning and paying XX amount, when that was not the case), and they did write off partial of the next visit. Also asked several times about my payment expectations on invisaline with the response (we will let you know), then finally discussed with me the 3rd time. So they definitely need some work in that Dept. But again, the staff is pleasant, the services are great and thorough and the atmosphere is very accomodating and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Nicole is the best dentist in the area. Their office is very clean and their service is excellent. Glad I was able to get in as a patient.

The atmosphere was amazing and really helped put me at ease. I had been fearful of going back to the dentist for years after a traumatic experience, but this visit completely changed that for me. I truly feel like I’ve found my new dental home—and for the first time in a long time, I’m actually excited to go back for my next visit!

I had a very infected tooth that needed to come out. They got me and the tooth out lickity split with no pain. I highly recommend this dental team.

Fantastic experience: I was having insurance issues and looking for a new dentist. The receptionists here helped me figure out exactly what the issue with my insurance was, what numbers to call, and how to fix it, so that I could go see my original dentist. I’m not even a patient here but it’s clear that the office employees treat people with respect and care.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit as an immunocompromised family. We requested that the clinical staff wear n95 masks particularly when we had to remove ours. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see that ALL staff were in n95s and remained that way the whole time my family was present. Not only did they immediately support my request, but they did not dismiss my concerns. They also added notices to our appointments so that staff would be ready before we arrive in the future just like they were today! Great experience. Thrilled they took us seriously and protected our health.

Fantastic experience: Moving from Vegas to Michigan, I was used to a certain standar of dental care from my long time dentist. When finding one, my family and I ended up going to a dental office on Perry and Saginaw Rd not worth mentioning. Long story short, my wife found this office, and I can say nothing but great things about the staff - both friendly and professional, apologies if the names are not correct, but Holly who did my cleaning was amazing and afterwards, Hailey who assisted Dr. Bundy. She was very attentive and caring to my concerns and I think my family has found the right dentist for us (as long as my insurance keeps covering it ) nothing but 10s on all scores. ✌

Fantastic experience: I'm terrified of going to the dentist, but I had a tooth break and was not risking the pain that comes with an infection. I didn't have insurance, so finding somewhere that would help me out and not have it be financially crushing made the notion so much worse. As soon as I got Emma on the phone, I felt so much better about everything. Just $30 to xray and assess. Payment plan set up to get the needed work done. And they took me right back to get the filling done. It was so quick, the dentist and assistant were so great. I'll be going back knowing I'm in good hands!

Fantastic experience: I have never been a fan of going to the Dentist (says almost everyone!). Today was not much different. I had a broken crown and 2 cavities that needed some major attention. My anxiety was through the roof but was soon quelled by Dr. Bundy and her amazing staff! They were soft, kind and allowed me breaks during all the procedures. They made the crown right on site, so no need to make another appointment to come back. How cool is that!!!! I also had my teeth cleaned by Molly who was FABULOUS! Thank you Dr. Bundy and staff for listening to my whining and complaining today and making the experience better than I truly expected it to be!

I had an emergency situation and they got me the same day and were great! Very personable, understanding, helpful and kind. They helped me through this entire process and not only made me feel comfortable but also like a friend! They absolutely gained a life patient!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and went for a cleaning. Ashley used a high pressure water to clean my teeth. Something I haven't had done at any previous dentist. Cleaning was more thorough than my previous dentist. When they said they accept my insurance it was no charge, not a additional $40 after my insurance was billed. Dr Bundy did a very thorough exam of my mouth which hasn't been done at my previous dentist. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing, starting off with cheyenne and emma up front, they are an amazing team. I enjoyed listening to them work while we waited for our turn. Once we arrived in the back, there were multiple people working on us. The care and compassion is at a whole different level. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

They explain everything going to do and tell you what they're doing while they're working on you. They're encouraging, very pleasant people. I have alredy recommended them to my family!

Fantastic experience: Dr Bundy and her assistants always go above and beyond for their patients and family. She has a way with people and never makes you feel bad for teeth condition. I have never seen a medical team as connected as hers. She even does missions around the world to give help to people that can’t access it. We are so glad to have her as a dentist!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Michigan Dental Wellness Center is truly Wonderful! 1st experience, Dr. Nicole Bundy saw me within less than an hour for an emergency tooth pain, and swelling. The staff members were all intelligent, warm, and welcomed me, as they handled my situation with care. They offered me all of the options to deal with my circumstances, and I made the choice to have my tooth pulled. Dr. Bundy made it as painless as possible, and removed it expertly without the need for stitches! She was also understanding and extremely reasonable with price and was willing to work with me, which I so SO genuinely appreciate. I would Highly recommend Michigan Dental Wellness Center to anyone, as they provided me the trust, comfort, and care, like family. She is now fixing the many mistakes that happened over the last several years that I trusted Leach. I'm super glad that she is now here in Grand Blanc. Fantastic experience: Wow! How can a dentist office get a Five Star review? From the moment you walk into the door your visit will simply be outstanding! The comfortable environment that first meets your eye followed by the warm greeting delivered by incredibly proficient and efficient office personnel will be the first thing you notice. Then when called back to see Dr. Bundy, the bright and spacious hallway coupled with all of the oversize photos on the wall depicting family, friends, and a multitude of activities meet your eyes and suggest an organization that cares about more then just my mouth; they tell a story of caring for the whole person; all persons who walk through the front door.
