Fantastic experience: All of the employees I had contact with were friendly and professional. I have been going there for years now, and I plan on continuing because of ALL of the employees including the receptionists, dentist, and dentist assistant. I strongly suggest that you check out this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit and I will definitely remain a patient here. The staff is wonderful. Everyone I interacted with from the receptionist to the dentist was warm, kind, and friendly. I had zero wait time when I arrived. Dr Townsend is fun, positive and personable. It helped ease my nerves. I had to get a crown for the first time. I felt NO pain during the procedure, even when he administered the shot. My temp crown is holding up well and I am getting my permanent one within a week. I actually look forward to going back. I have already recommended this facility to a few of my co-workers. They do a great job of connecting with people. Highly recommend checking this place out for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Really nice caring people. Decided they would be my home dentist. Their Known for telling you the truth and trying to fix the issues and if they can’t or don’t feel comfortable doing it they send you to someone who can.

Fantastic experience: I had an old filling replaced and Dr. Brock did a great job. He gave me a step by step commentary of everything he was doing. My whole experience was comfortable and I was completely satisfied with his skills.

Positive experience: I miss Dr. Hildensperger, but Dr. Brock is really good. The only issues I have was with a hygienist who kept making loud comments about my mouth. Now when I go in, I get the stink eye. Also, don't complain about my insurance to me.

And even though the X-rays and initial evaluation didn’t reveal anything, I wasn’t discredited and instead they took the time to keep looking and eventually were able to locate the painful spot using air. Nothing compares to medical professionals who take the time to listen, validate your pain/worries, and truly care enough to help. Can’t recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: So helpful and genuine. We have tried for over 8 months to solve an issue I was having with an implant. The whole team worked by calling and shopping around until they solved my issue. I am thankful for all of them and would recommend them.

Was given antibiotics for the infection and set up appointment to do the procedure a few days later. Every detail was explained to me before and even did follow up later on that day. Positive experience: Waited 45 minutes for my appointment. This didn’t happen with the previous ownership. Only explanation was they double booked. Would have been nice to know this before I got to the office so I could have arrived when they were ready for me.
