Fantastic experience: Jayson : Cool Guy he good at his job he got good communication and make you comfortable in the chair

Negative experience: If i could write 0 stars i would. i had originally come in with a decayed tooth. they quickly got me in. and looked at it. this was the only good part. they tell me i need 8+ crowns done and root canals. yes i know. thats okay. they tell me the insurance covers all of it. okay, thats nice, if its covered lets do the work. Next visit. i get seated in the room.my appt. was at 11 no one entered or got started on my teeth til 2-3 and did not finish til 4. i understand walk-ins. i understand being busy. but 2 movies while waiting for work is way too long. Still not to the worst part. the Dentists, as i will not call them doctors. 1: did not do the fittings or cleaning of the crowns after they were placed 2: dental cement was still stuck to the front of my teeth. not where it should be. cause 1 would have fixed that. 3: i had come back and expressed that there was discomfort on my incisors and that a crown has a gap on the backside. also that a front tooth had chipped. the dentist that came back to look at me didn't even look at the chipped tooth or look up from his computer. just said its not chipped. 4: i had to pay $100 out of pocket to a local dentist to get the tooth polished that was chipped. 5: i decided to work with the insurance and we had other dentists look at the incisors. final result from 3 dentists was that the crowns were not placed properly. and that they are unwilling to work on them due to not wanting to be liable, which is understandable. 6: no compassion. the female dentist sprayed my face with the air hose when i was having a panic attack. causing water on my face to fling into my eye. ive NEVER had a dentist do that. and most use safety glasses to prevent this 7:MEDICATION: do not trust the office staff when they say they sent your meds or they called the pharm. i was at the pharmacy when they said they called the pharm. the phone did not ring. if the office staff will lie. more than likely so will the doctor. with the work done i need a chloride/chlorine mouthwash, hexa-something. 4 times i called the office regarding it, 4 times my medications were not sent. my local dentist filled a script for the mouth wash and the hospital was able to script me for the amoxicillin. failure to provide medication for a surgery they did. that is not acceptable. the dentists at Deluxe dental in flint are unable to correctly do their job. evaluate properly what other dentists were able to do. i have done the right things, i have expressed my discomfort. the quality of the work to deluxe dental. all dentists in the location do not have compassion. and when i tried to explain i did not have time to do the other crowns this week. i was not able to leave until the dentist gave me a doctors note, "under the impression i was coming back" so i could leave the building. i felt trapped. there is nothing they can do to fix this as i will not let them near my mouth ever again. i have reached out. but their ability to perform work correctly the first time is low. compassion is low. wait times are high. also go check the other low reviews on yelp also. a lot of the same problems over and over.

Negative experience: Very upset had a problem getting answers from staff after they must of lost or threw away my impressions it's been a almost 2 months now still nothing and no answer on when I will receive them. Sad because my female dentist was not bad a little rough when pulling teeth but I needed them pulled so I'm happy she did. So needless to say I still don't have any to replace them after 2 months. It's like a guessing game for everyone when I'll get my permanent teeth...?

Negative experience: The dentists that I have interacted with here have been professional, kind and knowledgeable. However, it is 12pm, and my 10AM appointment was scheduled a week ago. I understand this dentistry also takes walk ins, but they need to figure out how to prioritize their appointment times.

Negative experience: I went in for two upper molar extractions and the dentist accidentally broke a root from a crown and pushed the root into my maxillary sinus cavity. It has been a horrible experience and they will not fix the mistake he made. Now I have to have oral surgery and according to the corporate office, I'm on my own and have to come out of pocket about $10,000 for the surgery. I don't recommend having any procedures done at any of the Deluxe dental locations.

Fantastic experience: This was the only dentist I’ve been to that actually took the time to listen to me. Very friendly staff. Incredible dentist and who did my root canals was amazing. So patient and kind. Every other dentist I went to wanted to pull my two front teeth. He was confident that he could save them and he did. I’m so happy. Great communication too as someone who has always been afraid of the dentist even as an adult. I went in for X-rays and was not expecting same day treatment on the first visit as a new patient. Yes it’s still a process for the caps but I’m willing to wait now that I have my confidence back in my smile.

Negative experience: I was there yesterday and they need to fill in one of my teeth and they asked for 2300 just for fun one teeth and they have a bad service all they need just the money and they try to make me pay for anyway.And they tried to make me pay the trade off for me a website to pay a monthly just for one test 2300. I don't think so. This is the right place and they scam all they need just the money.What is one place Dort Highway and Court They only charge $850? And I need 4 weeks follow an appointment. Just filling one teeth.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would dr ali pr Muhammad the short dr . I went back over 10x for same fillings falling out and he couldn't even numb me . Then up till my insurance changing I had to pay cash for him to try fix his mistakes and couldn't anyways so now after all that wasted time pain I still have to go somewhere else to fix all the fillings that fell out . This is a common theme with his work my brother had exact same issue here this guy should not be a practicing dentist . He does not know what he is doing period . Worst experience ever .

Negative experience: ZERO stars!!!!! Had a 3pm apt to get a root canal OR have said tooth extracted. Arrived at 2:30pm. Wasn’t brought back until 4pm. Another half hour later they finally came in to do X-rays. “Doctor” Amanda swore she could save the tooth. Attempted root canal over the next two hours while taking intermittent 20 min breaks while forgetting what she was doing to my mouth. Next thing you know, it’s 7:30pm, everyone except the dental assistant is gone and she is attempting to make an impression for a temporary. That failed miserably so they just globbed some stuff over the nub, told me they’d call me in a few weeks and handed me paper prescription to turn in…..at 7:56pm! Four minutes before the pharmacy closes, in a blizzard with no temporary pain meds. Naturally I wake up this morning in excruciating pain. The bite is WAY off (tooth surface is way too raised) and it feels like electricity shocking my jaw/head anytime anything touches said tooth. This place needs to be sued into third world poverty, shut down and the “doctors” (yes, I use that term lightly) need to have their medical licenses revoked. I’ve had root canals before.

Fantastic experience: Jayson has been my go to!!! he took his time to work with me on on teeth not fitting right and made sure to do everything he could until they did it's definitely day and night different I appreciate everything deluxe has done for me and my smile

Negative experience: I wish I didn’t even have to give them 1 star there was only like 2 people that are actually nice that work there. Dr saaka did my full mouth extraction she did all the top the first time and it wasn’t to bad but the bottoms on the second visit they over numbed my mouth they didn’t even lay me down to take them out she was so rough taking them out I thought they were going to break my jaw I raised my hand and they didn’t care they just kept pulling them out. They gave me pain medicine and stuff to prevent infection the 1st time the 2nd time they only gave pain meds. Good luck if you go to the flint location.

Positive experience: Dr. Zena Sakka Removed four of my wisdom teeth. Her assistants were so kind and sweet however she grumbled and complained the entire time. She mocked me several times because I kept telling her that the numbing shot was not enough. She made a sarcastic remark out loud “did we switch companies that send us this stuff” she also complained “I don’t know how other dentist deal with this” in my face out loud while I was clearly in a lot of pain and freaking out. In the end everything went as planned but she was incredibly unprofessional and judgmental. Her vibe seemed like she didn’t want to be doing her job that day lol. However everyone else was amazing and sweet 10/10

He was extremely professional, gentle, and explained every single step during my appointment so I was never nervous or confused. You can tell he genuinely cares about patient comfort and takes pride in his work. He made the visit fast, smooth, and honestly the easiest dental appointment I’ve ever had. Deluxe Dental is lucky to have him — Jayson is amazing and I truly appreciate how he goes above and beyond. He made my temporary crown by hand (pure talent). Highly recommend Deluxe Dental and especially Jayson!

Fantastic experience: Came in with an emergency that needed a root canal they treated me very well and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Ari , the Doctor and dental assistant all did an amazing job keeping me informed on what was happening step by step .

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Spraying someone in the face with water when they pass out is not ok. Talking to adults like they are children and not taking in their own fears before going to remove a tooth is wild in 2025. As a healthcare worker, I am extremely disappointed in the level of service that was "provided" to one of your patients. Shame on you! You know who you are. Reporting to the board. Spraying in the face with water can cause aspiration or asphyxiation. Shouldn't you know that as a dental provider?! And to think they may do this more than we know...

Negative experience: Giving yall one star is an INSULT for what yall put my friend through. So my question is how in the hell do yall have dental licenses?! A friend of mine went there today to have his wisdom tooth pulled and was getting numbed and passed out multiple times and these idiots proceeded to spray him in the face with water?! LIKE DO YALL NOT REALIZE THAT CAN SEND HIM INTO SHOCK?! I am FUMING with this place. Then proceeded to yell at him when he was scared and wouldn’t open his mouth….. yall doctors are lucky I wasn’t in there because I would’ve raised HELL. seeing him come out scared to death and shaking pissed me off BADLY. Why would you think yelling at someone would make them want to be there? So disrespectful! Will not be coming back! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Negative experience: Honestly should be 0 stars but seems how I can’t put none ill put 1. Im very displeased with this place, i had someone I knew come in for a visit and proceeded to be called names numerous times and had water sprayed in their face constantly, while they were passing out and about to have a seizure. Im seriously so displeased with this place and have lost all respect i will never send someone here or have anyone come here. Seriously will lose some people for this because im very disappointed.

Negative experience: The doctor and hygienist were both wonderful. They were friendly, skilled, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by major communication issues. It seems that the phones are answered by staff who are not located in the clinic, and no one I spoke with was able to answer my questions. I was hung up on multiple times. While I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that the calls may have dropped, no one ever called me back, which would have been standard if it were accidental. Based on the context, it felt intentional and dismissive. There was one woman who stood out for being especially kind and helpful (she had a soft accent, which may help identify her), and I really appreciated her. I was told I would receive follow-up calls with answers and updates but that never happened. A lot of my time was wasted as a result. There also appeared to be poor communication between whoever answers the phones and the clinic itself, and even between clinics. At times, it felt like no one was actually communicating at all. It’s unfortunate, because the in-person clinical team was great, but the overall experience was frustrating and disorganized. If the dental staff worked elsewhere, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I showed up at 11:45 for my appointment at noon. I’ve had this appointment for a while, I even have the confirmation texts to prove it. I confirmed multiple times that this location offered what I needed and the confirmed with me YES and that it was in my chart and everything works be fine. I had to drive over an hour to get here because it was the closest location that could do what I needed. I was taken back at 12:30 and once back there told no they can’t do what I need them to do and they also can’t do the root canal that I need desperately because the doctor that I have the appointment with isn’t here now. So I leave. They follow me to my car and the woman who claims to be a manager says “oh don’t worry I know how to work it so come back in and you’ll be fine” so I come back in. One hour passes, I’m alone in the room, they can’t figure it out. Two hours have passed, nothing. The same lady finally tells me that I don’t need to pay for it after all of this and at that point I’ve been there for 2 1/2-3 hours. Many hours later and someone finally figured out how to get it to work. It’s after 3:30 now. I finally go to leave just to have who I assume is the other manager argue with me and tell me why I’m wrong and basically just act like I’m an inconvenience. Then tried to charge me after I was told I wouldn’t be charged. I left after FIVE AT NIGHT. That was FIVE HOURS that I was there and I live an hour away. I documented the entire timeline so good luck trying to act like I’m lying to save yourself. It seemed so nice to start, but I would absolutely never come back here for anything. Edit to add: I should’ve just left when I tried to leave tbh, that’s on me. Would you trust a team that was using YouTube to figure out how to do their jobs? Yeah I got a photo to prove it too. Embarrassing.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Deluxe Dental in Mt. Morris. All of the associates are amazing. My hygienist was so gentle and thorough and the dentist there, she is incredible! I thought I had a cavity and she assured me I just have sensitivity issues, gave me some medicated mouth wash and the pain is gone. No cavities. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I see a lot of people give bad reviews honestly they're a good place they cover a lot and work with you, I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and I'm good only down fall was they don't give you much for pain, I also got 4 root canals done and they're making me a partial as well! I recommend this place for anyone just know the wait can be a while sometimes bit it's worth it.

Negative experience: The place is a joke. The only reason it’s getting one star is because I can’t put none. The dental hygienist who started my appointment was a great girl and we had great conversation but she left half way thru X-rays because she was pulled to go file things I believe. The X-rays also took way longer than they needed to. I went in with what I thought was a broken tooth but was told that it’s a filling that fell out which is fine. The issue I have is when I was told of a treatment plan the women told me to sit and wait to see if the Dr could do the fillings I needed while I was there and I waited for over an hour without any updates and feeling ignored. I just got up and left. Ridiculous. I plan to go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to get a few fillings done and she’s always been afraid of getting work done at the dentist but Dr. Alu made her feel comfortable and calm so she could get her fillings done without fear. Overall great service and will continue to come here.

Fantastic experience: This has been my office for years, left to another office in 2023 due to scheduling conflicts and had a terrible experience, the other office made a partial that I could not even eat with, I was in the worst pain. I returned to Deluxe this year for them to remake my partial and I’m so happy with it I could cry. Staying with this office for life, Dr Ali is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I started with Deluxe Dental a few years ago, the medication I am on crumbled my teeth. Dr. Kizy said let's do implants. I have to say I am the BIGGEST chicken at a dentist but somehow she calmed me. It has been a process over a couple years (mostly because timing on my end). Over the couple years the whole crew has been amazing especially this last year. The office is clean, staff is amazing. They were very accommodating when I asked to only see Dr. Kizy. Today I got my permanent bridge and wow, they look amazing and they had a lot of work to do. No one is perfect and mistakes happen no matter where you go but I would 100% recommend Deluxe Dental.

Negative experience: Came to get my wisdom teeth they only ended up pulling one out bc I started having an anxiety attack understandable. Whole time they were pulling it out they were drowning me in that nasty numbing stuff. I had to damn near beg for water and they didn't even have the decency to put the freaking gauze in I have to do it myself. Then they gave me a pamphlet to an office that does anesthesia that doesn't even take ppl my age.

Fantastic experience: 4/21/25 I Had a appointment and they got me in on time had great experience with the procedure some fillings were filled and I left a happy person the Iadys were great almost painless visit they made me comfortable the whole time they did a wonderful job everyone did this is my go to place

Negative experience: The dentist Amanada is the only one here I loved. Excluding the receptionist they are kind. My advice, only go here if you cant go anywhere else. Not much better than fireburg. My crown came off only 4 months after they cemented it in. They want me to pay to have them cement it again. And one of there dental hygienist was putting a Crown on one of my other teeth and slipped while she was working on it and cut my lip open with the drill. I was offered a free cleaning but I would have just been ok with then re-cementing this molar crown back on but they would not.

Fantastic experience: Jayson was amazing!! He was very efficient and understanding. He walked me through every part of my X-rays and was patient and encouraging throughout the whole process.

Fantastic experience: Tina was really awesome, I appreciated her doing everything she can to make my experience better than before! I was going to change my dentist because of some staff but she is awesome!!

Fantastic experience: I was in a rush with such a bad tooth ache and needed to do a walk in! This place has amazing staff with such care for their patients! I have never experienced better service! They get you right in with no time wasted and make your visit worth it! They are all very calm and patient which makes the process a lot easier! The best dentist I have been too yet! The most professional workers with the great mindsets! I would like to say thanks again for my great visit!
